Love this Chick-fil-A! We come here almost every week. Hubby's favorite is the Chick--fil-A sandwich w/cheese. I like the chicken soup w/any of their salads. Kiddos like the nuggets w/fruit cup. Staff are always friendly and play area is clean. read more

So this Chik Fil A is closest to my house, however we drive a tad further to the one in Irvine because this one seems to be cheap with their fries. Everytime we order a large fries they never fill the container to the top. Basically it is a regular fry in a large cotainer, definitely doesnt feel like we are getting our money worth. Other than that it is Chik Fil A so still worth 3 stars. read more

Great food and service. I regularly come with the family. The place is kept clean and always has a positive atmosphere.

Their employees are always friendly and attentive, and lately the drive thru line has gotten a lot faster. This is probably the best location I've been to in the OC. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A in general! This place was no exception. Awesome customer service, food, and help yourself to all the different types of dressings. The only thing I didn't like about the place was that, on the particular day I went, there were a ton of kids around. Inside the restaurant there is a little seesaw area where kids/grown ups play in and it could get a little loud and rowdy. There were a bunch of little kids running around the store the whole time my party was eating, which was highly annoying with their high pitched screams. One of them came up to our table and stared at us for a bit before running off, yelling and screaming with other kids. I know it's not the restaurants fault, but I think they could have left the play area to the designated area outside/attached to the restaurant for the kids to run around and play in, instead of having a little area inside the store where the kids could get worked up and rowdy. P.S. Thank you for hot food always Chick-Fil-A! I still love you. read more

Great service good fast food. I love the mini biscuits in for breakfast

Tonight I went thru the drive thru and my order was taken correctly. I asked for certain sauces and was assured that they were in there. I got home and they were not correct. I went back and asked for a new meal as I did not want mine cold after driving home. I then ask for the correct sauces and was told they were out of the signature sauce. I go home to find they got back at me by giving me a small piece of chicken and asked for no pickles. Well, to add insult to injury, they didn't include tomatoes either. I stop into chic fil a every friday in Laguna Woods. You have caused me a great distaste as I chose you over In n Out which I convinced my friend to go there with me instead. Don't know what my future will be like with you again. read more

Had the best chicken Cobb salad here. Normally, they don't put more than a few pieces of chicken in the salad but this one was loaded with fresh grilled chicken slices. There was more chicken in my salad then greens, no joke! read more

Listen. I love me some Chick Fi Lay. I lived in the home of CFL (Atlanta, GA) for three years and fell head over heels in love with it. The quality of the chicken is amazing, their dipping sauces spectacular! The only reason why I gave them 4 and not 5 stars is because the service here is different. Back in Georgia the service is out of this world. At CFL you're ALWAYS greeted with a smile, positive vibes and a "how may I serve you ma'am." Disappointed that the southern charm wasn't brought to the west. Other than that...go get yourself some CFL!! You won't regret it :) read more

CHICK FIL A IS LIFE. but this location kills me. Every time I come here, the food has been too salty and I always end up w teeny chicken strips. Whyyyyyyyyy. Treat yoself and go to CFA @ Tustin market place instead, where the parking is also better read more

The chicken is delicious potato chips or a little salty. My biggest complaint is they only put two little slices of pickles on the sandwich they should put four so it covers the whole thing so you can taste the pickle in everybody's read more

The food is always consistently good. My kid loves it here especially because of the play zone. As a parent I notice they keep the play zone very clean! Most importantly their customer service is great. I always thought this, but today especially, they are taking it to the next level. Its pouring rain and there are two employees wakingn customers to their cars covering them with a giant umbrella. This chik fila is always going above and beyond!! Too bad for other chik fila stores because I always compare them to this one and they dont even get close. read more

NEED A NEW MANAGER!!!! We came in at 9:50pm on Friday August 2nd and had two orders in one car, one paying cash and one paying card. The lady taking the order told us to pay at the window because if we paid card it would pay for both orders. We get to the window and I hand her my card, we hear the manager yell "WHY ARE WE TAKING CARD PAYMENT AT WINDOW??" Using a horrible tone at the lady giving us food. Then as we pull away we hear the manager yell "WHAT DID THEY SAY? WHAT WAS THEIR EXCUSE?" We are the costumers we don't decide where or how we pay. We don't need an excuse. He needs wayyyy better costumer service skills and not blame the costumer who just did what we were told. Completely Unacceptable and unchristian like read more

Chik-fil-a is by far one of the best fastfood restaurants that I've been to that has GREAT service! They also have superb quality chicken.

Chick-Fil-A has always provided me with excellent customer service and great quality food. They really have differentiated themselves from other fast food chains and feel a bit more upscale. Their quality of food is much fresher and healthier than other chains. It may be priced slightly more than other fast food chains, but this extra cost is minimal definitely worth it. I would choose Chick-Fil-A over any other fast food easily. read more

Not only am I in love with their food, I love their amazing service. They're all very polite and willing to help. At the drive thru, not only did they acknowledge my puppy they also offered her a dog treat. It made my puppy feel included. read more

Ryan super nice and works really hard. He took my order and was very polite. He brought me my food and asked if I needed anything else. He works really hard was cleaning everything he saw that was a mess. Great job Ryan. read more

Was lazy today and picked up dinner for my kids. I love their service and the food is worth the price. Would go back again and I do at least once or twice a month. read more

You can't go wrong with a chicken sandwich, chick fil a sauce, sweet ice tea, and their ice cream. Done deal.

This location does a stellar job of training it's employees. Great smiles, fast service and genuine helping attitude was what we got from Jared today. Never disappointed with the quality of the food or service. It was quick and friendly. read more

Good food and usually quick service in the morning; however, don't order over 5 items or else they will mess up your order. I've ordered food here as a treat for my employees about half a dozen times now. Every time I've placed a large order, something is missing or completely wrong. I now check every time and end up pulling over to go in and get my order corrected. Spoke to a supervisor and they don't have a system to check orders before they go out or enough employees to deal with the amount of business coming in the mornings read more

This place is great. The customer service here is amazing! The food is great, environment is great and our church does fundraisers with them all the time! Its awesome!! read more

They always have friendly staff! I appreciate they got out of their way to help. This is my kids favorite place.

Wow great service One of the most amazing person named Mark took our order . Over and beyond the call of duty Great people work here read more

This store is very inefficient and not focus in serving the customers' online orders! I ordered curbside pick up almost 45 minutes ago and got there waited for almost 25 minutes. I had to go inside and checked! The employees seemed to be very disorganized and told me they didn't have my orders! Then I showed him my online receipt. Then another came up and told me he would look for them! After about 6 minutes he came up and told me to they were working on them; in the meantime almost 45 minutes had elapsed!!! I was waiting again for another 15 more minutes, then I had to actually go inside to pick up my orders; that were originally for curbside pick up orders!!! I had wasted my valuable time waited for these people for almost an hour!!! I told myself I will never order online or come back to this location ever again!!!! People who work there seem to be very disorganized and confused!!!!!! I will not recommend anyone to visit this Chick-Fil-A!!! read more

Stewart (employee) makes this Chick-fil-A a five star review because he is epitome of great customer service. He really goes above and beyond the call of duty! He is great with adults and children too. read more

LARRY was super rude about an order that I requested very politely to be made over. He may have actually not met up to the spirit of CHIC FILA by being polite and not ridiculed me for the return. I am a REGULAR customer here as in I come here daily as my son is special needs and only prefers the grilled nuggets from this establishment. Unfortunately, he was apologizing but remained condescending in his tone towards me. Could it have been due to the color of my skin? DEFINITELY seemed like his behavior towards me was racial and I felt uncomfortable. He kept forcing his opinion on me that the nuggets were over cooked rather than under. I told him they tasted "chewie," but he kept telling me I did not know how my nuggets tasted. I was saddened by the fact that he was so adamant about getting his point across rather than demonstrating customer service and professionalism and not belittling me in such hard times. Why not be kind to each other irregardless of the color of our skin? read more

Excellent customer service!! Larry the store operator went above and beyond to accommodate a large order for me. When I realized I didn't order enough food he was kind enough to deliver more to me, quickly. I couldn't ask for a better experience with Chick-fil-a. Thank you!! read more

Extremely dissapoited with the service we received today. We as a team order lunches from Chik-Fil-A every week and have to drive quite a distance to pick up several orders. This time the Chik-Fil-A employee failed to include 2 orders from our group, one which was mine, two of us were left without a lunch. I feel we should have gotten compensated for more than what they missed in our order. Now we have to wait until we go to that particular location to receive what they failed to give us. read more

Hey! The celebrities go here, it must be good, right? Yes sir! Order the nuggets. I almost spooged in my pants.

Wow. They have an employee going around to fill up your drinks! Super cool! Plus they have tons of new sauces to try like polynesian- which is a bit like sweet and sour sauce, and they also have a chik fil a sauce which is like a creamy bbq sauce. I super love this place. It is fast, employees are friendly (and they are lucky- they get to wear super cute camo tops), and the food is always fantastic!! They out do most sit down places in the chicken sandwhich arena. And they wipe out the competition of other fast food joints. The waffle fries are my favorite- easily many many levels above Carl's waffle fries. I always hit this place up when I am in the area, sad there is none near me. read more

I come here often and have always enjoyed my experience. Except now there is a new employee that comes up with random numbers of allowed sauce. First it was only 3, now it's about 2. No other employee makes such claims or limitations. read more

Mitch the manager has this place in tip top shape. Employees know/do their job extremely well. I received my food before I got the receipt from the cashier. If that's not service, I don't know what is. I felt as if I paid for fine dining. Fresh flowers on table and constant check ups from employees too ensure satisfaction. A+++ read more

I love chick fil a. I'm just trying to figure out why the grilled chicken cost so much more than the "classic" chicken. It's the same chicken cooked in a different way. Spices are in it, but the "classic" has batter so there should not be much of z price difference. That being said, I won't be buying the grilled chicken anymore. It doesn't taste good and it's like they chop a chicken strip into tiny pieces. They throw it in a bowl and it falls apart. I've never had to eat any type of chicken nuggets with a fork until now. I like the "classic" nuggets MUCH better. read more

A true winner. Talk about chicken quality! I always order the Number One with extra cheese and it's always better than the last one I had. Usually when Rita makes dinner, she uses Foster Farms chicken. *Whispers* Don't tell anyone, but the Chick Fil A chicken is better, and my wife is a great cook. The other day, I was talking to my friend Steven and he said he just gets four orders of criss-cross fries when he comes here. No chicken! That's how good everything is here. I'm glad to give this place a great review. My pleasure! The only thing that can improve here is fruit quality. Sometimes the fruit cup is soggy. read more

Go to any three fast food restaurants and then compare their customer service to the hospitality that you get here. When was the last time you heard someone say, "It's my pleasure!" upon serving you? I wish all other places would teach their employees to act like this! Oh, and I like the food too! read more

Been coming to this location for many years. The owner is a really a nice guy. I have seen him doing all jobs to include orders and wiping tables. It says a lot when the owner rolls up his sleeves and joins the crew. Way better customer service that any other fast food place. read more

Stuart was the kindest server I have ever had. He brought my food to the table quickly and with the biggest smile. He made my experience at chick-fil-a fast and efficient, while brightening my day! He deserves to be recognized. Thanks Stuart! :) read more

I was on my way to my son's football game on a early Saturday morning, I figured I'd place a mobile order and pick it up real quick. WRONG! Between pressing the button to prepare my order & actually getting my food, was 15 minutes! All I ordered with 2 breakfast sandwiches, a hash brown, & 2 coffees. I am a regular at the chick fil a by work, & I told my husband how quick and easy it is to place an order using the app. That's how I ALWAYS place my orders when I'm in a rush before work. I've never had any issues, until today! I don't understand why it takes this particular chick fil a 15 mins to make a small order. Now we are late for my son's game & my husband keeps saying how dumb the app is and that we should of gone through the drive thru instead. Maybe he is right, but only for this particular location. P.S. no, the restaurant was not busy.. it was 7:15am, lots of workers just standing around, there were maybe 3 customers in the whole restaurant. read more
