I got a coupon in the mail for a free breakfast item so I figured it was finally time to try this place. I ordered the bacon, egg & cheese biscuit. The biscuit itself was pretty good but the bacon was incredibly fatty, the cheese was really unremarkable and the egg was DISGUSTING! I'm pretty sure that it was actually egg substitute that had been microwaved, then frozen for shipping to the restaurant, then microwaved again! It was rubbery, flavorless and altogether VILE. Granted, this place is supposed to be about the chicken, but how can you do a worse job with a breakfast egg than McDonald's? Ugh I went there for the first time the other day just to try it out. Soggy bread, burnt chicken and no sauce on the chicken sandwich! It's only getting a 3-star from me. This place is so easy to review so I'm getting to the point. They take a fillet of chicken, spice it up, and deep fry it in peanut oil. They also add some variety of sauces to it, slap lettuce tomato, and place it between two buns. It's fast food all dressed up in their own special way, but it's neither really delicious (it's a bit dry in my opinion) nor healthy either. It's not incredibly cheap either, as they serve real chicken not the nasty mechanically separated chicken like other fast food joints. If you are crazy about this place, you will probably visit it again. For me, I would skip it, as I never developed a craving for it. It's not a bad place at all, service is usually excellent. High quality fast food at a fair price. There is a closer Chick-fil-a to me at Savi Ranch but I've been here to this location several times. The food is fresh and fast. I have always loved Chick-fil-A, but last night I went to get some people food and they failed to give me a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, 8 count nuggets, 1 order of fries, and a small cookies and cream milkshake. I was very disappointed to find this. Not only did they not give me the food but they charged me for it as well. Please take caution when going to Chick-fil-A and always check your food. Even if you ask if they got it all still check or else you'll end up with half of your food missing. I can easily spend $60-80 a week at Chick-fil-A and will unfortunately not be coming back to this Chick-fil-A, in n out may be the better option seeing at they do not get the order wrong. read more

The manager Mitchel has one of the best customer service I have ever seen at Chik-fil-A. Came here for Cow Appreciation Day after going to a different Chik-fil-A location who refused us service claiming that we did not "look like cows". NEED A NEW MANAGER!!!! We came in at 9:50pm on Friday August 2nd and had two orders in one car, one paying cash and one paying card. The lady taking the order told us to pay at the window because if we paid card it would pay for both orders. We get to the window and I hand her my card, we hear the manager yell "WHY ARE WE TAKING CARD PAYMENT AT WINDOW??" Using a horrible tone at the lady giving us food. Then as we pull away we hear the manager yell "WHAT DID THEY SAY? WHAT WAS THEIR EXCUSE?" We are the costumers we don't decide where or how we pay. We don't need an excuse. The food is always consistently good. My kid loves it here especially because of the play zone. As a parent I notice they keep the play zone very clean! Most importantly their customer service is great. I always thought this, but today especially, they are taking it to the next level. I love Chick-fil-A! Especially the milkshakes :) I think their milkshakes put In-n-Out's to shame. Whenever I had stressful days at work, my go-to stress relief would be a Chick-fil-A shake and some Chick-fil-A fries. Another thing which sets Chick-fil-A apart from the other fast food chains is that if you go through the drive thru with your dog, some locations will offer your dog a treat. No joke! This store is very inefficient and not focus in serving the customers' online orders! I ordered curbside pick up almost 45 minutes ago and got there waited for almost 25 minutes. I had to go inside and checked! The employees seemed to be very disorganized and told me they didn't have my orders! Then I showed him my online receipt. Then another came up and told me he would look for them! After about 6 minutes he came up and told me to they were working on them; in the meantime almost 45 minutes had elapsed!!! I was waiting again for another 15 more minutes, then I had to actually go inside to pick up my orders; that were originally for curbside pick up orders!!! I had wasted my valuable time waited for these people for almost an hour!!! I told myself I will never order online or come back to this location ever again!!!! LARRY was super rude about an order that I requested very politely to be made over. He may have actually not met up to the spirit of CHIC FILA by being polite and not ridiculed me for the return. I am a REGULAR customer here as in I come here daily as my son is special needs and only prefers the grilled nuggets from this establishment. Unfortunately, he was apologizing but remained condescending in his tone towards me. Could it have been due to the color of my skin? DEFINITELY seemed like his behavior towards me was racial and I felt uncomfortable. He kept forcing his opinion on me that the nuggets were over cooked rather than under. I told him they tasted "chewie," but he kept telling me I did not know how my nuggets tasted. I was saddened by the fact that he was so adamant about getting his point across rather than demonstrating customer service and professionalism and not belittling me in such hard times. Extremely dissapoited with the service we received today. We as a team order lunches from Chik-Fil-A every week and have to drive quite a distance to pick up several orders. This time the Chik-Fil-A employee failed to include 2 orders from our group, one which was mine, two of us were left without a lunch. I used to really obsess over Chick- fil-a back when there wasn't one around where I live but now that there is one right down the street...I never go. Go figure! But here's the thing when I go it never disappoints well maybe a little because it is a little pricier for fast food. I always order the nuggets so yummy and easy to eat while I'm driving DONT JUDGE. I had a friend suggest the chicken salad sandwich and also the Sweet Tea, that sandwich is really good but I do not crave it like the nuggets. But that Sweet Tea aahhhhh yeah! that is some good shit! I went in this morning for a free breakfast sandwich from an online promotion and was very impressed. This visit mostly with the manager this morning. I never got his name but the only asian? guy wearing a white shirt at the front counter. His positive energy was all over the place and you can tell he does really great at being what I'm assuming to be the manager. He was great at multitasking and helping all of his staff, even made sure one of the employees was ready for her break.
