I've been to the Oakbrook location numerous times, but this was my first time visiting the (relatively) new location in Naperville. Compared to Oakbrook, expect a less noisy, more relaxed atmosphere with dimmer lighting. However, you can expect the same outrageous service. It appears that the Naperville location is almost entirely run by high school students. There's nothing inherently wrong with that -- but the level of professionalism is more comparable to a school hallway than a restaurant, with the employees gossiping among themselves, rushing around arm-in-arm, and paying more attention to each other than to the guests. The food during this visit was okay, but I've had better during other visits (hence the "inconsistency"). "Mama Luca's Meatballs" were tasty (there was a good combination of flavors), but I'd love to see more stracciatella in the dish. The "Meat and Cheese" pizza was a bit disappointing -- there wasn't much "meat" and the flavor was underwhelming. Their Chocolate Hazelnut Cake was delicious. Rich and delicious.
