This was a very interesting flavor that had a powdery texture but a finish that wasn't overly salty but incredibly flavorful. The 2nd was Buldak & Gochujang and that was sweet and savory with a light touch of heat. These flowers really intensify the perfectly cooked chicken. The presentation was also well placed. I never thought I would give 5 stars to a chicken wing place but anything less would be unfair to the cook/chef and staff of this place. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. My only frustration is ... I'm visiting from Denver so I can't get this place without a flight or 900 mile drive.
