Our cashier A helped us a ton and gave us a lot of great food recommendations. In fact, the whole crew had great rapport with one another and I even had three different employees check in on us and ask if we needed anything. They also have some cool things in the lobby that elevated our experience: - cool, immersive, decorations throughout the place - a useful order board that shows online/delive orders as well as in-person - their own Wi-Fi We were blessed to have such a great first experience and we'll be Dave's customers for a long time to come!

The guy says $21.89 I pull around (not to go into the wait) Gave the money for the food he hands me a small bag then as I am looking at the bag is surprise at the size of the contents. He then says "Oh that's not yours". And hands me an even smaller bag. In this bag were 2 small boxes labeled "nuggets " one side and a medium sized box. Of course I questioned the contents. The guy tells me I did not order the popcorn shrimp meal. I asked for a copy of the receipt-which he had not given me when he passed back my card. As we were talking other people who worked in the store gathered around the window. Checking if they???? I don't know the guy at the window asked about the popcorn shrimp. He gave me the receipt and I couldn't even read it due to low ink!!! After struggling to read it sure enough he had not rang it as a meal. Order arrived with no sauces (which are supposed to come with each order, anyway, but I ordered an extra sauce cup) and I got only 2 biscuits. One biscuit should have come with each of the three things I ordered and I ordered 1 extra. I Called the store (looks like store #8678 on the receipt) and let them know what I did not receive. I also let them know I'm disabled, which was why I ordered online. I was told they wouldn't do anything unless I came in with the receipt. Like that would prove I didn't get something. They were too lazy to look up the order number, which I provided from the receipt, and which still would not prove I didn't get something, anyway. I asked the so-called "manager" a question. "Why would I just pick up the phone, call, wait to speak to you, just so I could lie about 5 sauces and 2 biscuits?" She had no answer. I told her that I would never order anything from any Popeyes ever again as long as I live and I would make sure to tell other disabled people never to do so, either. Worst customer service I have experienced in online ordering. Also, the package was delivered wide open. Completely unsecured, so anyone could take whatever they wanted out of it. WORST EVER!
