That being said, it was literally dripping in sauce, which was 95% grease, 5% flavor. I would definitely not order this sandwich again. This place was shockingly delicious. Let's start with the elephant in the room... time. It took longer than I was expecting to receive my food, however there is a really good reason for that. The 2nd was Buldak & Gochujang and that was sweet and savory with a light touch of heat. These flowers really intensify the perfectly cooked chicken. The presentation was also well placed. I never thought I would give 5 stars to a chicken wing place but anything less would be unfair to the cook/chef and staff of this place. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. My only frustration is ... I'm visiting from Denver so I can't get this place without a flight or 900 mile drive.
