We were just there at 10:30 and they close at 11. A very rude employee came window and SNAPPED at us and said "nope we are closed." We asked for her name and store number and she slammed the window and left. We went to the front to take a picture of the store hours. The employee came out with her personal cell phone and started recording us, took a picture of our license plate and then appeared to be calling the police. So she could be posting a picture of us on social media or a picture of our license plate on social media. This was beyond awful. We will NEVER go back here again after that disgusting treatment because they chose to close early. read more

I don't know why this BK has such bad reviews. Every time I go, I get excellent service. They ask what sauce I want and put it in the bag. This is literally the only fast food restaurant where I don't have to check the bags. If you got the ladies at the window, your order will be 100% and fresh. The Mc nearby needs to learn from them. Haven't been to a BK in YEARS but stopped here for some after summer camp snacks and drinks for my kids. It was their first BK experience and they ended up liking it better than McDs. The nuggets are cheaper, better and more to an order (10 for $1.50), great mozzarella sticks are 4 for $1.49, a regular flame broiler cheeseburger for $1 and frozen Cokes for just a buck! This Burger King in Plainfield, IL has the most poorly managed and most poorly trained employees I have ever encountered in any fast food restaurant including other Burger Kings. I ordered a simple Burger King Whopper, sandwhich only. When I got to the window (I was the only car in the drive-up lane) They handed me a bag with the Whopper, a small burger, and french fries. I told them about it and they told me to keep it, so I asked them for the receipt. They said they didn't have the receipt. They couldn't give me one. I gave them a 2nd chance about 2 weeks later. I ordered only a Whopper burger. Same thing happened except this time I got the receipt for only the cost of the Whopper. The smaller burger that I never ordered was still included but no french fries this time. This particular Burger King really needs to be evaluated by Regional or higher up managers. The woman with black curly hair working the drive thru in the morning is absolutely clueless and makes every car pull forward and wait for orders as simple as a combo. You have to wait 10-12 minutes. I assumed because I had to wait they were making the food fresh! I went to this location around 9:20pm. As we pulled up to the drive-thru, the first thing we hear was " welcome to Burger King, oh f*ck". Then it cut off and we heard a woman's voice. My fiancé made it clear we heard the young man's words. Not even an apology. We brushed it off and started our order. The women who took the order just rushed us as we were ordering. As we pull up and charged our credit card she asked us to pull up to the doorway. We sat for a few minutes and realized no receipt was given. When a gentlemen came out to bring our food, he was so fast to hand it to us and was already in the door. We attempted to call him back but we saw he was already chatting with someone sitting in a corner seat. We didn't even get a chance to ask for a receipt. I'm a regular customer at this Burger King, and I have to say that the service has really gone down. They JUST put up a new sign for spicy chicken nuggets and when I asked for some they said "we don't have those" YOU LITERALLY JUST PUT UP THE SIGN FOR IT. Another thing, idk if the worker was just stupid or something because I asked them for Fanta Orange and she said "oh we don't have that but we have orange soda" are you dumb?! Went there last weekend twenty minutes before close on my sisters birthday to get her a shake. Waited at the drive through for ten minutes, finally got tired of waiting and pulled up to the window. The girl at the window said they were closed. We reminded her that the sign says "OPEN TIL MIDNIGHT" and she said "well I already put the food away". So I asked her for her District Managers contact information, and she replied that she "didn't know it because she was new". So I said, "what is your store number?" and she said "I dont know". I said "It's on your receipt paper. Can I talk to a manager?" So PABLO THE MANAGER walks out and says the same thing, he doesn't know who his store manager is and that he didn't know his store number. This is one of the worst burger kings I have ever been to in my life. The employee (his name was Israel) was very rude to me. I had a coupon and didn't mention that I had one at the time of order. I admit that this might be a small mistake but they wrote that we must say we have a coupon super small that I had to search for it my second time around. When I ordered my whoppers, I went up to the window to pay and show my coupon, when the employee said that he would not accept the coupon. I asked why and he said "you didn't say it earlier." So what if I didn't say it earlier?? I used to work at another food company and we accept it later !! Anyways so after I asked why, he said whatever and closed the window on me. We go here maybe once every three months and no matter what we get horrific lack of service and poor attitudes of the employees including the revolving "managers" they scrape together. This time Samara was the "manager" of the week and epitomized the feeling of Burger King- we don't care about your business. This place never has more than one car in the drive thru whenever I've gone there. Samara insisted that me not mentioning I was using a coupon made a difference and was unwilling to honor it from the ten seconds it took for me to order to reach the window.
