I try not to frequent this Chic fil A location due to a myriad of reasons and previous bad experiences, however my daughter and her friends really wanted Chic fil A so I gave in...what a mistake. I ordered four 8-piece nugget meals, two chicken deluxe sandwich meals and a salad. I specifically requested extra Chic fil A sauce because the girls like to dip their nuggets and fries. I get all the food home only to find they only have only given me 3 packets of Chic Fil A sauce, not even enough to give one packet to each girl with their meal. In addition they didn't give us any dressing for the salad. It's bad enough they downsized the sauce packets a few years ago but only handing out three packets total when I purchased five meals??? Fortunately they are building a new location in South Naperville which is much closer to my house, I am hoping and praying it's got a different owner and different management. read more

After my previous review, the owner reached out personally and offered to make things right. I really value that responsiveness and willingness to listen to feedback. Since then, I've been back several times, especially for morning drive-thru, and those orders have been consistently fresh, accurate, and on point. The dine-in experience has also improved overall, with the food usually tasting fresher than before. That said, there have still been a few visits, mostly in the evenings--where one or two items felt like they'd been sitting a bit too long. I appreciate that management took my concerns seriously and made noticeable improvements, and that's why I continue to come here. This was my first time having breakfast at Chic-fil-A and breakfast was as good as their chicken sandwich. I didn't give it much thought about having chicken for breakfast. Now however I think that might be the way to go. The amount of protein in chicken is a great way to start breakfast combined with a good cup of coffee and company made for a great way to start the day. read more

It's been a long time since I went to Chick-fil-A but I decided to come here for breakfast. I used the drive thru. They have two lanes. One is for regular drive thru on the left. The right is if you've already ordered through the app. Ordering was very easy. When you pick up the food, the staff physically comes out and brings you the food along with a card reader. This is the first time I've seen this at a fast food place. I had the chicken biscuit, hash brown scramble bowl, and hash browns. The food I received was hot and fully cooked. Chicken was tender and juicy. Hash browns were crispy. Staff was very polite and attentive. read more

It's been a while since I visited a Chik Fil A; probably since the chicken sandwich wars of 2019/2020. I think their sandwich is very good and obviously set the high standards for others who came later. I had the spicy chicken and waffle fries. No sauces- so I could focus on just the flavor of the chicken. Pretty darn good! The sandwich can stand on it's own, without mayo or whatever. Tender and moist, yet crispy coating. The pickles add a nice contrast to the savory chicken. The waffle fries are very good too, but a little too salty for me. This location upgraded their drive-thru in 2023 to accommodate more customers, faster. I was in and out in a flash. read more

First time visiting location, the service is really fast and they keep the lines moving. I had the chicken tortilla soup, and the spicy southwest salad. Overall the chicken tortilla soup was really condensed, there is no broth. The tortilla chips they give as a small side complement the soup ok. The spicy southwest salad is truly spicy and the chicken spice is no joke. I just wish they would add more cherry tomatoes a total of 3 cherry were in the salad. Hardly any corn on the salad. After months of renovations which were meant to ease the insanity in the parking lot/drive thru...they still blew it. 2 wider lanes now, yes, but one is dedicated to Mobile App orders...a) how do I do that when I am driving and b) why not just turn this into curbside pickup with the numbered parking spaces? (There is a sign for that on the side of the building, making things even more confusing....) When we were here, there were about ten cars in the regular drive thru lane and one in the mobile app lane...yet our order was still done before the mobile app person's was. Seriously, management, I am not putting another app on my phone, so if you don't want potential customers to drive away due to long lines like they did prior to your renovation, just make both lanes drive-thru, and keep the curbside option for the app fans. Food was okay, with it being served relatively quick. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant for the most part however, the reason I am writing this review is due to extremely poor service. I had to wait due to a small line and when it was my turn in line, an employee walked away from the cash register. I saw him talking to other people and laughing without doing any work. After a while of waiting, he finally turned around and took my order. I believe his name was Gabe and with a considerably rude tone, he took my order rushing me the entire time. The worst part was when he greeted me with "Hi. What do ya want?". I was appalled at his wording and was shocked such a caring company hired people like this. This Chick-fil-A has always been my favorite. The atmosphere is always very welcoming as soon as I walk through the double doors. I'm just partial to the employees at this location. Maybe it was just a bad day, but the servers were having major memory lapses. First of all, they forgot an item in my order. I went over to the counter and was promised it would be delivered. I had to return to the counter again to get it. When I returned to my table, I heard the customers behind me also talking to the staff because their order was messed up, too. I hate that every time I come here via drive thru they throw their employees in my face before I have a chance to read the menu. I would like to compare prices before I'm rushed to order. Their employees literally death stare you and think people who come here should automatically know what they want and the prices. I pulled up in the drive thru- I was the only vehicle there there was nobody else a group of five employees were gathered outside I was waiting for one to come to get my order from my side of the window on the driver side they tapped on my window in the passenger side where no one was sitting they scared me and proceeded to ask me to please give them my order. I was annoyed obviously nobody sitting in the passenger side why would you tap on the window???? I gave them my order as soon as I pulled up to the window it was ready to go this Chick-fil-A is beyond repair at this point! To the manager in charge and to the Chick-fil-A owner of the store you really need to re-train your entire staff on how to be friendly and also on how to have curbside manners. I cannot believe that in such a beautiful state there's such lousy service at a restaurant that's supposed to be one of the best fast foods in the United States at this point I just rather go to McDonald's where I can expect this kind of mediocre service. It's good not exquisite. Food gave my friend food poisoning one time to I am hesitant to eat it. Last time I went in here, the drive thru is kind of busy there is a long line but I waited patiently. I am seriously famished that time and it is the nearest and definitely convenient place I could go to to grab some lunch. The cars in front of me seems to order a lot of food because it really took longer than I expected. When it was my turn, I was greeted nicely by their staff and I just simply ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. The food was hot and I was very satisfied after eating it. I just want to share this experience of mine because the staff in this location are really great even though the whole place is busy and there is a long line in the drive thru the staff still managed to treat me nicely and friendly, very opposite to those staff who are seriously rude. I've been to a few CFA, but this one is my fav. Maybe because we go here the most. The staff is always extremely friendly and the food is consistently superior. The original chicken sandwich with extra pickles is my go to. It's complete perfection. The chicken strips are great, and are a perfect fit with the CFA sauce.
