Our food took about 15 minutes, during this time, we saw a tray of fries sitting in the window. We told the employee, who knew the issue and they remade the fries. I'm glad they didn't make an issue about it, but also disappointing because the employees thought it was okay to even serve cold fries. The burgers were fantastic.
