I've been going into this store, at all times of the day, for years now. I moved into this neighborhood happy because there was a Wawa down the street.. and I've been tolerating it for a while - but now I'm done. I came in, put in my order, the singular person behind the counter gave a sigh as they started making my order - whatever. 5 minutes later this lady comes in and goes right to the pickup counter with an open bowl of food - she waited quietly - until she opened her mouth. And she.. went off. Because, frankly she ordered her food wrong, but she was set on getting free food. "And good food at that!" She said. The employee put my food down to make her something.. extravagant.. for free.. which added 10/15 MORE minutes to my wait time. Which at this point had been 10/15 minutes. Whatever. What got me, was when I got home and I was given something completely different than what I ordered. I spent $10 on a custom sandwich - that I get there everytime I go. Now I'm never going back. I had a doctor appointment and afterwards, I was so hungry. I wanted to get home on a chilly gloomy day. I stopped off at Wawa, ordered my $5.00 breakfast meal and any size coffee(hot or iced). I was having a little trouble with the kiosk-an employee offered to help me. Wow service! Then I went to check out and pay. I just finished my meal and now enjoying my coffee. As I was leaving, I noticed no matter how busy they were-the place looked So clean and a young lady was heading outside to clean up the parking lot. How impressive. Great job Wawa. read more

I usually go for my coffee every single day before work, which is amazing. I definitely enjoy the rewards program that allows me to collect points and get my coffee for cheap. The gas is pretty reasonable half the time that I go there I would say the only downfall is that the air pumps usually don't work and it could be kind of crowded. But overall, the staff is amazing. It's very clean in this location. read more

I went to this WAWA on June 2 2026 around 0445 am and I placed a breakfast order and I was waiting for 15 minutes and no one was in the prep station. A crew member who showed up for work went and had to let them know that there were two orders waiting. The crew was no very proffessional at my view. I believe I will not stop at this facility no more. read more

I'm not a fan of bad reviews but I gotta be honest, I travel for work and am in & out of bathrooms daily. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a WaWa. It looked like a tornado ran thru the bathroom. Terrible. I didn't have a choice but to go and then hit the bricks as soon as I could! I'll hope for better next time! read more

I visited this Wawa on my way to work. The self check out was not working. Only one cashier working and the line was long. The cashier had the sniffles and was whipping his noise with tissue, I refused to let him touch my drink to scan. They know the store is busy between 6:30 and 8 am. All registers should be open especially the two self check out registers. read more

I used the Wawa app & curbside delivery to get a delicious Italian hoagie this evening. I love that you can get a hot bun, and not have the entire sub heated. I am also a fan of extra lettuce, so you'll see I got plenty of lettuce & spinach in mine. The only reason I'm not giving 5's is bc this location doesn't offer more veggies (peppers, cucumbers, etc..), like others do. After my $2 rewards applied this huge hoagie was just over $5!! read more

Such a great idea, build a big beautiful store, serve quality food, and then hire management and employees that allow this shining star in Arlington to decay and spoil the neighborhood. Guess their just trying to fit in, the person at the register was pleasant, but the baths, floors were filthy, and beverage coolers are dry, and not stocked. YOU should exceed the locals expectation and continue to lift a neighborhood, and NOT be yet another element that brings it down! WaWa is no better then a Dollar store with a profit minded greed, and not holding there employees to hold true to the expectations of a clean safe store.SAD read more

This store has been open for 3 months and already it is disgusting. This was my first experience at a Wawa store, ever. Employees were not very friendly, the condiment bar was an disgusting mess with spilled milk and sugar all over with no employee in sight standing by to clean it up. The parking lot had trash scatter all throughout. Just not a nice experience! I ordered food and got gas. My egg bowl was gross. The eggs did not taste real - hat to throw it away and now im eating elsewhere. read more
