Former worker. Feel sorry for this company. The management is all about cover your a$$ over properly training people. They love to fold in "employee benefits" , that money dissappear if you don't make time. Unless you a giant jerk you can't get far :( read more

Great clean place! With friendly staff and helpful service. They are located on the corner of Monument and Tredernick . There's a coffee and sandwich place inside where you can get your lunch. Shelves are stocked daily. I definitely recommend this place for gas, food and drinks. read more

One of your typical Gate Stations. It's just off 9A (295 beltway ... I don't think I'll ever get use to that) at Monument Road and is easy to access no matter which direction you are going. It's clean with friendly employees. Restrooms are large and clean. You'll find all your usual snack foods and drinks inside with some hot food items too. Gas prices are good for the area and competitive with other stations nearby. read more

Gas and my favorite Italian style sausages. This store is located near my job and across from WalMart. They have everything I need gas, food, drinks and frozen yogurt. The clerks are all nice and friendly. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. This is the third time their system was down and would only accept cash. I know that happens but there were no signs and the workers are rude about it. They should tell you before you go looking in the store and waste your time. Something needs fixed there! read more

Not as friendly as my regular gate. I went in the other day to pay cash for gas, which I don't normally do. And one girl just stared at me. Didn't say hello, &$.k you, nothing. She just looked at me like I swallowed a bug. Thankfully the other lady asked if she could help me. On a positive note... They do have great coffee. read more

Nice gas station close to my house, I've had nothing but positive experiences with all of the workers I've encountered. Their gas prices are more expensive than the gas station right up the road but they won't stop me from it being my go to. Cleaner than most gas stations I've visited. read more

One of my pet peeves is self-serve gas pumps that don't tell you until AFTER you've pumped the fuel that you'll have to go inside to get a receipt. Compound that with a line ten deep inside, and only one attendant behind the counter, and my opinion really starts to sink. When two or three of those in line have problems with their purchases (charging a bag of chips and a soda?), you'll lose a star or two. read more

This gate is ok. Not as impressive as some massive gate stations with FROYO and everything. It does have a lot of healthier snack options which is always nice. Their drink selection is also large. The coffee is ok- nothing spectacular about it. The staff can range from apathetic to friendly, depending on the time of day. read more

I found Carol Flores and her hoodlums lower class. Some of the emoyeed were lookin down and I was advised by jazz that she cannot hear when she is looking down. I found some of the employees a bit attitudish. Thanks . I complained and then I walked back into to talk to Carol again and they were laughing and talking about me. This store is one of the few that I didn't from the ground up. I did come in after the shell is built and make it a Gate Store a the contractor says. This was a longtime in coming. With the wally world across the street Gate wanted to be here. You notice that's there not a murphy express near here. Gate would not let them build one but they needed and anchor store. The store is always clean and bright and also well stocked. It is one of the pet peeve's of the owners. Now Gate normally has some of the best gas prices in the area also. read more

Had a odd very odd intetactiin with a young woman last night. NOT impressed with the attitudes or the lack of friendly. Smiles. I GOT a hot dog today. The bread was a bit hard in some places. Sure they say when ya walk tnrought the door. Just not for me and i will be sure to put my blinders and armour on. I will go back cause it is just so damb brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr in there. one day i will NOT write reviews cause i just will not care. Thanks read more

It is with a heavy heart I write this review. People have depended on Gate for so long to get free air to get their old cars to work and back to pay the bills. For the owners of gate to be so greedy as to replace the free air machines with paid ones costing 1.25 for 5 minutes has resulted in them losing my business. I have my own air compressor but others less fortunate don't. I bet the founder of Gate had nothing to do with it, but then who did? Shame on you. read more
