This is a newer Gate and seems to be less crowded than any of the other ones I have been in. The crew is pretty much all the same at the times I am there. They are great. Helpful and funny at the same time. Store is very, very clean for a convenience store. Products are all well placed and attractively displayed. I don't mind going here and due to the necessity of it will not stop patronizing this convenience store. Gotta have that gas and WHAT NOT.

I thought that was rude, but continued to check out. Then after I was done, she did not say "thank you", or "enjoy your day" or anything like that, she said "you are free to go"... I don't know what prison she worked at before, but this is not customer service! Please train or hire better employees.

But the floors were sticky throughout the entire store. The coffee area was a huge mess. It was later at night, they were not busy at all, there were plenty of employees (none who were friendly), so I just couldn't understand why the store was such a mess. When I'm in the area, I'll continue to stop here for gas or to pick up a soda, etc. But it's certainly not up to Gate standards, especially since they pride themselves on being "The Publix of Gas Stations."

The store is stocked with all your essential convenience store needs and is kept clean inside and out. What really sets this Gate location apart from the rest (and other stores) is the service here. Bathroom is always clean. The buy one get one free pizza is always my go to. There was no fresh pizza being made today though I got an perrier water with lime and filled the tank up.. Not the best prices at the pump. The regualr gas was $2.88. Ive seen cheaper. I came out renewed and thirst was quenched. There is even a patio outside to eat lunch or just conversate. Also all the other conveniences you seek when stopping at a gas station. The only thing missing from this Gate location is the Gate Express Car Wash which hopefully they build soon. The staff was very friendly that I interacted with and I was in and out quickly.

While I was in the middle of pumping gas, a worker approached me and accused me of stealing gas. I…read moretold her I had already paid and that she could check the receipt inside for confirmation. Instead of doing so, she pulled out her personal phone, snapped a picture of me and my car, and did it with a very disrespectful attitude. I then went inside to get a printed receipt because she was still insisting I hadn't paid, even though the proof of payment was already in their system. Not only was I falsely accused in public, but being photographed without consent in that manner was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
