Mango jasmine tea with mango jelly stars: 7/10 - Mango flavor was there and you can taste the jasmine tea as well. The mango jelly stars were a nice texture and the flavor was faint. Fried wings (6 piece) in their yangnum flavor. It was like a sweet and spicy sauce: 6.5/10 - I loved how crispy the wings were but there was not enough sauce. Some of the pieces weren't as coated and it's a shame because that sauce was delicious! It came with a side of radish upon request and the radishes were cut into messy pieces. We came on a Wednesday and there was supposed to be $1 6 piece wings special but we were charged for the full price of the wings instead. Wings were good but we've had better to be honest. Original bibimbap: 7/10 - The bowl comes with rice, beef bulgogi, carrots, spinach, bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, cucumber, bibimbox sauce, and fried egg. The concept is really nice, its giving a diner feel and i felt very excited when i walked in just to find this place extremely under staffed. There was one girl taking drive thru orders and in store orders, so we waited patiently. But she was clearly in distress as she called for another coworker to come help her, the other girl came but seemed upset to have to do her job. The place was also not the cleanest and not stocked in the dinning area, but with being under staffed, i can understand. Overall, i would not go back. I can come back from mediocre food, and try again, but i can not come back from bad service. Management has to staff this restaurant properly. It has so much potential, even a "hey, welcome" makes a difference. I see the vision, it just needs a manager that cares.
