Excellent service, very friendly and this place is very clean. I ordered a 12 count nugget for dinning in and they accidentally gave me a nugget sand which thing, it comes with 4 of them but I'm not sure what it's called. They told me to keep it and gave me my order and was extremely nice about it. I've been to places that got my order wrong and they act like it was my fault they don't read the monitor or their copy of the receipt but they were very nice. When the line is stacked, they have workers walking around the sidewalk getting your order. It feels much more rushed and just overall weird this way. I also could've sworn they had a garlic sauce of some sort a while back, but when I asked for their garlic sauce, I was given the garden herb ranch. Okay. This is awesome. Aside from the food which tastes awfully fresh. The Customer service is AMAZING!!! Even if the place is packed. They treat you as though you are the only one sitting in the restaurant. The staff is so friendly that it is sickening. It's almost like being in the twilight zone cause you can't believe that any place could have so many nice people under one roof. I have not gone in there at anytime and seen a customer service rep with a frown or anything. They all take pride in what they do. The chicken sandwiches are great. All their ingredients taste fresh and has the right amount of seasoning. The fried chicken items are not really greasy at all which is quite weird. The bread is never soggy from grease or anything like that. OH AND THE WAFFLE FRIES. Are you kidding me. The waffle fries are Freaking fantastic. If the food here sucked. I was recently in this store for breakfast and was so pleased with how the crew preformed! It was so early in the morning and i myself was still pretty grouchy! however, it was so nice to be greeted and treated the way i was by such friendly faces and personalities! Even though it was right at the opening of the store a little bit after 6:30 everyone was so perky and just seemed like they were ready for the day. I talked to the manger about how pleasant the service was and told her what a great job she was doing and she was just as cheerful as all of them. I've never dealt with a more genuinely sweet person in my life. Kudos to this manager and the entire team at Chick-fil-a market of Hilliard! I really enjoy this place. I went with sister-in-law and nephew. My nephew is 16 months and enjoys the kids play area. The food is really good and the service is tremedous. There is a little senior lady that is the kindest person I have seen in a long time that brings drink refills and chats to people who need a friendly smile or word. It is ministry and a needed breath of fresh air in a negative world. I have enjoyed the large chicken strips as well as fries, salad and breakfast items. My sister-in-law love the milk shakes. I don't normally rate places 5 stars based on a single visit but customer service and hospitality is always a reason to break the rules. This Chick-fil-A has a level of customer service that you do not find at many (if any) fast food places. Coming in on a Monday night, I had my usual #4 combo which was juicy and hit the right spot after a long day at the office. Of course, I can never get enough fries and is one of the highlights of my meal. As I was wrapping up dinner, 1 of the front line employees came up to take my tray, offer a refill, and asked how I enjoyed my food. How many places walk around asking to refill your cups? Great food and great service. I love getting the chicken nugget meal with the waffle fries. They always have my food ready pretty fast and the workers are all polite. Very clean and nice place to eat. Only downside is how long the wait is inside during busy hours. It seems like the staff cares more about the drive-thu than the customers waiting inside. This is the closest Chick-Fil-A to where I live, and during the time I've been going there, they have been nothing but helpful. The orders have always been correct, have come out in a really timely fashion, and they have been polite. All things that their restaurant is very well known for. Their play area is very clean too, which is a plus for my six year old who can't get enough of the place! The only time I've ever had a long wait for an order (outside of the drive-thru lines, as this place is usually packed) has been when I've needed to order a lot of sandwiches early in the morning, and still, it hasn't been too bad. A fast food place can only do so much in a Yelp review. They're polite, they get orders right, and the facility is very clean and well kept. That's why we continue to go there. read more

Everyone knows the food at Chickfila rocks...but what is different about this particular one is the staff! I am a supervisor for a call center so I am always watching people's customer service skills. This Chickfila has the most superior customer service ever!! I want my kids to work there for their first jobs simply to learn the manners, poise, and high quality of service they teach at this restaurant. I WISH my CSR's were so wonderful and polite! I go back because I do like the food but the service is what sticks out the most to me. It is a family friendly environment, the dining area is always clean, the indoor playground clean and yes always full because it feels safe and inviting. How can one NOT LOVE THIS PLACE???!!! The customer service compared to other restaurants in its market is second to NONE! Everyone is courteous and helpful (Which I have noticed in every Chick-fil-A that I have visited nationwide by the way). The food blows any other comparable fast-food restaurant away as well. The Chicken and Fries are simply delicious and at a great value. If anyone rates this less than what I have, they must not like great food, good people, and outstanding customer service. This was the slowest chick fil a visit i've ever experienced. I pulled up and right off the bat the girl had an attitude. There isn't another fast food place that has as good of service as this place. I came in here on a Friday for lunch shortly after noon recently. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building and out to the street. The dining room was almost packed and there were 3 different lines of people. I ordered take-out and was in and out of there in 10 minutes or less. The food is always great here as well. This is one of my go to places for lunch during the week. read more

The food was amazing as always. But the experience wasn't "Chick-fil-A standard" I feel like. I've recently moved down from Toledo. All Toledo locations are very friendly. Every worker always end the conversation with "my pleasure". The only time I've ever waited a few minutes in the drive-thru is during lunch and dinner rushes. Well at this location I was the only one in the drive-thru. I waited 5 minutes, maybe longer, and not one person said "my pleasure". Now I'm not saying it was a bad experience by any means.
