We had to stop to charge our car for a long ride from to Pittsburgh, and we stopped for a quick eat...to eat in our car! The workers were friendly, amazingly quick, and wonderful at their job. We thought the sliders and fries were perfect, and if we had one of these by us we would be in trouble! The store and bathrooms were both very clean as well.

So, first things first, please get read of your AI ordering system it's not futuristic it's annoying as all get out. It picked up everything we said and made the ordering frustrating. I like speaking to an actual person even if it's a young high school kid who hates there job or an elderly person who is just trying to find a way to fill in that time of their life. Felt bad for the lady who was working, looked like she was the only employee on site. We were wondering what was taking so long with our order then noticed some one come out with four boxes of the thirty count white castles. (That's 120 white castles, that's a lot of sliders) the lady who helped us was super nice and polite (she was the only reason for the three stars other wise it would have been two star) as I've said before you either like white castles or you hate them. If you are ordering white castles you get the whole deal onions, pickles and cheese other wise they can taste pretty bland. Went through the drive through so I really don't know what ambiance looks like inside.

This goes along with my review. This does NOT look like 2 jalapeño cheese burgers and 3 sliders no pickle.

I was a bit hesitant going in because it's been years since the last Yelp review -- that lack of recent buzz (good or bad) felt concerning. On a Saturday night, it wasn't overly busy, so we didn't have trouble getting a table (they don't take reservations but do accept call-aheads). I ordered the burger and onion rings, and both were genuinely delicious -- I was very happy with my food. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't as smooth for my friends. One has a severe seafood allergy, and she was shocked to learn that all fried items (fries, onion rings, etc.) are cooked in the same oil as the seafood. It made her nervous to order much else from the menu, and we almost walked out when we found out. A separate fryer or dedicated oil for non-seafood items seems like a basic accommodation these days. Two other friends are recovering alcoholics and were disappointed that the only "non-alcoholic" beer option still contained a slight amount of alcohol. Their only other choice was a sugary mocktail, which isn't great for diabetics either. In 2026, it's surprising that a restaurant/bar still struggles with these common dietary and lifestyle needs. The food we did eat was solid, but the evening felt dampened by the lack of basic accommodations. There are plenty of other places that handle allergies and non-drinkers much better. I would have scored them much higher if they could have accommodated this basics.

This place knows how to make your taste buds do the happy dance. We didn't have to wait long for our food, which was a blessing because I was *hangry*. When the food came out, it was hot, fresh, and basically screamed, "Eat me now!" My son went for the mushroom Swiss burger, which he devoured like he hadn't eaten in weeks. I opted for the classic cheeseburger with fries -- simple, juicy, and absolutely perfect. Oh, and as if one meal wasn't enough, my son also ordered a chicken sandwich. He declared it "the best ever," which is saying something because this kid is a chicken sandwich connoisseur. The television entertainment was the Cartoon Network, which made me know this was a special place. Preston's, you've earned a special place in our hearts (and stomachs). If you're looking for a spot that serves up deliciousness with zero pretension, this is it. Highly recommend -- just don't forget to bring stretchy pants!

The fries were pretty ordinary, but crisp and hot. The standout was the biscuits that I ordered to see what they were like. The were unique and very good. They were just a little sweet. Good texture /mouth feel. I wonder if the biscuits would make a good burger bun... maybe too sweet? The place was very clean and inviting. The qr code ordering was handy, but a bit impersonal. The server was nice and did offer to take my order personally. Not sure if I'll come back on my own initiative (not close to my house). But if a friend said let's have lunch there I'd be happy to return.
