It's Taco Bell. I was nearby and wanted to try the new chicken nuggets. Sounds like they are better than McNuggets (low bar.) Ordering is at kiosks, a bit more makeshift than McD's. No nuggets. Just not at this location, or not in Ohio yet? Dunno. So I got a Nachos Bellgrande. Always eat before grocery shopping. It was decent sized. Plenty of toppings, except guacamole- I added that as an extra, 70 cents I think, and it was a pitiful amount. Oh, well. Grab a fork and napkins, you're gonna need them. It was fine. Sustenance. Not exactly cheap anymore. The place was small even for a Taco Bell, but clean. Service was fast and friendly. Bathrooms are out in the entry hall. Easy parking and street access. read more

The people are nice but I literally just came back from order three grilled cheese burritos and they didn't grill cheese on the outside but also they didn't put a single bit of cheese in any of them my also they don't have sauces out by the straws or anything you can order the sauce just don't expect them to actually give it to you. I Hate these kiosks. You are so short staffed. A lady asked nicely to open the bathroom door for her child. FINALLY Guests started yelling to the staff the kid finally got in. I tried ordering at the kiosk twice to eat in the dining room and had errors both times when trying to checkout my order. I then went to order at the counter, but no one was manning it. Someone came from the back and asked if I needed something, to which I said "yes". He told me he couldn't help me and the person who could was in the restroom. The person in the restroom returned three mins later and took my order. It took 24 minutes to receive my food and I was missing four items. I waited 15 more minutes to receive two beef chalupas and two cinnamon twists. The staff had NO sense of urgency and the "manager" was unapologetic, almost mad at me for being upset and coming up with excuses for why the service was bad (understaffed, new job, etc). They told me the that could not process refunds because the only person that could do so was not at the restaurant and had to drive in from 20 mins away. There were three other groups waiting for food that somehow disappeared from the order processing system at the restaurant. The situation got so bad that the "manager" threw his hands into the air, told an employee to lock the door and stop taking orders inside the restaurant, and then presumably went to his office. I did not see him again. This all happened at 7:30 pm, well before the dining room was to close. The biggest issue I had was that this Taco Bell used to be efficient and hadn't messed up any of my orders in years. I liked the design of the interior and felt comfortable eating there. They have since redesigned the entire restaurant and it now is white, cold, and boring. The staff is all new and don't seem to care about their jobs or pleasing customers. To top off the whole experience, my credit card was still charged even though the kiosk order was unsuccessful and didn't show up on their system. I may give the location another attempt at good service in a few weeks, but overall this was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. read more

This Taco Bell is continuously horrible food and service wise. We have tried this location multiple times and it gets worse each time. We tried to be helpful and use the app so we could *hope* our order would be correct and we have been pulled forward to wait- no one even brought our food out and we had to go back through the drive thru and another time they pulled us and didn't bring us the right food or all of our food. The manager even brought the food to my car and said she checked it? I called back and they were pretty rude and acted like i was an inconvenience because I wanted to right food and all of the food we paid for. I was going to go inside and talk to them about my order because they have posted that the inside is now open for carry out only, but unfortunately they kept all of the doors locked so no one could actually go inside anyways. Ordered on the app to make sure I get my orders how I want them and correct. Everyone always jokes that Taco Bell is the worst for getting your food and this experience proves why. Didn't get my chalupa and when I asked for no ice they said no problem, and then put ice in my drinks. Staff obviously doesn't care and the food I did get in the first place was cold. I don't usually have an issue with this location & my problem could have easily been solved over the phone but after calling this location 74 times I was unable to get ahold of anyone. I was given two wrong burritos with my order & was not given a receipt. I just want to make sure I wasn't over charged & get my correct order but I am unable to contact anyone here. If you use this location...DONT LEAVE THE WINDOW WITHOUT CHECKING & OPENING EVERY ITEM! Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Had a rude experience today. Came through the drive thru and got yelled at by the employee. She said "what you want"? Seriously that was irritating. She rushed me through the whole ordering process. When I got to the window to pay she snatched my card and asked me did I want sauce with a attitude. I said yes I would like Diablo. She was talking to someone in the back and ignored me completely by dangling my bag out the window. I grabbed it and drove off just to see that she didn't give my sauce. Not one. I asked for my food to have no ranch and it has ranch. I asked for Doritos taco and got regular. It's just so irritating when you don't get what you paid for and it was not a pleasant experience. This is one of the worst Taco Bells I have ever been to. 1 - We ordered the #3 crunchy SUPREME taco combo and it didn't have any sour cream or the tomatoes. 2 - Then the tacos were at the bottom of the bag, CRUSHED by 4 other burritos stacked on top of them. 3 - The tacos were crushed, greasy and the shell stuck to the paper. About once a year I come here, and I remember why it is only once a year. I love Taco Bell as it is my $3 guilty pleasure but this one is awful. Slow ...wait for it.... slow service makes this place unbearable. It has not changed over the years. Back in my college days, I came here more often than now and it was the same. The workers either are always new or just hate their minimum wage job. I would go the one on Cemetary (decent service) or West Broad (not sure of service) even though they are further way. Maybe the Pizza Hut/Taco Bell is the cause for slowness. read more

Awful. Food clearly sat out all day. The food was as warm as the puddle of ice cream resting at the foot of a young child who has fallen asleep at the pool with his cone, as fresh as JNCO jeans and as tasty (as much as Taco Bell can be) the 2005 McDonalds filet-o-fish that someone thought should be freeze dried and opened like a time capsule treat. 100% pissed off is the only way I can describe how I feel. Instead of remodeling the Taco Bell for the last 3 - 4 months they should have just tore the damn thing down. In all of the times that I've been there I have never had such piss poor service. First, we pull up to the drive through after a 15 minute wait in line - not very "fast food" of you. Second, the young man at the speaker asks us how we are doing and then immediately following, can I get you anything else. After saying what we were going to order, they gave us a total of 15$. We handed over the card and paid and received less than half of what we ordered. Of course, we made the mistake of driving off like normal thinking we had everything. When I realized we didn't we pulled back into the parking lot and tried to go inside to reconcile the order. The doors were locked. We called the Taco Bell and a female individual answered the phone, I told her I was pissed off and I wanted my money back. She asked if I had a receipt I told her no they never gave my one. She told me to get back in line, and I told her no way the line was at least 40 minutes at this point and I was about to piss myself to begin with because of how long the initial wait was and there is literally no way out of the drive thru. She said "I'm going to put you on hold so I can go find your receipt".... She put me on mute.... and just left... I had to hang up after 10 minutes. Then, I couldn't get back on the line with them because it was busy. This person was literally using my phone call to stop other people from calling. I get it, it's Taco Bell, it's cheap it's whatever. You literally get paid at least minimum wage to do this job, and you will probably never manage to make more than that due to the inability to listen or read. To add insult to injury the order was completely wrong. We asked for a Chicken Quesadilla, Mexican Pizza, and 5 soft Tacos. We received 3 Soft Taco Supremes, and a half-assed Mexican Pizza. How do you mess up this FUCKING bad?! I will NEVER go back and anyone that ever mentions going to the Taco Bell in Hilliard will be advised not to. read more
