Another great visit to Moe's. I've visited a different one and I love this place. I got the pork burrito and it was delicious. Next time I wanna try their tacos.

    Steak taco?!?

Ordered a steak taco with pinto beans, lettuce, salsa, cheese . Might have been better if it had STEAK!! tried to call 3 times and no answer. Nachos and other tacos were good though. And the free side of nachos and salsa is great!

Always been a fan of Moe's! ("WELCOME TO MOE'S!"...as they like to yell at you when you walk through the door). First off, I think their daily specials (see attached picture) are a fantastic value: getting the entree', drink and chips for one flat price? Let's see Chipotle do that, ha! Speaking of, their steak is better than Chipotle's "stock" steak (I know they just introduced Carne Asada, so I'm not comparing it to that). Secondly, I love the amount of customization options you can put on your entree', compared to Chipotle (only Qdoba matches the variety); especially the option to add Cilantro, and my favorite part of Moe's: their Southwest Ranch sauce. Killer secret condiment that you have to put on every dish, every time! It reminds me of a similar sauce Ohio State's burrito joint they used to have offered that was just as addicting (RIP Burrito Noches!). Quality here with flavors is always good. Coke Freestyle machine is always a treat. Sometimes, Moe's will have a custom drink mix in the machine you can select from as well. Only knock is that their chips are pretty thin and not that strong for dipping in their multitude of sauces (which are always good and varied with each visit). All in all, a great spot for lunch or dinner if you're in the area.

Moe's is great . Yummy Burrito's , Free Salsa bar . Glad they finally have a location in Dublin . A bit different than Chipotle . More choices I think . Guess I will be here a lot Lol :) This location is over by Kroger on Avery Road . Close to the Hospital , etc

I love this place!! A welcome break from Chipotle. Fresh ingridiants, veggy options and a salsa bar. I love the wrong Doug which is a stack of goodness! The dining room is spacious with nice TV's. Order online for speedy carry out!!

So I adopted the nacho system lol. I ordered nachos with shredded chicken (the shredded chicken being the tell all). The chips were fresh, lightly salted and thin. Perfect. The chicken was seasoned (delicious!!) and shredded exactly how I like it. Guacamole, just the right amount and again, on point. Cheese sauce, yellow and not clumpy, consistent to the last chip. Sour cream drizzle. Listen, I haven't been this excited over nachos ever. This was possibly one of the best plates of nachos I've ever had. This tells me everything else on the menu is probably above the average Mexican food experience. I will definitely be back to try more of their items. And for $10.99?! Everything on the menu is reasonably priced and looks better than expected. My pic says it all. Clean plate. Happy customer!

Since I was ordering take away, I actually looked at the menu closer and decided to do a Build Your Own bowl with a lettuce base, roasted chicken, and all my favorite toppings! Only change I would make next time is not getting the fajita peppers and onions - too many green peppers for my preference and also changed the flavor of the overall bowl. That aside my bowl was delicious - nice amount of protein and so many great flavors. I'll likely go this route in the future as well! I also grabbed one of their agua frescos - it was a nice treat if you're looking for a non-alcoholic option, though it reminded me a bit of flavored sprite. I ordered online and my food was ready within the time it said it would be when I ordered. Friendly service at the hostess where you pick up your to go order.

I'll say first our server was fantastic. She was attentive even though she was busy. She was also talkative with our toddlers and playful with them. We went on a Sunday evening when it was very nice outside. I'm not sure if we came after a rush but there were many tables not bused and left a mess the whole time we were there. The floors were disgusting with food and stickiness throughout the restaurant. The kitchen sent food out pretty slow. The bowl was so bland. Our hotel breakfast had better chicken on their breakfast bar for protein breakfast bowls. The taco was decent but also just meh. I think most of their tacos they try to do too much - too many flavors and textures. Not many photos to provide because I was there with another 2 and both of our toddlers so we were juggling a lot feeding ourselves and the kids.

While there were a few minor service issues, our server was kind and attentive and acknowledged the celebration with complimentary desserts, which we truly appreciated. After dinner, my cousin and I went to wash our hands and use the restroom. At the time, all stalls were occupied and one was out of service, so we waited. When a stall opened, my cousin kindly let me go first. I finished and stood outside the stalls waiting for her for about three minutes. During that time, I noticed several people going in and out of the restroom area. I also saw a man sitting in a chair along the hallway wall near the stalls, hunched over. Shortly after, a woman exited the restroom and grabbed him to leave. I thought nothing of it and minded my own business. I also observed the executive chef enter one of the restroom stalls. When my cousin exited, she mentioned that the stall smelled strongly of smoke and that three girls had exited the stall before she entered. She said the stall smelled like marijuana but used it only because it was the only option available. She also pointed out that the man sitting outside appeared to be associated with the group who had been in the stall. We then returned to our patio table where our family was seated. Our server brought out her birthday pie along with another complimentary dessert. She blew out the candle, we shared dessert, and we began preparing to leave. A few minutes later, while we were still seated on the patio, the general manager, Nick Krafft, approached our table accompanied by Executive Chef Michael Wagner. We initially assumed he was checking in on our experience. Instead, he immediately stated, "I'm going to have to ask you not to smoke in our restaurant and bathroom," directing the accusation at my cousin and me. We were completely taken aback by both the accusation and the manner in which it was delivered. We calmly explained that it was not us and described exactly what we had observed in the restroom. We stated that neither of us smoke and never have. We even offered to have our belongings checked and explained that we had not taken any jackets or purses with us to the restroom, as our family remained at the table. Despite this, the general manager refused to listen or consider our explanation and continued to place blame on us. He did not speak to our server, who had interacted with us just moments earlier while bringing out the birthday dessert, nor did he attempt to investigate further or de-escalate the situation. As we were leaving, my fiancé asked the general manager if he actually smelled smoke on either of us. He responded "yes," which was not true, and continued to push a conclusion he had already formed. No apology was offered. We spent over $1,000 celebrating a family birthday at a restaurant we had trusted and enjoyed in the past. Instead, the evening ended with my cousin's birthday being overshadowed by an unfounded accusation. There were many guests dining that evening, yet blame was placed solely on two women who had simply used the restroom. I am a Nurse Practitioner, and my cousin is a special education teacher for autistic children. Neither of us have ever smoked. Being accused in this manner was humiliating, hurtful, and completely unnecessary. I was later contacted by the regional manager, who was understanding. However, I believe this situation highlights the need for better investigation, accountability, and staff training to prevent similar experiences in the future. A personal apology from Nick, acknowledging his actions and taking accountability, would be an appropriate step forward after innocent guests were wrongly blamed and a birthday celebration was ruined.

I ordered chips and queso (chips and salsa is complimentary!), a skinny margarita, and the burrito grande. The chips are hot, fresh, and delicious! The queso had amazing flavor, I do wish it was slightly thicker but that may just be personal preference. The skinny margarita was the perfect amount of lime, sweetness, and just strong enough on the tequila. And the burrito grande was... MASSIVE! Like twice the size of my head lol. But it was so good!!! The carnitas had great flavor, the potatoes were crispy, and we even asked for hot sauce and were given what looked like two different house made sauces that were soooo good. The burrito is also a steal at $13 as it lasted me for 3 meals! Can't wait for it to be warm again, I'll definitely be coming back! The patio space is perfect for the warmer weather!
