Access is awful, which should have warned me away. Two entries, but no way to turn across the major roads, no connections to surrounding lots. Finally got in the lot, and the line from the drive-through wrapped around the building. Second warning sign, plus those cars blocked access to the lot in general, on both ends. Lots of kids in the play area, probably third warning sign, but I needed food and caffeine. Lots of people and kids inside, noisy and nuts on a Sunday morning. The kiosks, as at other McD's, are an interesting concept but fail in practice. They don't speed things up for customers, though I'm sure they help reduce staff needed. People don't know how to use them, there are too many options, some are always broken, and people don't realize they have two sides so you end up with long lines on one side. Sunday morning, so, breakfast for me for a road trip. The usual food, meh. I mean, a McMuffin is quick and tasty, Sweetie likes the hash browns, etc. I usually go with a sausage McMuffin. Either training has failed for front desk cashiers or McDonald's standard of fast service is no longer a priority. This young lady literally stood at the front desk where a young man and what looked to be a supervisors got the orders. Most people in the lobby entered their own orders and as at least 10 people waited for their orders, she just stood there. Didn't make one ice cream, pack any cookies - just stood there. Management needs to do better in utilizing resources to help the team. The young lady took no initiative or was not empowered to do so. Be prepared for slow service. read more

This mcdonalds has the absolute worst customer service. Not an exaggeration they have gotten our drive-thru order wrong every, single, time. One time i ordered 2 fish meals, and got someone else's order by mistake. I didnt check the bag immediately (my fault for trusting them) and had to return it after I got home. When I returned it they tried telling me repeatedly that I only ordered sandwiches, not the meal. Even when I was showing them the receipt that said meal they couldnt admit their mistake. I had to ask them how it was possible that I paid $12 for 2 fillets, and only then did they give me some fries. Would never recommend to anyone read more

I used to go to this mcdonalds everyday and my orders used to always turn out perfect. Recently they havent been performing at their best. Today, my boyfriend went to get me my usual L iced coffee and 2 strawberry and cream pies. They drive thru worker accidently charged me for 3 pies. When he got back woth my order all 3 pies were apple (the receipt said strawberries and cream, plus the pies were in the specialty pie boxes not apple pie boxes). They didnt tell him that they had stopped serving strawberry cream pies and that they only sell apple. When he went back to get my money they said there was NOTHING they could do. So I paid for 3 apple pies that got taken back and left on the counter and they kept my money. Ill never go back to this McDonalds again. What a huge waste of money and time. Headed out of town and looked up 24 hour McDonald's saw this location was opened pulled up to order no one spoke to us first until we asked "excuse me are you guys opened" finally someone answered we ordered didn't even get a total was just told to pull up, we get to the window four people passed us with out even helping us. They have free wifi here and a slide (can't really call it a playground). My son loves it there. All he eats is fries so it's a pretty cheap way to take him out for fun without going far or spending much. I can play on my iPod while he plays on the slide. It has a pretty nice decor inside with tv screens too. And nowadays McDonalds has great coffee. They've reinvented themselves. read more

Had occasion to run through this Mc drive-through after a long day at the Ohio State hospital with a loved one. It was 10:35 on a Friday night, so I was glad to find something still open. There were five cars in front of me, and after placing my order I sat for a while before moving. After that, though, each car seemed to move pretty quickly through the line... that first car just gave had a huge order or something. The workers were friendly and polite. This location has really gone down hill. I went through the drive thru on Monday 5/17/21 and the employee proceeded to give me an attitude when I could not understand what he said my total was. He was actually acting angry. When I got the the second window all I could see was like 4 people hanging around the window talking about personal stuff while the one employee was working.
