We stopped there to pick up a frap and a bite to eat since we had been on the road for quite a while. I had to go to the restroom and noticed all these boxes stacked on the wall in the hallway leading to the restrooms. The hallway was pretty small from the get go but with all the merchandise stacked there I first thought the restrooms where closed. Fortunately they where open. The barista at the register was ok but not as engaging as at my fav location in West Chester. You have to be very patience at this particular location. We waited over 30 minutes for two drinks and pumpkin loaf. We noticed that the staff did not work as a team at all. There was zero communication or interaction between the staff. read more

Woke up early on a road trip at the nearby Hampton inn & was delighted to see the local Starbucks was open at 430 am. I was sure they weren't really open yet as most of the time when I see that the staff is running behind schedule. I was greeted a soon as I walked in and helped by the sweetest baristas of all time! Today's visit for me to get a relaxing Comfort Wellness tea. As usual, I ordered thru the app when I was about five minutes away and there it was, voila. I never wait in a Starbucks drive thru. This Starbucks is conveniently located right outside of Columbus and near the interstate, which means they don't have to do a good job because they have no return customers. The last several times we have been by (this location is on the way to our folks house) they have had order ahead turned off and the inside of the store closed (is this permanent?) and this time the line was literally all the way around the building. Worst Starbucks I have been too. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get 2 cake pops and a refresher. My kids were even agitated about the wait and was so fussy. Ruined my mood and had to go home. Never waited that long before m at least say "sorry for the wait". Nope all I got was just " hope is your day going?" Well it could have been better if you guys were faster or even just a sorry. At least there are other Starbucks out there that will give you a gift card for the long wait but nope they didn't do anything. I needed to try something new this morning, so I went to Starbucks. I've heard some great things about a nice atmosphere and good coffee, this establishment was nothing like that. My coffee was watered down, somehow. I didn't order any sort of water. Black coffee is the only thing that keeps me going on slow mornings like this. When the employe was confronted she laughed in my face. Do not recommend this location, I'm not sure I'll ever try Starbucks again! If I could give 6 stars I would. This specific location is always super fast through the drive thru and inside. Have not met one worker who was rude or acted as if they didn't want to be there. Today I got to meet with their general manager Jared (I believe that was his name). I was struggling to find a coffee I could stay happy and consistent with and not only did he listen to all my favorite tastes he knew exactly what to make me. I'd recommend this location to anyone! The drive-through was our original plan (because baby) but the line wrapped all the way around the building at noon on a weekday, so I ran inside. No line. Yeah, I had to wait a few minutes, but they were running around like crazy so I understood. Got our drinks right, got me caffeinated and on my way. Everybody's happy. I'm still a coffee neophyte, so while I know Sweetie's order well I am often at a loss as to what I want. I picked pretty much at random: java chip frap. It was tall, cool, chocolatey, and actually had lots of little chocolate chips in it. Refreshing in two ways. Prices are high- it's Starbucks. Quality is, well, good not great. This place is absolutely atrocious. I would still go out of desperation at times. I could deal with the long lines and wrong orders. I found if I didn't ask for any modifications my order would come out correct 75% of the time which was an improvement for sure but still inconvenient because sometimes i like to modify my drink. Well about two or so weeks ago. I went and got a drink. My lid smelt like what i can only describe as dirty butt or dirty belly button. I do go extremely early, no wait time and I get a simple Americano, so my experience through the drive thru and drink are spot on. I was surprised to see the negative rating of this store when I checked. So I thought I would share my $.02. I can only speak to the morning hours, I am speaking 6-7am. Maybe everyone is a little more peppy then, I don't know. But the service is GREAT! They are beyond fast. In fact, compared to the Canal Winchester location that I frequent, I am willing to be this location is about twice as fast. That is no joke, although it might just be how incredibly slow the Canal location is. Nonetheless, the baristas at the window are also friendly and brighten my morning, even from the ordering point, all the way up to the window. I don't usually leave reviews but I have been giving this location a second chance for many months. The workers are kind and I appreciate that, however it always seems to be so unorganized. Once when going through the drive thru they gave me the completely wrong drink and rushed me away. Another time they were out of cups larger than a tall and still charged me for a venti. More recently I ordered 2 drinks ahead and was only given one of my drinks. After noticing I tried to stick around and see if anyone would let me ask about it, but not one of the workers even looked at me when I obviously was looking to ask about something. I understand that this location is busy and likely understaffed, but I am noticing that I've had more unpleasant experiences here than pleasant. read more
