The Barista was exceptionally friendly and very informative. Love that he took the time to check if the match was truly ceremonial. He made the drink with quite some expertise using the traditional methods of whisking in a bowl. I added a touch of pistachio syrup just to make it a bit different for the ride. Tasting it was NOT a disappoint....it was DELICIOUS. The place had a lot of indoor seating and it is very bohemia-ish in the decor. They appear to really connect with the local community in their agenda as well. There were different programs you could be a part of. All around excellent....there is a lot a few food items to pick from but I dod not try any of those this time around. I would definitely return.

I get the Ohio Maple Latte or the Honey Vanilla Latte warm or iced with almond milk. They don't make them sweet. You can still taste their wonderful coffee! Lots of seating both indoor and outdoor at tables, where you will usually see people taking, studying, or working. If you're not looking for a big corporate coffee experience, Stauf's (while still a smaller local "chain" with multiple locations) is the place to go in the 212.

You can get the coffee both ground and whole bean, your preference. If you find them at a market, they also bring some hot and cold drinks. I got a cold brew coffee/cold chai tea latte blend today, and it was delicious! It was one of those drinks that went down really easily and was a lovely blend of cold coffee and cinnamon spices. The quiche was delicious but they didn't say it would take 8-10 minutes to warm it up when I ordered so I thought she forgot to order it for me so when I asked, that's when I found out about the wait. It came out shortly after I asked. It had good flavor and the egg was a perfect texture. I would head back.

Whenever I have a friend visiting from out of town, I bring them here, and they always love it too. The atmosphere is another reason I keep coming back. The inside is cozy, comfortable, and unique, there's outdoor seating for beautiful days, and when it's busy, you can also sit inside Natalie's next door. It's basically three different environments to enjoy while still getting the same great coffee. Its what I first think of when you say roaster or Columbus coffee. For the past ten years they have had booth in the middle of the North Market and this is where I found them still! At this location you can get a smaller variety of their roasts but they have most of the super popular ones. They have some excellent dark roasts. Our favorite is Baba Budin. So today we stopped in for a chai latte (me) and a Baba for the hubby. We left very happy. If you haven't tried Staufs... Its worth the wait in the wrap around line to get it. If you go when it's busy make sure to check how it gets rung up! i understand a mistake here and there but it was $15 for two coffees ($5 24oz cold brew, $0.75 for a splash of oat milk, and $5.15 for a hot latte) and idk where the extra charge was from. Whole milk was poured into the drink instead of oat... thank goodness there wasn't an allergy but watch out for this if you have any. I've never really had this experience with other stauf locations
