I was given the wrong change back and once they realized they made a mistake, they didn't apologize

One of the busiest McDonald's I've ever seen. They even had a guy in the parking lot taking orders with the Ipad. We were able to sneak in right before they switched from breakfast to lunch. Overall it was a standard McDonalds. Decent bathroom. I'd keep driving and try to find another McDonalds with a better parking lot situation. read more

Its very nice location mcdonalds and the employees were friendly. The one i notice that in bathroom, there is no privacy between the urinals. The employees were nice. However, Mcdonalds is getting more and more franchising, so the prices are different at each location. I got 2 large fries and they were hot and tasty. You never want to buy McDonalds fries that are sittting there. It was okay experience. Will only go there again if i have to. Its good to use the mobile app for free stuff. read more

I'm in no way a Mcdonald's fan except for one item: The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit. I've loved it since I was a kid. You no doubt have been to a McDonald's, and this was isn't much different than the rest. I did notice a huge line for the drive-thru (perhaps a dozen cars), and you are probably just better off getting out of your car and going inside if that's the case. This location also has an outside playground for the kiddos. Inside, the tables were clean, the service was fast, and the wireless worked fine. No complaints about my visit, but it is McDonald's, so it only gets 3 *s. read more

Ok it's McDonalds and everyone knows what to expect at a McDs but... I haven't determined if it's just this location or something new from McDs but when I go thru a drive thru to grab breakfast I expect that it's ready to eat, no assembly required. My last three trips thru this location ordering simple oatmeal required me to add the fruit and raisins. Yes I know it's simple enough but when you're driving down the road by yourself at 70mph, not so much. If the argument is that some people don't want one of the ingredients they should ask for it that way but don't make the default method a "some assembly may be required" situation. Especially in a DRIVE THRU. It's pretty safe to assume I'll be eating (or at least wanting to) eat while I'm in route. read more

Ususally this McD's is great. However this visit was HORRIBLE. I stated VERY clearly to the order taker (who was outside) that I was using a mobile app coupon. Got to the cashier and she said the QR reader wasn't working. They didn't offer to give me a additional item, gift card or other to make up the difference of the BOGO that they "couldn't" process. it's rare that i have a good experience here at this location. staff is always rude and there is no customer service. i get that it is mcdonald's, i worked at a mcdonald's through high school and was a manager. so i get it, but tonight i went and ordered food and i was rushed to order my food, i went to pay and the boy in the window just took my card didn't confirm my order and just closed the window in my face, and when i asked him if i just paid for a big mac meal he looked confused and had to look at the receipt he almost didnt give me. there have been a number of times i've had rude interactions in the window where i was ignored people were talking and not paying attention, or texting. tonight i ordered a big mac and received a big mac with 2 cheeseburger patties, and was cold, again i get that it's mcdonald's, but you could care a little bit more about your jobs read more

When you order a full meal, pay $7 and only get 1/4 worth of fries, you deserve a bad review.. also I gave them a chance to make the situation right by calling and it rang for 5 min. with no answer . For the record this Is far from the first time this type of stuff has happened considering I live in the area, but I really am done, Smh. I WILL NOT be back to this location. read more

It's rare to find a McDonald's that perfectly executed on my mildly unusual order (double quarter pounder no bun extra toppings) but this location managed it. Typical McDonald's quality, it's no fine dining, but hit the spot perfectly. Excellent service in the drive thru and super quick! read more

This is Most definitely the best ran McDonald's I have ever been to! The staff is dressed well and the location was very clean. My food was served on a tray to me brought by who I believe is the manager in a waiter like fashion. I went to grab a moist wipe from the common area to wipe down a table I assumed would be covered in food, and it to was spotless. All of this service I got while there was a long drive through wait due to the lunch hour. Fantastic service, the only bad part is I'm sure I'll return to another McDonald's and it will have considerably less sanitary and satisfactory standards. read more

Really disappointed... Got an egg mcmuffin and a coffee today...coffee was burnt and the muffin was either stale or overcooked and was hard. This is a very busy McDonald's! The food should not come out like that... read more

SLOW. I live close by and avoid this place because it is slow and a pain to pull in or out if you want to turn left. I actually get annoyed at all the people turning in here that slows traffic down. The only redeeming quality is that it has a play place which is great for people driving on trips that needs this for their kids. I would advise going to the Chick Fila for a playplace in the winter but this works in the summer. The playplace is outside but under a canopy. This place is just slow in drive thru and inside. I went in to get an apple pie the other day and it still took 5 minutes to order and receive food. I wouldn't advise the slow drive thru either. read more

The worst McDonalds i have ever been to! The place is FILTHY! The employees congregate on their day off were goofing around! The manger sat there with his nose in his phone oblivious to it all! I took my 6 year old Granddaughter there on Saturday at 4pm April 6,2019 After the toy store because they had a playground. There was one Man sitting in the back section alone and a table of 4 in the front section the rest of the restaurant was empty . There was at least 6 young people in the back of the counter, only one at the register one at the window and the rest walking around or talking or just standing and staring at the line of 5 waiting to place their order. Two were carry out. After I got my food I tried to find a seat all the tables were dirty we went out side by the playground thinking it might be better 3 of the tables were dirty and 2 of them had fries ,burgers cups on the ground I wanted to go but my Granddaughter really wanted to stay After watching the children walk on the food then play on the slide I had to promise my Granddaughter I would take her to a park but she couldn't play here or eat here it was utterly disgusting after letting her eat her fries we left and not one table was cleaned off and no one was attempting to clean them also I reported it to the mgr. she looked to be in high school as did all the other people.. read more

Last Night i ordered mozzarella sticks as well as some other things. The order wasn't accurate which i can understand. But i cant get over some one filled the box that was intended for mozzarella sticks with tarter sauce i think. When i contacted mcdonolds about it they would even give me a refund. Im not greedy i dont even need a free meal or anything but i payed for mozzarella sticks i expect to get them. read more

Hands down one of the best McDonalds you will ever go to. I moved here recently and while I try not to eat McDonald's often it's hard not to find the ease and the convenience while your busy. This McDonalds is however has the most friendly staff and while always extremely busy seem to stay positive and quick. Keep up the good work guys! read more

Each time we have been to this Mcds has been wonderful. The facility is clean and comfortable with a great outdoor play place. We have to special order Gluten Free and they always have the order correct. Not only do they get the order correct but they have never made me feel uncomfortable while ordering our special meals! I order a 20 pc nugget. I ask for BBQ and honey.. which besides the nuggets, the dipping sauce is the MOST IMPORTANT thing.. I roll up to the second window and forgot to ask for Buffalo as well. So I asked this blond, early 20s, who was closest to the window and said "hey I think I forgot to ask for buffalo sauce." Without a word, besides an eye roll, she looks at the screen and says, "yeah you did." I said knowing I definitely did not ask for buffalo, "oh okay, can I have a few more?" She glares at me and I said "is that okay with you? Do you mind?" Without a word turns around and grabs ONE. so anyways... I get home and open the bag .. there's just ONE HONEY ... ZERO BBQ .. if I wouldn't have pushed and inconvenienced that girl to grab me a buffalo sauce I would have had ONE sauce for TWENTY nuggets .. buck up, lose the attitude and learn to at least slap a fake smile on your face. -- wouldn't happen at CHIK-FIL-A..
