I am not totally sure what that reference means, but I can say the food and chicken was good. I had the medium heat fried chicken sandwich and went with mac and cheese plus the mashed potatoes and gravy for my sides. Everything was good. Mashed potatoes needed some salt and pepper and I never add salt to anything, but after that and pouring some gravy on them it was perfect. The heat level on my was great. I went with Medium and may try the Nashville Hot next but that medium was a just right. My partner loves fried chicken and ordered the two-piece meal with a wing and breast, no heat, and enjoyed it as well. No complaints there. Service was the best. The guy that took our order was so personable and friendly and walked us through the options. After we ordered, even brought the food to the table once it was ready. Everything was hot and fresh. Soda machines were down but sure they'll get it fixed soon, and the restrooms were worn and really cold, but none of that was a big deal really. Overall a good experience and a solid option if you are craving some fried chicken or looking for a good chicken sandwich. The place was packed early for a Saturday but I found out because they were closing. I ordered a 2 piece meal with Collard Greens and Mac & Cheese. The seasoning on the chicken was amazing!
