I didn't feel like the team member was going to join me in my van, which was refreshing!! The person completing check-out was friendly and commented that he appreciated my use of the app, which really improve the vibe with this location. While they may not serve beef I often become anxious and like a cattle being prodded through CFA. And I didn't feel like this AT ALL!! Plus my food was excellent and hot! And my Diet Coke was crispy. Whenever I'm in the mainland...I always love to go to Chick-fil-A. This location is very convenient to Walmart and very clean. They have a children's play room so parents can enjoy lunch and easily watch the kiddos. Being from Hawaii we were freezing and tried the Tortilla soup it was very tasty and savory. It hit the spot. The chicken sandwiches are always so good! The waffle cut fries with the house sauce is the best! The diet lemonade with splenda was yummy too! Something about their chicken is just magical;) Hands down 5 stars for the service and food quality! They are always so friendly to everyone and take pride in their job. The servers came to our table to ask if we needed refills or more sauce and even offered to throw our trash away?!? This is unheard of in fast food. We were flabbergasted! Amazing employees! We visited in 12/23 and I tried to place an online order with the app like have been doing for years. Got all the way to the final checkout screen , even after entering my credit card and the app couldn't verify any phone numbers. And therefore wouldn't place the order ... said the verification system was down... So after spending 10 mins doing a huge group order online I had to go into the store, wait in line and place the entire order again. This store was a zoo. The line moved quickly and the cashier was friendly. Our orders came out correct but one of my beefs is the French fry cups don't look as advertised- as in they're not even filled to the top. Barely full. I had grilled nuggets and they looked a little mangled. My dog ate most of them. To make matters worse I got a sprite and while I was driving down the hwy my straw pierced the bottom of my cup and sprite started leaking all over my rental car. What a sticky nightmare of a mess. Did the cups get thinner? This never happened to me in my life. Foam cups are out dated and shouldn't even be used at this point. Time to get better cups and switch to planet friendly straws, not these plastic daggers! read more

I am an Uber eats driver. I have shown the cashier the order sheet confirm the name and the order matched, but would refuse to give me the order unless I press that it is confirmed. I stated to the individual I can come through the drive-through that way I can hit confirm there to show. I am already on the way in my car but I was not going to confirm just because he wanted me to confirm it times us so if I hit confirm that means I'm already in my vehicle so I had to cancel the ride. Very disappointed in the service here. As someone with celiac and a severe sensitivity to cross contamination Chic Fil A is one of the only safe fast food places for me. Every time has been great until this location. I specifically asked for no breaded nuggets on my salad as they contain gluten, and to replace them with grilled nuggets. Ended up still receiving the breaded nuggets in my salad, which had a sticker on the box that said celiac, watch for cross contamination, grilled nuggets. Putting people's health at risk is never just a mistake, please be better in the future with people similar to me! read more

This is my favorite location in the area. It can get busy but they are still quick to get orders in and out. Fantastic costumer service, food is consistently good quality, and one of the few fast food places that what you order looks like what you see pictured on the menu. Fresh squeezed lemonade daily, chocolate chip cookies that melt in your mouth, and you can go healthy with the chicken wrap...I recommend with avocado lime ranch. They don't do beef but they have bacon!!! I add that to my chicken sandwich all the time to take it up a notch. read more

You can't go wrong here. The staff is always friendly, the orders are always right. The 20 or so times Ive been here since it has opened they have only gotten something wrong once. They forgot to give us a chick fil a sauce we asked for. That is it. You try 20 times at burger king next door something will be wrong 10 times then you will get an attitude when you bring it up. Say what you will about Chick fil a and there politics but they have an outstanding business structure that allows them to be in the top 3 of all fast food restaurants in the nation. First time with no line! Chikfila is always the go to when I'm indecisive about what to eat. The reason for 3 stars is because I ordered a spicy deluxe meal with no pickle, the cashier cut me off and asked what kind of cheese. It comes with pepper jack, but that's fine that he asked. I wanted to double check to make sure it was no pickle again and got cut off again for him to ask us what the drinks were supposed to be again? The third time asking he said yes to no pickle. Of course there was pickle on it, but at this point, I was annoyed enough trying to order it correctly that I just took the pickle off and drenched it in chikfila sauce.. (still tasted like pickle). I will be back, just wish he would have repeated the order or listened before cutting me off. The food is fresh and delicious. read more

All my experiences here whether dine-in, drive thru, and no matter what meal - breakfast, lunch, or dinner - have always had excellent customer service.
