We waited approximately 15 minutes before I finally just went in to ask about our food. The employee promptly informed me they no longer have the screen that notifies them when someone arrives and checks in as she motioned towards my order that was just sitting in the middle of the counter. If they no longer have the ability to provide curbside service then they should communicate that to the customers in some capacity. Whether it is notes over the curbside parking signage or disabling the option in app. But it should not be standard practice to let the customer wait, their order just sitting getting cold, and an attitude of indifference.
