Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Flowood, Mississippi

It's slowly becoming a reliable, not necessarily super healthy, default eatery. Walked from the hotel about a half a mile in the dark, crossing crazy busy highways to grab a #2 spicy deluxe with french fries. Oh yeah, and a sweet tea. Chick-fil-A didn't disappoint. The food was as expected, fresh, hot, semi-spicy and overall decent. If it's the one unhealthy thing I ate all day I can live with that. read more

Worst sausage egg and cheese biscuit I have ever had.... It was burnt!!!! Got a refund and left. The manager was speechless!!! Never going back there ever!!! read more

My grilled chicken sandwich was the driest and toughest I have ever had except for the one I had there last Christmas. It was also cold!

This is my first ever review, and only because Landon- the light skin guy went out of his way to help me get my sandwich that didn't go through on my order, even though I ordered it on the mobile app. He was funny, and pretty cool. He should get a promotion. I can tell this guy is going to do great things in life just based off of his great attitude. -Leviticus read more

This was a terrible experience for me. I went on 4/30 around 10:30 ish and there was an older black woman taking my order. I watched her check employees in front of me and as a service worker myself that was very unprofessional. She got my order all the way wrong also! I asked for chicken tenders and she told me there would be a wait for them....ok I was cool with that. It wasn't cool how I made it to work and I had COLD CHICKEN NUGGETS instead of the tenders I was promised and waited on. I know I wasn't given someone else's order, because I was the only one in the lobby waiting! read more

this location has been extremely slow. waiting for 10 minutes and sometimes 15 for the drive through mobile app. the non mobile line seems to be faster. read more

Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? I love both their food and their values. They are very clean and friendly also!

You short an order of the only breakfast sandwich ordered, but you can't refund the card payment without me coming back and sitting through your line. That's the point of not using cash...You'll not waste my time twice. You need to do better read more

The food was great the only reason it's not a 5 is because they forgot to say my pleasure but 10/10 !

Best chicken sandwich. But I love it spicy and they deliver. I've been eating Chick-fil-A for 30+ years. A+ all the way!!

Drive through needs to be explained better. One should not get in the mobile line until after the stop sign because it blocks parked cars. Am I completely wrong on this? I won't go back now because I have now had two people cut me off and argue that they were right. It's just confusing and I hate conflict. Love you, Chick-fil-A, but I can't do that again. read more

The food is great the service was amazing and the people there were so nice!! The food came so fast OMG I wishhhhhhhhh I could go here everyday OMFGGG read more

i never do these but whoever is working on dec. 5th around 8 am needs to go. My bag was filled with soda?? then i ate half of my biscuit and there was a hair. I've always loved this chick fil a so it makes me upset but maybe it's only morning shift?? i don't know read more

Have another QR scan station closer to window for when it's too chaotic to scan the one at the speaker. Was made to go back around to scan after waiting 24 min the 1st time. 18 minutes the second go round. read more

Chick fil a has always been a favorite of mine, known far and wide throughout the land for their exceptional food and wonderful service, and the Flowood location was no different. The atmosphere was peaceful and the walls were a delightful shade of beige. While ordering our food, my family and I received great service from a young lad named Caleb, who most certainly deserves a raise. read more

HORRIBLE. They served me a chicken but it was still ALIVE not technically breathing but moving. It was the most horrifying thing ever. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE a lady named Bianca snatched my wig off when I asked for 10 more ketchup packets. And even when I had to drive 20 minutes to get there the line was horrible! Mobile and the regular drive thru? Nope more like poopy drive thru. AND since the line was so long I had to go inside! The atmosphere was horrid! Everyone was musty there was a Stanley cup on the ground and ketchup everywhere! I do not recommend EVER read more

Not good. Horrible costumer service. Ms Christina was very incompetent, she was very short with me like she wanted me out of there. Not only that I have heard her talk nice to other people saying things like "drive safe" "have a great day" "enjoy ur meal" and "my pleasure" I did not receive this. and to be honest, my feelings are hurt and I will not be returning. read more

Did the new mobile selection thinking it's gonna be faster well it's not I've had the wrong order cold food and rude service. The whole first line went faster then the mobile order one get it together. read more

Keisha Thompson doesn't understand how to speak to people with respect. My fiancé waited 20 minutes at the flowood location and when he approached her she was extremely rude- didn't apologize and proceeded to ask if he was a cop. I'm not sure how that matters but it did to her. When did chick fil a start hiring people like that? I am shocked that he would be treated this way. 20 minutes. No apology. And at Flowood?? Really??? read more

Always a pleasure to order here. The service goes beyond all expectation. Especially for being in the same field as fast food. I wish all employees were this delightful and the food great tasting. read more

Super yummy chicken sammich! Nom nom nom! Really, really friendly service here. I camped out for a few hours taking advantage of their free wifi and the sweetest girl came around about every half hour to refill my drink and to make sure I was doing ok. You don't just see that kinda good service every day at a fast food joint! Make sure to check in at this particular Chick-fil-A because you'll score a free gallon of their tea just like I did! Sweet!! read more

Outstanding establishment, and phone app. Yeah I saw the sign , and the long lines ( two drive through lines ). I decided to give it a try. Downloading, and setting up was easy. Made my order , and pushed the ( I'm here button ) when I got there. Within a minute of coming in , I had my fresh chicken sandwich in hand. 9-28-16 used the app again . I hit the I'm here button , walked past cars sitting in line to order. I was in , and out with my order before the car I walked past moved up in line ! They were also so happy I used the app to order , they gave me a free cookie. read more

Chick-fil-A - Mmmmm free cookie - Fast Food Near Me - Flowood, Mississippi

This has got to be the slowest serving CFA ever! I have never sat in a drive-they as long as I had to with this location.

The flow of the drive through is not as efficient as most other Chick-fil-As that I have frequented. I was given a frosted lemonade that had been sitting out too long. The girl taking my order in drive through was not friendly at all. read more

i think it's f***ing ridiculous i'm sitting at the drive thru box for 10 minutes saying "hello" while the entire other lines goes thru, people behind me screaming "they're not helping you?" and by the time we both get f***ing frustrated enough to just go back around the building and get in the other line then they want to start getting everybody else in the line we just had to pull out of when we had been sitting here for 10 minutes already. i shouldn't get here at 7:30 and spend almost 20 something minutes in a damn line not getting helped update: i got home and not all my food is here. fuck that place, im over it. read more

This is the worst Chick-fil-A ever. Save yourself some trouble and go sit down in a nice restaurant somewhere and it will be much quicker and accurate. One person directing traffic every once in a while would be VERY helpful. I watched a lady eventually get out of her car to go direct traffic so that The line could move LOL. If you go to this location expect to sit in traffic for a half hour just to get very simple sandwich and french fries. I would suggest driving to Madison or County line Road location and it will still be faster or maybe drive to Memphis or New Orleans or Birmingham or Atlanta and it should still be quicker. Also be sure to check your order for accuracy before you leave. It's 50/50 chance read more

This location has steadily gone down hill. The drive thru might as well be called the parking lot. Service has gotten slower and slower. They stopped serving their spicy chicken biscuit so as I sit here in the lot hoping the next moron will pull forward and keep the line up straight. I have to ask myself "Why did you come here, for over cooked chicken on an undercooked biscuit". I think my days of eating here have come to an end. read more

Does not have fish sandwich for Lent. Was told that was not a Mississippi thing. Kind of disappointing that the chain that is defender of all things holy doesn't accommodate Catholics during Lent. read more

This location can not get a drink order correct no matter how specific I make my instructions. I order a 1/2 sweet tea, 1/2 lemonade, selected right off their menu. + I even go to the extent to leave "Arnold Palmer please" in my order notes. It is ALWAYS wrong. Have probably given them $20 worth of crappy teas that I've thrown away. Customer service is A1 but quality control is 0/10 read more

They couldn't get my order right for nothing. I ordered spicy chicken deluxe crispy with Mayo. I left and realized they gave me grilled. I called and went back. They brought me another grilled. When I call back and receive the crispy, it was not fresh at all. When I opened the mayo, I realized they gave me cilantro lime. I was just telling someone I've been riding around trying to find food, and ended up back here because they never disappoint. I'm so disappointed in the poor service. If the girls wasn't too playful in the window and not worrying about who they gave a number to, my order would've been right and fresh. I wasted 11.48. read more

Can't say enough GREAT things about this Chick-Fil-A. Food is always excellent and fast. They are forever busy, but the staff is friendly and personable and efficient. They really look like they love what they do! I truly appreciate the superior food and customer service. It's always a pleasure to come here ... a real treat every time. read more

Food is great! People are friendly. Service is slow!!! Since closing dine-in service, drive thru is SLOW. I spent 43 minutes waiting in line after having placed order through app. read more

I hate to say this because I really like Chick-fil-a, but after you wait in a line wrapped all the way around the building it is disappointing to get a $6 biscuit meal with chicken the size of one of the other chain's nuggets. People like you for a great number of reasons Chick-fil-a...please don't start being like everyone else. read more

Service is great, as it usually is at Chik fil a. They are SUPER fast. I usually stop by for coffee on the way to work and it doesn't take but a second. I also stop by after work some days and get a wrap. Those are definitely my favorite menu item! I sometimes sit inside, their dining areas is kept up nicely and the servers bring the food to your table. But when it's hot outside I highly suggest a frozen lemonade. Oh my YUM. Great service and yummy food. My favorite fast food restaurant in flowood. Perfect pit stop while shopping in the Dogwood shopping center! read more

I did curbside pickup from this CFA and when I got home to eat my 4 count strip I was met with a nasty thick looking piece of hair fried INTO the chicken and breading. I immediately tried to call the store but they never answered. I then called CFA cares and was told the store would call me within 24 hours. Never happened. They decided to resolve the issue by giving me a coupon for a 4 count strip. Why would I want a coupon for the very thing that had a hair? I would be so grossed out trying to eat that again. Didn't know Chick-fil-A's customer service turned into this. read more

The best thing about Chik-fil-A is always the very friendly, courteous staff who have the best smiles, they never give you an attitude or treat your like your in the wrong neighborhood (cough, mcdonalds..) and the chicken is always fresh, always tasty, and always clean. My only complaint, and I'm sure everyone will agree is this: for years chik-fil-a has been overcharging for thier small portions.. and for a Christian company, this should have been corrected a long time ago. read more

Not what I was used to from Chick-fil-A! Placed order for 3-strip combo w/tea for me and just an original sandwich for a friend. Guys at window made a big deal over giving 2 sauces-for two entrees. And I had to remind them twice about my tea. I called back and complained to manager & she agreed we were due 2 Chik-sauces. For all my troubles she offered a reward. I didn't ask--she offered. 3 days later--no reward. No wonder kids act a fool over sauces--while forgetting the tea you've actually paid for. Manager was just as untruthful. May as well gone to McDonald's--same difference. You're slipping, Chick-fil-A!! read more

Chick-Fil-A is my family's favorite fast food place. Their employees are always polite, helpful, and accommodating, and their food is consistently good. The wait at this location is usually incredibly long though due to all the traffic here, and it's like that almost any time of the day that you go by. So, we often decide not to go here because we don't have an hour to commit to sitting in their drive thru. Also, almost every time we place an order here, something is missing from our order, so if we don't check the order before we leave, we will get home before realizing someone in our house didn't get his meal. We have brought this to managers' attention on multiple occasions, but this persists, so double check your bags before you pull away so you don't go hungry! ;) read more

It's your fairly typical chic fil-a, but ALWAYS busy. I mean lines wrapped around the building busy, and slow. The last time I was there I was trying to explain what I wanted to the girl through the box I wanted just a number 1 (it just comes with pickles) and add lettuce. And she insisted on giving me a number 2 (comes with cheese, lettuce, and tomato) but with no cheese, and tomato.. Thus charging me for the cheese I never even wanted in the first place. Then they weren't the friendliest at the window. Which is rare for chick fila, but whatever. I'm sure it was a long day. In other words, don't try to modify anything, you'll just get charged for stuff you didn't even want at this location. Lol. I've worked for chick fila before, and I've never heard of that before in my life. read more
