This was a terrible experience for me. I went on 4/30 around 10:30 ish and there was an older black woman taking my order. I watched her check employees in front of me and as a service worker myself that was very unprofessional. She got my order all the way wrong also! I asked for chicken tenders and she told me there would be a wait for them....ok I was cool with that. Outstanding establishment, and phone app. Yeah I saw the sign , and the long lines ( two drive through lines ). I decided to give it a try. Downloading, and setting up was easy. Super yummy chicken sammich! Nom nom nom! Really, really friendly service here. I camped out for a few hours taking advantage of their free wifi and the sweetest girl came around about every half hour to refill my drink and to make sure I was doing ok. One person directing traffic every once in a while would be VERY helpful. I watched a lady eventually get out of her car to go direct traffic so that The line could move LOL. If you go to this location expect to sit in traffic for a half hour just to get very simple sandwich and french fries. I did curbside pickup from this CFA and when I got home to eat my 4 count strip I was met with a nasty thick looking piece of hair fried INTO the chicken and breading. I immediately tried to call the store but they never answered. I then called CFA cares and was told the store would call me within 24 hours. Never happened. And I had to remind them twice about my tea. I called back and complained to manager & she agreed we were due 2 Chik-sauces. For all my troubles she offered a reward. Chick-Fil-A is my family's favorite fast food place. Their employees are always polite, helpful, and accommodating, and their food is consistently good. The wait at this location is usually incredibly long though due to all the traffic here, and it's like that almost any time of the day that you go by. So, we often decide not to go here because we don't have an hour to commit to sitting in their drive thru. Also, almost every time we place an order here, something is missing from our order, so if we don't check the order before we leave, we will get home before realizing someone in our house didn't get his meal. We have brought this to managers' attention on multiple occasions, but this persists, so double check your bags before you pull away so you don't go hungry! ;) read more

Service is great, as it usually is at Chik fil a. They are SUPER fast. I usually stop by for coffee on the way to work and it doesn't take but a second. I also stop by after work some days and get a wrap. Those are definitely my favorite menu item! I sometimes sit inside, their dining areas is kept up nicely and the servers bring the food to your table. But when it's hot outside I highly suggest a frozen lemonade. Oh my YUM. It's your fairly typical chic fil-a, but ALWAYS busy. I mean lines wrapped around the building busy, and slow. The last time I was there I was trying to explain what I wanted to the girl through the box I wanted just a number 1 (it just comes with pickles) and add lettuce. And she insisted on giving me a number 2 (comes with cheese, lettuce, and tomato) but with no cheese, and tomato.. Thus charging me for the cheese I never even wanted in the first place. Then they weren't the friendliest at the window. Which is rare for chick fila, but whatever. I'm sure it was a long day.
