We recently just had Chinese at a place that still left a bad taste in my mouth, and plus I didn't feel like Chinese that much, but there is little to choose from around there, so we decided to go there. Entering the restaurant, there was a younger guy in there who had an airpod in one ear, and was talking to us at the same time. He freaked out about every little Move we made, or if we said anything he would be like "HOLD ON, HOLD ON." He talked really fast, and his mannerisms struck me as a rude person. He wasn't that friendly and he was very rough talking to say the least. To make matters slightly worse, the inside was HOT!!! It felt as hot in that restaurant as it did outside. The ceiling fan inside literally wasn't touching how hot it was and didn't cool anything off. I was sweating so much, and it made it miserable to eat. Speaking of food, I had the General Tso's Chicken with fried rice. My husband and I both shared Crab Rangoon. All of the food was really good! What I couldn't get past was the HOT temperature inside, and of course, the attitude from the young guy was the icing on the cake. Not to mention, he was constantly on his phone, had earphones in and he was talking LOUD in Chinese to someone. It wasn't a positive experience except the food, which was really good. I give this 3 stars for the attitude, loud talking on the phone, and of course the HEAT! We might be back, but probably not during the Summer! I suppose it will be freezing in the winter. The food is really good, but make your atmosphere comfortable and your customer service a FRIENDLY one!!

The dining room area is clean, neat and nicely decorated. Our server was professional and friendly. The food was hot and delicious, fresh, just all around outstanding. And the fruit was absolutely fresh! The pancakes were so light and fluffy it was hard to stop eating after I was full. We loved this restaurant so much that we made it a point to stop in for breakfast again on our way back to FL after vacationing in ND. Obviously loved by the locals as there were several tables of ladies and gents enjoying the food and each other's company. :-)

Mistakes can happen, but what made this experience unacceptable was how the situation was handled. When we brought it to the owner's attention, she dismissed our concern by saying, "I don't know where it came from. The broth is very clear." There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. We were not offered a refund, nor was the dish replaced. Finding an insect in food is unacceptable in itself, but the complete lack of responsibility and customer care made this experience far worse. A good restaurant acknowledges mistakes and addresses them. This one did not. Safe to say I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to consider this before choosing to dine here.
