Ready for pick up sooner than I thought. Huge portions and very tasty. Their appetizers are fantastic. read more

This is a location tucked in Lake Hallie, WI across the road from Wal-Mart. Chopsticks caught my eye. We recently just had Chinese at a place that still left a bad taste in my mouth, and plus I didn't feel like Chinese that much, but there is little to choose from around there, so we decided to go there. Entering the restaurant, there was a younger guy in there who had an airpod in one ear, and was talking to us at the same time. He freaked out about every little Move we made, or if we said anything he would be like "HOLD ON, HOLD ON." He talked really fast, and his mannerisms struck me as a rude person. He wasn't that friendly and he was very rough talking to say the least. To make matters slightly worse, the inside was HOT!!! It felt as hot in that restaurant as it did outside. The ceiling fan inside literally wasn't touching how hot it was and didn't cool anything off. I was sweating so much, and it made it miserable to eat. Speaking of food, I had the General Tso's Chicken with fried rice. My husband and I both shared Crab Rangoon. All of the food was really good! What I couldn't get past was the HOT temperature inside, and of course, the attitude from the young guy was the icing on the cake. Not to mention, he was constantly on his phone, had earphones in and he was talking LOUD in Chinese to someone. It wasn't a positive experience except the food, which was really good. I give this 3 stars for the attitude, loud talking on the phone, and of course the HEAT! We might be back, but probably not during the Summer! I suppose it will be freezing in the winter. The food is really good, but make your atmosphere comfortable and your customer service a FRIENDLY one!! read more

Chopsticks - General Tso's Chicken and fried rice. - Thai Near Me - Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin

Very decent Chinese take out. Fast and as expected. Their hot and sour soup is good. Lots of good choices.

Place is clean and look good but the food I order was nasty. Smell bad, the guy was friendly and nice but I went to eat, service has good but not the food. read more

My order wasn't correct and the vegetable fried rice is not fried rice, it is vegetable steamed rice. I ordered pepper steak and Mongolian beef extra spicy. What I got with that was pepper steak, Mongolian beef and spicy beef according to the receipt. The Hot and sour soup was delicious. They also need to figure a new pickup system the texting to check on the order is not working. I finally got out and waited in line with everyone else. read more

Not sure what happened, really used to like this place. To go order was incorrect. Sesame chicken was dry. Extra charge for onions, fried rice. Won't be going back anytime soon. read more

Always great food! Fast friendly fair prices! The guys at work rave about the chicken on a stick & egg rolls! Always good always fast! read more

Requested no fish sauce in food due to allergies and it was doused in fish sauces. The food tasted like bad seafood, not Chinese. The noodles (pad Thai) were slimy and near mush. Consistency of the general tso chicken was also mushy/slimy and inedible. Also had overpowering fish taste. Unable to eat and refused full refund. read more

peanut chicken chicken phad thai good portions , peanut chicken sauce was separate lightly breaded cut up in strips good flavors phad thai was great sauce good nice pieces of chicken would return read more

You have to be kidding! Ordered pad Thai and beef and broccoli dinners. If there was a 0 star rating, that's what I'd give this place. Third time ordering there and it was awful each time. NEVER, Never again. Food had no flavor (again). What a waste of money. YUK read more

Not your first pick when it comes to chinese takeout. The service was decent, and barely any english was spoken over the phone or in person. The food was mediocre at best, with the chicken being dry and stringy, as well as the egg drop soup having a funky color and taste to it, we will not be coming back to this establishment. If you're looking for takeout, I'd recommend panda express over Chopsticks every single day of the week. read more

The chicken is very chewy, not enough sauce and dull flavor. The portion size was good

Love Chopsticks! Everything I've gotten here is very good! The atmosphere for eating in isn't great but the food is! The service is always friendly and fast. I've gotten the mixed vegetables with and without tofu and it's loaded with fresh vegetables. They also serve a good curry. I go there every week for take out. read more

Awesome Chinese! Tried the sesame and general chicken! Large portions. Food was delicious, prices reasonable. Will definitely order again when I'm in the Chippewa area! read more

It was good. I felt like the fried rice should come with some egg and peas, but nope just rice and oil. The yellow curry I feel should have more sauce, it was all veggies and meat with just a few drops of sauce on the bottom. Overall it was good and a lot of food, just have had better. read more

Food was pretty good. Portions were good. Price was ok. Don't eat at this place. They were rude and unprofessional. If you eat in, realize that they put your food on a Togo, then bring it to table, and your on your own. Need a plate, there's one over there, go get ot yourself, of course it's a paper plate, and plastic fork. No other accommodation is allowed. AND DEFINATELY DON'T EAT IN AFTER 830PM!!!!!!!! They are open until 930pm, but apparently lock the doors at 9pm and stare at you and your wife so hard until you get the hint!!!!!!! We left at 915pm. It was pretty upsetting, especially since i had already given the a twenty percent tip. read more

be sure you are ordering a dinner or a platter. dinners are $2.00 more and you get much less. platters come with fried rice and egg roll and dinner come with white rice and no egg roll and cost $2.00 more. doesn't make sense! spent $82.0. and was very unhappy! read more

Clean, good service, fast, great variety, and food that tastes great. Put in a star for each of the above and they deserve five stars. They offer you the option to eat inside but most people take the food home. Ming, at the front was very helpful and friendly. We have been back and will go back again. read more

The portions are HUGE and really reasonably priced! There always winds up being plenty of leftovers. You can tell it's made fresh because each time the spices are a little different, their sesame chicken and fried rice are super good. Also love the fried wontons! read more

This review is solely based on my food experience. The ambiance was fine... fast dining experience- set up where one would order at the counter and sit down or do a take out. Perhaps there are other really good items in the menu, but I got the general chicken combo. Bad choice on my part. Good sauce. All breading; no chicken. I would say the entire dish had less than an ounce of chicken... perhaps a single gram and that may be a generous statement. I understand that businesses have to make money, but it really should not be called a "chicken" dish when it is really deep fried batter smothered in sauce. Get dishes that are NOT battered and you maybe be fine. read more

Order was wrong. I paid for four seasons and got generals chicken. Figures it out when I got home. Not worth going back. Food all together was just ok. read more

DO NOT EAT! not even sure if their meat was real.. so nasty. and the spring rolls were literally foul. BLEHHHHH do not waist your $$ or time on unknown scraps they claim to call meat. rice and noodles were also gag worthy!! read more

I love this place. Huge portions, great food, and the woman that has been at the front register every time I've been in is an absolute ray of sunshine! read more

Pretty good for outside Eau Claire Asian. I got a curry lunch special with scallops. Cooked well and I liked the sauce and variety of vegetables. Naturally very few scallops, a few more would have been appreciated. Way too much fried rice, which was only so-so. Daughters orange chicken was better so we split them. We had very friendly counter service and the place was clean. read more

The food is good but they sent the wrong order and then argued with me about it. I don't think he understood English very well. Said if I wanted the right order I would have to come get it. Very hard to understand. I have nothing against people coming from other countries to try and make some thing of themselves but they need to have someone who speaks and understands English answer the phone. read more

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello that lead with a smile. For this being my first time at chop sticks I was a little confused on how it worked. But I was helped with great service on how the process works. I highly recommend chop sticks to any one who loves a good lunch for a great price. And also anyone who loves Chinese food read more

Absolutely the best Chinese place around!!! Huge, I mean HUGE portions and great prices. Very accommodating and friendly. We order from here about twice a month. That's not counting the "stop in for chicken sticks" that we do when we are out shopping and want to eat on the run. Haha!!! EVERYTHING we have ordered has been so fresh and flavorful....always happy with our orders. read more

Not from area, stopped on way back home. Needed something quick and not fast food. Awesome service, friendly staff. Szechuan beef had the best selection of chunky cut vegetable! Mushrooms, pea pods, mini corn, carrot, zucchini, broccoli, onion, green pepper, water chestnuts. Ive never seen such a selection of fresh veggies. Son had orange chicken which consisted of huge pieces of chicken. Beef and broccoli had the same large fresh stems of broccoli. We were given a surprise free mini donuts for ordering a certain dollar amount! Would recommend for dine in or carry out read more

Very happy with this place for carry out. Have ordered at least 8 times with no issues (e.g., incorrect order, missing items, cold food, etc.). While the staff is not super friendly, they are efficient. I would rather have that and good food vs. the other way around! read more

The food is okay, but nothing special. If you go by the rating, the food fails to deliver. The dumpling dough is to thick and the garlic chicken is okay. read more

Chopsticks is the best Chinese style takeout in Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire. Huge portions that are reasonably priced. All restaurants of this type have huge menus with a ton of selections. What sets Chopsticks apart from the rest, is their Thai menu and a Chines menu with unique items you don't find at every Chines takeout place. It's a small place with some seating as most people order to go. I would say they seat around 15-18. Very clean and cozy. If you order over $40 ask for free soup instead of the free doughnuts, worth it. read more

Decent General Tso. Seafood Delight us amazing with real lobster. Happy family good. Fried rice is ok. Lo Mein is ok and not heavy or greasy with the thicker noodles. Will try other items next time for a more detailed and further review. More like 3.5/5.0. read more

My teenagers favorite place now! Great friendly service! Clean and neat atmosphere. We always get huge portions of food. Every time we have gone we have gotten free food. (Free egg rolls etc...). Food isn't super greasy like most of the places in the Chippewa Valley and seems fresher than any other place in town. read more

Yellow curry is delicious as is the hot and sour soup. Everything else was good but not noteworthy. Quick service, friendly staff and we got free donuts! read more

Truly a great find. Friendly staff. Prompt service. Delicious fried rice. Egg rolls and General Tso were also very yummy! Highly recommend for quick takeout! read more

A take out place. I go for the 'Chinese' food. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly. The perfect place to pick up food to eat.

I love this place! I've tried 4 different types of chicken and they were all amazing! I'm very picky about Chinese food but everything that I've gotten has been amazing! Hope this place sticks around! read more

Talk about large portions and great food! The staff couldn't have been nicer. They even gave us food we didn't order or pay for so we could try it. We took our leftovers home and mine lasted through four more meals and my husband ( who is a big man ) had 3 more meals with his leftovers. Worth the money and time to try their food! read more

I did not see any reviews so I was skeptical. Brand new they have only been open 1 1/2 months. The General's chicken and soup were very good. Very good prices. They were very friendly. read more
