The oxtail was soft and fall off the bone good. The rib was soft but tough. It was disappointing because I thought it would be soft and tender, like fall off the bone good. Also they forgot to include it in the pho soup and when I asked about it, they brought it out right away. Pho rating - I rate it 3/5. My friend order the cream cheese wonton. It was good, 3/5 good. Staff members were friendly. Just be aware that a staff member may tell you they will be closing soon. That happened to us this time.
