The server never acknowledged the long wait time or offered to do anything to compensate for it, which leads me to believe this may be commonplace at this establishment. I should have taken the warning from other reviews about the poor service, but since they weren't recent we thought we'd give them a chance to redeem themselves and earn a great review.
