Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the counter staff, and my order was taken (double butter burger, fries and drink). After paying I was issued a number and picked out a table, shortly thereafter my food arrived. It was delivered by the same courteous young man who took my order. The food was hot and just as I had ordered. The burger and fries were plentiful and delicious. The atmosphere was chill, and once I finished eating another young man appeared and asked if he could take my try and trash away for me. Wow! A great lunch and service with a smile? Um, YES PLEASE! I used to hate culvers because the one single time I ever tried it in the past (in AZ) I used the drive-thru when nobody else was there and was told to park and wait in the over 100 degree heat. It soured my entire view of the business, and the food I finally got 20 minutes later was middling. This location, and admittedly we went in this time, has absolutely changed my mind on Culver's. I really loved the food - the butter burger was delicious, the fries nearly perfect, the location pristine, the staff extremely friendly and understanding of both of us who had no real experience so took a moment to look over the menu, and the dessert was absolutely fantastic as well. Consider me a culver's fan from now on! Apparently this location is in the running for the best customer service at a culver's in the country? I'm not surprised, definitely deserved. read more

In addition to the tasty food, I was really impressed with the quality of service at a recent visit to Culver's while we were traveling in the mid west-- I ordered a milkshake (called a 'concrete') and confirmed there were no nut ingredients. The person taking my order asked if there was a nut allergy-- I said yes and he confirmed what kind of nuts-- tree nuts and peanuts. They noted it on in the ordering system and mixed a fresh batch of vanilla custard for our family. I can't begin to say how reassuring it is that they have a protocol for food allergies. We enjoyed burgers, cheese curds, a milkshake and root beer floats. I wish they had Culver's in our area-- we would be customers for life (we live in the northeast). read more

The food is always amazing here. The service is fantastic but this isn't the reason for this review. A couple weeks ago we ordered a ten piece jumbo shrimp and when we got home (our mistake too for not looking) we saw that we were only given a six piece. When we saw this we called them and told Culver's and they said they were going to send a coupon for a free ten piece in the mail. Fast forward a couple weeks and we haven't received it, so we head to Culver's just because we love the food and when we're there we remember the ten piece ordeal, so we brought it up to their manager and he was very nice about and we were surprised to have him give us two free ten pieces! Stopped twice weekend 11/13. Ordered single butter burger basket. Got double cheese burger and no fries. Today ordered chicken tenders basket with ranch again no fries, no ranch and cola instead of root beer. This was always a great stop on the way to the cabin. I pulled up at 1:35pm on a Saturday afternoon. They have 10 overflow drive through parking spots, of which 7 were full! Which means that drive through was super busy, and people were waiting for their orders there. And the parking lot in general was full. Seeing all that I was going to turn around, thinking it was going to be a long wait. But decided on going inside to order. To my surprise, there was only a small line of 3-4 people. This Culver's is the standard for fast food - good food, good service, good facilities Food - The best fast food available - burgers, chicken, pot roast, custard and a fish plate better than most places known for fish fry's. In fact, I judge fish fry's by comparing them to what Culvers serve. Key secret - they cook to order, nothing is sitting in a hot box or under warming lights. Only thing that would make their fish fry better is if I could get a beer or bloody mary with it. Service - Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Since they cook to order, often you do have to pull ahead on drive through and wait. If your inside ordering, you will see staff run food out to people. Staff at the counter know what is on the menu and what is in what. Facilities - this location is new and kept clean. Big screen TV's. WiFi. Lots of seating and staff keeps it clean. Now most culvers get 4 stars. But I really do feel this location sets the bar for not only Culvers but for every fast food restaurant. Five Stars. read more

Not that I should get a trophy or anything, but if you want to send me one you can... :P I like coming to Culver's since they have real chicken for my kids to eat... the kind that is served too hot to eat and you need to break open for it to cool. They have a great pop selection. Their fries are always good and the kids love the custard they get with their meal... esp the blue sprinkles. And I will add that the Culver's soccer ball we have is our favorite... so save those scope tokens (I heard they are doing away with them... I hope it's a rumor!) Overall Culver's is great. But when is comes to the sour dough melt, they have to do better. My curiosity finally got the best of me and I decided to stray from my usual bacon double delux and try it. HUGE disappointment. It's essentially a couple plain burgers with a slice of cheese on some warmed up bread. C'mon, throw some mayo on there at least or a tomato too. This is the 2nd Culvers visited on my transit west. Very busy, but great efficient courteous service. Fried cheese curds are new to me, but not too remarkable like fried mozzarella. I was just thinking that cheese curds would put to enter use as poutine instead or additional item on the menu. The strawberry shake was divine. Fries were blah because it's the frozen fried type. I used to like Culvers, went there on April 19 and ordered two shrimp baskets and drinks. It came to $22.43. The order was to go. When I returned home, there was ketchup and salt and no fries. I called to complain and I admit, i wasn't happy, as I could have gone back and got them. But the traffic is always horrible. I waited long enough when I was there. 5/3, excellent service!! Salads ned to be quality controlled. In my cashew chicken I found a huge lettuce core in my salad. I also had a strawberry smoothie and it was delicious but two hours had severe stomach cramps. Some preservatives do that to me some times but this was bad. Tour other ice cream doesn't do that to me. I love Culvers now that I have given up on McDonalds, ugh. read more

They got my order wrong, when they went inside with my custard, they came back out and basically said that it was too bad. Thats after a 20 minute wait for a single burger and a cone of custard. That's melting time for custard, and an unhappy customer, not to mention two employees that were not willing to fix anything.
