One, the people that work there are all nice and kind and always give me a large cup because I love their ice :) (bonus feature!). We eat there a lot, even before their move we always have made an effort to eat there at least twice a month, sometimes more! Their grinders and pizzas are delightful. We usually get the chicken bacon ranch and the flavor train (both delicious!), but this last order I tried a pizza we had tried before but asked for no onions and somehow that got lost in the translation and the people working put A LOT of onions on it to the point where my husband who loves onions couldn't eat it. So fast forward to making a complaint. We threw the pizza out but I hesitated on calling because because mistakes happen! And we have literally had 150+ GREAT meals with zero issues within a period of maybe 7-8 years. And a few orders before that period as well. Anyway I hesitantly called and the manager immediately said they would redeem our meal and to come in again. I then got a call from the owner of the franchise and she wanted to confirm things and offer her most sincere apologies. Instead of giving me the $25.95 or so that I paid she sent us a gift card for an even $30, which I gratefully appreciated. Again this is the first time I have ever had an issue and they handled it with such respect and professionalism and didn't complicate things. I received my gift card today on the mail and it was exactly as promised. I understand issues happen and out of over 150+ orders over the years this is the single issue we have ever had. Im excited to eat there again and love to use a community focused business. They seem to truly care about their customers and make an issue to make things right if they're not right. And again this is few and far between, especially with my orders. I couldn't be happier with them and their respect towards me.

I was expecting more of a grain mixture with herbs but what I got was basically a bowl of chipped parsley sprinkled with a grain. But, it was tasty. They advertised hand pressed lemonade on their specials board but when I went to order I was told that they didn't have any.
