Great tasting food and service. Everything was prepared and cooked to perfection. But I'm mostly taking the time to write a review mainly for one reason - the featured flavored custard at this location.The flavor of the day custard looked just like the advertisement picture. I know, that sounds like a low bar to meet but it has been so hit and miss with other Culver locations that it was a shock to be presented with something that looked like the picture. It was full of ingredients and didn't look like a sad, sloppy mess or just a few items gingerly sprinkled on top and calling it a day (I've had to go up to the counter and ask for a redo at other locations because my cashew ice cream had no cashews, it is literally that bad at some places). This location got it right. It was so tasty from start to finish. Kudos to staff who were working the evening shift on 10/19/2025! You were all awesome! read more

We arrived while traveling through town (we're Wisconsin natives but not from Chippewa Falls). Hours of operation are posted until 10pm. Having worked in service, I am usually quite careful to be out by closing time. At 10:02 PM exactly, I went up to the counter to get my children's free little scoop of ice cream that comes with their kids meals to go. Our table was getting cleared off by my wife and kiddos. I was told that no ice cream was going to be sold or dispensed under any circumstances. I made a polite appeal that we were on our way out the door and it was in fact 10:02 pm. The manager refused and walked away in front of our crying children. My wife then asked, and was told that the custard machine was taken apart before 10 pm, and again, no ice cream. The manager the. Walked away. I don't often write reviews, but this was quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a Culvers - and quite possibly ever. It's one thing if someone walks in and orders a meal 5 minutes to close. It's another if a couple of very young children are asking for a small treat (that comes with their meal anyway), right at closing time. Walleye sandwiches are wonderful, flaky fish fried just right. Fries could be crispier. Chocolate caramel pecan custard was delicious! $2 for a small drink you have to pour yourself is expensive. We weren't given a senior discount even though we asked. Bathrooms are clean but a little chilly. I love the big, STURDY purse hook on the stall door. read more

They forgot both my sides for 2 baskets and all the toppings on both kids meals I order and was even charged extra for sone of them didn't realize till I got home which is like 20 min away so ya that's was grate ps I worked in fast food it's not that hard get your stuff together I mean how hard is it to read a ticket. read more

This is not a good Culver's. The fries are limp and greasy. The burgers are dry and crispy. I believe Mr. Culver would be ashamed of this one. Have been there a few times and the staff always forgets something. They are the only Culver's that leaves the order number on your mirror. read more

Culver's is a Wisconsin institution. Great food, wonderful employees and always clean. Nice place to take the kids and kick back for awhile. They need to watch their prices though, starting to get high for a chain that promotes a family atmosphere. read more

The frozen custard is always great, especially the blackberry and raspberry malts. The butterburgers are awesome and you can eat pretty cheap. The chicken tastes like fish, so that was not so good. But the thing that sets them apart from all the other fast food-type places in the area is their customer service. They really know how to train their staff... I have NEVER had a single person wait on me who hasn't smiled and seemed genuinely friendly. read more

The raspberry shake was great, cheese turds were good, as everything fried is (Onion rings), but the curds seem to have shrunk in size over the years...the Butterburgers were boring, but the shoe-string sweet-potata fries were fantastic! read more

Chippewa falls Culver's has good food but we've been here about 5 times in the last 2 months and every time we've been here the workers in the drive through are very rude no hello no thank you no manners at all. If the food wasn't so good here we definitely wouldn't be coming back. read more

I recommend the butter burger with cheese. Also, their frozen custard is to die for! Is there anything better than Culver's?

The only fast food I will eat! Always friendly service , great veggie burger.
