I initially planned on one type of meat and some sides, but after watching those ahead of me in our group get their food I couldn't decide. Opted for a three meat platter and was very glad I did. Three meats I chose included pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. The ribs were falling off the bone, full of flavor and a great option. Brisket, which I don't usually choose because I don't enjoy the fatty pieces, was phenomenal. Pulled pork came in bigger chunks and was fine, but the brisket and ribs were the star of the show.
