They mainly advertise baskets that include chicken, fries, Texas toast, and a soda. My Dad didn't want the soda and toast. That reduced the price by about $1. *** please read to the end! ***…read more So I wanted to leave a review due to a recent interaction and purchase. One, the people that work there are all nice and kind and always give me a large cup because I love their ice :) (bonus feature!). We eat there a lot, even before their move we always have made an effort to eat there at least twice a month, sometimes more! Their grinders and pizzas are delightful. We usually get the chicken bacon ranch and the flavor train (both delicious!), but this last order I tried a pizza we had tried before but asked for no onions and somehow that got lost in the translation and the people working put A LOT of onions on it to the point where my husband who loves onions couldn't eat it. So fast forward to making a complaint. We threw the pizza out but I hesitated on calling because because mistakes happen! And we have literally had 150+ GREAT meals with zero issues within a period of maybe 7-8 years. And a few orders before that period as well. Anyway I hesitantly called and the manager immediately said they would redeem our meal and to come in again. I then got a call from the owner of the franchise and she wanted to confirm things and offer her most sincere apologies. Instead of giving me the $25.95 or so that I paid she sent us a gift card for an even $30, which I gratefully appreciated. Again this is the first time I have ever had an issue and they handled it with such respect and professionalism and didn't complicate things. I received my gift card today on the mail and it was exactly as promised. I understand issues happen and out of over 150+ orders over the years this is the single issue we have ever had. Im excited to eat there again and love to use a community focused business. They seem to truly care about their customers and make an issue to make things right if they're not right. And again this is few and far between, especially with my orders. I couldn't be happier with them and their respect towards me.

My husband kept raving about his Asian chicken salad. I ordered a cup of lentil soup which was more of a bowl for me and it was flavorful. I had tabouli which was not what I was expecting. I was expecting more of a grain mixture with herbs but what I got was basically a bowl of chipped parsley sprinkled with a grain. But, it was tasty. I don't know if I would order again unless I was really cutting calories...lol. I took a dessert to go. It was a custard/coconut type and I loved it! They advertised hand pressed lemonade on their specials board but when I went to order I was told that they didn't have any. Also, on the menu when I ordered my tabouli, on the menu it stated it came with flat bread. I went back to the counter to inquire about the flatbread I was told no, it doesn't come with the tabouli. I pointed it out on the menu and she proceeded to cross it off telling me it shouldn't be there. These two little things that happened were a turn off but not enough to stop me from going back. But if there are more of these types of bad customer service happenings I will exit and not return.

Upper Wisconsin is blessed with some good Vietnamese restaurants because of the immigrants that came during the evacuation of Laos and environs. Besides those restaurants and horrible Chinese buffets, I don't expect any other great ethnic food in Northern Wisconsin, except maybe German. This place, however, is the bomb. We were passing through with our 19 foot travel trailer. A quick Google Maps satellite search showed that this it surrounded by large parking lots thus I could convince my husband to give it a go. No parking issues on a Friday at 1 pm. What I liked: 1. A wide variety of middle eastern foods alongside American favorites. 2. A nice selection of Zapps Cajun potato chips. 3. A nice selection of gourmet sodas (and kombuchas and even some beer.) We had craft ginger beer and root beer. Hubby said the root beer was a little mediciney. 4. Nice desserts, including delicious baklava. What was just OK; It is located in the lobby of a quiet professional building and the AC was a little cold, but DO NOT LET THIS DETER YOU. I highly recommend you order an authentic meat pie/wrap/sandwich. The attention to seasoning is admirable and I believe authentic. If I'm ever in this neck of the woods again I look forward to returning.

They have three round barrel high top tables (5 people?), one long table for 8-10 people, and a few swivel stools along the wall for seating. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the employees and they were very helpful in answering our questions when we had a tough time deciding what to order. Platters come with two sides, pickles, onions are an option too, but I'm not a fan, and a piece of cornbread. I initially planned on one type of meat and some sides, but after watching those ahead of me in our group get their food I couldn't decide. Opted for a three meat platter and was very glad I did. Three meats I chose included pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. The ribs were falling off the bone, full of flavor and a great option. Brisket, which I don't usually choose because I don't enjoy the fatty pieces, was phenomenal. Pulled pork came in bigger chunks and was fine, but the brisket and ribs were the star of the show. Each piece of meat was pulled from the oven and sliced for us right at the counter. My sides were mac & cheese and the cucumber salad. The mac was nice and creamy with the right balance of cheesy goodness and salt, making sure it's not just a blah noodle. The cuke salad was also a delightful surprise. I was expecting more of a vinegar base since it is listed as fresh cucumber salad, but it came out as a creamy salad with dill. The tomatoes mixed into the salad are marinated, giving it another burst of flavor with each bite. The cornbread was a little dense, but it was sweet, and served with a hefty amount of butter. Overall, this southerner would rate this as the best BBQ I've found so far in Wisconsin. My father-in-law, who is hard to please when it comes to food, was also with us and I overheard him telling someone on the phone that "it was the best BBQ he's ever had." My husband was hoping to try the burnt ends, but they weren't quite ready for serving while we were there. During our visit, a team of employees was also preparing for a catering event. They all sat down at a barrel top table and discussed the upcoming event and the plan for the evening. Everyone seemed fully informed on what their job was and the upcoming menu and when it was to be served. I would have confidence in this group if I had an event they were catering based on the taste and their thoroughness in planning.
