Then when the host noticed I was there she was very apologetic but instead of helping me to get my pizza, she made me wait so she could help someone order over the phone. Last I checked when someone calls, you ask them to hold until you help the people actually in the store. I waited almost 15 minutes just to pick up a pizza. There's a couple tables inside with a bar but the vibe is not there. I definitely would not eat in store as there were 2 parties eating inside but they both seemed to not be having a great time. The pizza was good but the crust was falling apart. It seemed like whoever made it was their first time making a pizza. The thin cheese sticks were very good. Overall I'd give this place an average score.

I think we had approximately 20 people and a couple joined last minute. I know this is not ideal for servers, but it worked out well and again, we so appreciate it! The Informalist was super convenient since many of us were staying at the Lismore Hotel. Since this restaurant is located in the lobby, it was just super easy and the menu has something for everyone. We ordered from both the pizza and regular dinner menu and many of us shared a bit of everything! The truffle fries may have been the biggest hit of all, so don't miss out on those! Pizza is fabulous too. We saw elote fries, a burger, caesar salad, steak and so many other things at our table. My favorite pizza was the Yellow Jacket, which includes red sauce, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, pepperoni, and spicy honey. One, the people that work there are all nice and kind and always give me a large cup because I love their ice :) (bonus feature!). We eat there a lot, even before their move we always have made an effort to eat there at least twice a month, sometimes more! Their grinders and pizzas are delightful. We usually get the chicken bacon ranch and the flavor train (both delicious!), but this last order I tried a pizza we had tried before but asked for no onions and somehow that got lost in the translation and the people working put A LOT of onions on it to the point where my husband who loves onions couldn't eat it. So fast forward to making a complaint. We threw the pizza out but I hesitated on calling because because mistakes happen! And we have literally had 150+ GREAT meals with zero issues within a period of maybe 7-8 years. And a few orders before that period as well. Anyway I hesitantly called and the manager immediately said they would redeem our meal and to come in again. I then got a call from the owner of the franchise and she wanted to confirm things and offer her most sincere apologies. Instead of giving me the $25.95 or so that I paid she sent us a gift card for an even $30, which I gratefully appreciated. Again this is the first time I have ever had an issue and they handled it with such respect and professionalism and didn't complicate things. I received my gift card today on the mail and it was exactly as promised. I understand issues happen and out of over 150+ orders over the years this is the single issue we have ever had. Im excited to eat there again and love to use a community focused business. They seem to truly care about their customers and make an issue to make things right if they're not right. And again this is few and far between, especially with my orders. I couldn't be happier with them and their respect towards me.
