The Italian sub is fire - 10/10 recommend. Two bites is enough to fill you up! Absolutely delicious

It was our first time coming to Fazolis. The service was wonderful. And I loved the kids area. My chicken alfrado was okay the sauce tasted more like a jar sauce. And some of the noodles where stuck together and hard. The one thing that really turned me off . Was how nasty the bathrooms are. It almost made me turned off by the entire place. Please clean the bathrooms ... it was nasty read more

Very rude. Walked in and was not greeted by any staff. Went to the counter to order... the cashier with longgg white hair and face mask didn't acknowledge me either. She was too busy counting her drawers to even be bothered with a simple... "be with you in a minute". What she did do was point to the exit door. Which I gladly exited. read more

This was the best Fazoli's I've ever been to. I don't write reviews for fast food spots as much, but this deserves some praise. Everything tasted great. The restaurant was clean. And they weren't stingy with the breadsticks. The young lady working the register may be a manager because she was expertly telling other staff what to do to keep everything running smoothly. Even the pasta was plated nicely when served. This definitely hit the spot when we stopped on our roadtrip. read more

This is our go to stop on any road trip! The service is quick, we always use the drive thru. The food is hot and fresh. The breadsticks melt in your mouth, they are so good! The baked lasagna is a favorite with great flavor. We can't believe that this is fast food, it tastes like a sit down Italian restaurant. It is close to a freeway exit so it's a quick stop. There is a Walmart and other fast food nearby, as well as a gas station, so it's a great one stop shop if you need other things. read more

Fazoli's - Extra Breadsticks - Italian Near Me - Eau Claire, Wisconsin

See all

Love Fazolis but this location had us messed up on a road trip. Breadsticks were gooey dough like not fully cooked, nasty the way they would stick to your teeth. The pizza slices were somehow overcooked so the crust was somewhat hard. Probably just a bad kitchen staff, but disappointing to have nothing go right with the meal. read more

Everything. You would think with seven guests at three tables and five employees working out front you could get great service.

The bread sticks are good but really down hill from there. For the price, the meat pasta sauce tastes like out-dated canned sauce with no bright tomato flavors at all. Service was below par as we were not even greeted when walking in. The ambiance is not even as nice as McD's. Enough said I suppose. :( read more

In general, I like Fazoli's business model: fast food with a bit of style and substance. Its basic Italian-American food, in most cases nothing to write home about... pastas, average pizza, salads, soups and all you can eat breadsticks. You order at a counter, like any other fast food place or deli. What stands out, if you're dining in at least, is that the food comes on non-disposable plates or bowls. The silverware is metal, rather than disposable plastic. I can't think of another fast food chain that does this. In addition, once you order, they'll bring the food to your table. They may offer to grate cheese on your entree as well. They might come around with a tray of breadsticks to see if you'd like more (or you can head to the counter, off that's easier). Nice touches. This location does things pretty well. If driving on a trip to the east, we tend to get hungry around the time that we reach Eau Claire, so this place comes in handy for a quick, but nice, bite. read more

The food is not great EXCEPT for their breadsticks. The service was slow but nice enough. The worst part was that it was dirty. The garbage was completely overfilled and no where to put anything. read more

Fazoli's is fast-food Italian food to the max! The fact that they have a drive-thru is worth 5 stars to me alone, but their food is always good! I've had a good variety of items from the menu over the years, and have never been disappointed by what I've gotten. The spaghetti and meat sauce is fantastic, their bread-sticks are always buttery and delicious, and anything carbonara is to die for! 5/5, probably one of my favorite fast-food places in EC! read more

I went Fazoli's because we like there food and breadsticks but when we went Through the drive through we went home and eat at the table there's hair in my meal and I have to eat breadsticks for dinner because my baked Alfredo has hair in it!!I called Fazoli's and they tell me that they're going to send me a coupons it's been over a week and I have received no coupon and they say when I called back to ask about it that I have to wait another week and then if I don't receive it I should call back! I don't know that I will be eating in here again! read more

I just tried this place out. After downloading their app I was offered a free baked spaghetti with my drink purchase. They grated fresh cheese on top and it came with a warm breadstick. Very tomato'ee! They had someone walking around as well with a basket of fresh breadsticks. What a great fast food option compared to burgers and subs with a 5 dollar lunch menu. Serve your own drinks and tea, sweetened & unsweetened are available which I love I don't do soda. Unsweetened Ice Tea is the ticket. Give it a shot! read more

I just gotta day I didn't know a drive though service could make a bad day at work ten times better this is the place to fucken eat. I am so happy right now. I love you guys I'm broke right now but next time I get paid I'm leaving a huge tip . I'll leave it in the rain if they don't accept it. I am so blessed to have gone when I did . Fazoils has changed the meaning of fast food restaurant services.. YOU GUYS ROCK!! read more

I just don't understand their wings and prices. With tax you pay over $1 a wing and you get these small little wings. They should be pay by weight and not number of wings. As is, is a rip off. Unfortunate because they are delicious. read more

Ordered kind of a strange and large order they asked us to pull forward as it would be a few mins they came out with some breadsticks and a drink and apologized for the wait they made our order to perfection and were super polite and amazing what a great experience. Oh and the food was amazing thank you ! read more

I'd give it 5 stars if the old ass lady that have our breadsticks didn't walk so slow that by the time she got to any table the breadsticks are cold. She needs to retire or be a cashier, shits ridiculous. read more

They failed to tell me that sauces were extra and then I got a 3 dollar extra charge. When I told them I didn't want sauce if it costed more at the window they said "too bad, you already paid for it." And then shut the window. I love the taste of the food and I love the location but I felt mistreated at that moment. read more

This place is a great quick stop for lunch when on a road trip or you have a craving for pasta but don't want to spend a fortune. I gave it 5 stars for the bang for the buck as well as the fast and quality service. The food is great as "fast food" is considered. read more

Fazoli's - Chicken bacon salad - Italian Near Me - Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Filthy dining room, (end of day and not busy), food was cold and has to be redone but good taste.

Not bad for fast food Italian, lots of choices, reasonable prices, large quantity of food, although high on carbs with the unlimited garlic bread and pasta. Friendly service. read more

Fazolis is basically the fast food version of olive garden. The bread sticks are super buttery and so yummy. The app and store offer a verity of specials periodically. Staff at this location has always been really helpful and nice. read more

Good place to get quick Italian if you have a craving for it but not the time to go to a sit down restaraunt. Quality actually depends on time of day, I have gone there and had it taste like it was fresh made to order and tasted amazing, and where it tastes like it had been under a heat lamp for a little while, but still tasted alright. Price is ok but could be better. Overall it's a hit and miss with quality but when quality is not the best it still tastes alright. read more

They pulled my salad out from under the cashier counter. Not satisfied. Food was good although tables were sticky. Easy to get to and to find. read more

Good food for a good price. The bread sticks are awesome and the service is great. This place in my opinion has better food than the nearby Olive Garden. read more

Ever since this restaurant has new ownership, the quality has suffered. The food is never fresh or even served in a timely manner. We ate there on Oct.31 at 1:57pm and it took them 20-minutes to get the food served. My wife and I had Chicken Parmigiano and Fettuccine Alfredo with Baked Apple Crostata for desert. The Chicken was cold and the Fettuccine sauce must be from a powder mix because it was chunky and gritty. Add to those disappointments, the Baked Apple Crostata was disgusting. It was served on a hot plate, but the Baked Apple itself cold and actually felt frozen in the middle. We have given this place three chances to serve, at least, good food but they have failed badly each time. We'll never be back and spend a dime with them again. read more

Food is good but don't expect to get your food fast. Minimum wait time of 15 minutes for basic menu items and 20 minutes or more for baked items. Slowest Fazoli's ever! read more

I got food poisoning from the baked spaghetti with meatballs. Yes I may work there currently but I feel I can't work in a place that has had 28 cases of food poisoning in the last month or so. read more

Bro never go here they sit in the back and suck on some dick. I mean that must be the only reason it's taking me 30 minutes to make a damn slice of cheese pizza. Let me repeat that, 30 minutes on a slice of CHEESE PIZZA. I fucking hate this place like I didn't even see one damn Italian. read more

Great meals- unlimited spaghetti with meat sauce bowl, awesome garlic bread sticks and a slice of pepperoni pizza and a drink... = great

I have been to many of these in many states and their pasta and subs are all good quality. Their pizza is not the greatest but lets face it it's a pasta place. They have $5 lunch specials otherwise most people can eat for under $10 a head. With unlimited bread sticks brought around the dinning room constantly. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in here wanting a good quality meal and got garbage on a platter. The fettuccine was cold as ice, the soda machine was broken, and unlimited breadsticks? Yeah right. I asked 3 times for breadsticks and had to wait over an hour for them. Not to mention, the servers were disrespectful. So don't come here because this place is full of rude people with dump food. Figure it out. There were some workers standing around when they could've been getting me some freakin breadsticks. Garbage, worthless place to eat. I've eaten at a homeless mans shack that had better food. Now my boy Matt is a good employee, give that man a raise. But the others, they deserve to get 75¢ an hour. Hear my warning people, this place sucks. read more
