Awful service! Literally 3 other tables came in after. Watched our food sit out for 15 minutes while no one brought it to us, employees looked at it but never brought it over. One employee even looked at the ticket looked at us and then just walked away. Server was nice but honestly didn't care how we were doing, never checked on us, took him 10 minutes to get our check while he sat there and talked with colleagues. read more

Very slow and poor service, waitress never stopped back (except to give me the bill), didn't offered any refills I even had to get another waiter to go get her so I could pay the bill., onion ring's weren't cooked all the way, the general quality of the food was poor. very poor experience!! read more

Food - yum yum yum in my tum Service - Parker was amazing and the energy he brought was so good. Food came out so fast. Good service after the rush. Ambiance - The vibe was literally the best it's been in the BDUBS. Empty building, great time. Great atmosphere. read more

Pretty standard Buffalo Wild Wings experience. Decent tap list. Food was executed well. Service was extremely slow. Place was clean. Not bad if looking for wings in area. read more

As far as BWW's go, this is one of the better ones I've visited recently. I travel weekly for my job, so I've visited many locations. Wings are well sauced, service is prompt. read more

the music was way to loud. The food was served cold and we received a dessert for the trouble of waiting for hot food. A small sliver of plain cheese cake. Aervice was slow read more

Came in for a drink with a friend. Lindsey the bartender was awesome. So welcoming, friendly and helpful! I would come back when she's working! read more

I've been to this location several times now, and I have received stellar service every time. Prompt attention, accurate orders, properly prepped food, clean taps... Excellent offerings, in the absence of a Hooters this location in Eau Claire will give you the vibe you are seeking to escape bad weather. Now if you support the wrong team, I have nothing for you here, that's a decision you made. I highly recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings for there service, food, taps, and levity. read more

Place is completely empty and there is a 20 minute wait to be seated. Terrible service

great service and great food. the cauliflower wings were so good and we'd def order them all the time lol. i ordered an all-american burger and that was also very good, my gf ordered the black bean and said it was deliciou. we had an overall good experience, we didn't catch our waitresses name but he did outstanding. read more

Wow. Has this place gone down. Food is mediocre at best. Crabby bartenders. And filthy! I guess the entry way should have been my clue. Gross. Not to mention about 200 cigarette butts on the ground right outside the front door. Obviously nobody has any pride in this place anymore. It's too bad because we used to love to go there and watch games. read more

We went there today with a group of 6! Four of us got our food after 20 minutes. The other two and one side never made it out of the kitchen after 45 minutes and we cancelled that part of order. Waitress was apologetic, got to wonder what the heck was going on when tables around us who got seated after us all had their food???? Pathetic W. J read more

My friend and I stopped in after Christmas shopping and had 2 drinks. Our server,Mitchell was pleasant enough ..,,, took forever to get our 3rd drink. I tried to stop in while traveling tonight. First I sat there for over 5 minutes before the waitress approached me and let me know since they closed in 25 minutes she could not wait on me. I would have been out by closing but this location is poorly ran and they were all ready to go home. Pretty disappointing and not consistent with Buffalo Wild Wings I visit while traveling around the country. read more

This place is a 6 pack of ass. You're better off driving to Milwaukee and picking up something to eat there. My girlfriend and I waited 2 hours for our food to be ready for pick up, this is after we placed our order online and coming at the time it said it was going to be ready. I'm still waiting on our food, I'm writing this because I'm bored as fuck waiting here. If I'm being completely honest just place your order around 1pm and just come around 6pm and you might have to wait an extra 15 minutes but you'll be straight. read more

We ordered delivery, wings taste weird. Definitely something going on with the staff, not many people working there. They forgot our sauces and veggies, also making our order wrong and giving us too much of one flavor and not enough of the others. Not a great experience which is weird, Buffalo Wild Wings is usually a great place to go. It's ok though, but would not go to this one any time soon. read more

Yet again I had a great meal from Buffalo Wild Wings. We went in around 8pm and were seated right away, but we sat down to a wet table and had to wait about 5 minutes before our server came to our table. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer and it was good!! And it came with just the right amount. Also the celery/carrots/peppers were a nice bonus. My husband ordered honey BBQ wings and spicy BBQ wings. He said they were awesome. Haha I ordered boneless mild wings and was just as pleased. As we were finishing up, a manager came to our table to apologize for our table being damp and the delay we experienced when we had gotten there. Then she took our appetizer off our bill. I was surprised!! I'm glad they paid attention to detail and noticed what happened when we arrived. So overall, I was yet again a satisfied customer. read more

Even before Covid, this location always gives us poor service. Either we are ignored for 10-20 minutes and no one comes to serve our table and we leave, or we do get served and we are waiting for half of our food to show up after the other half if the party has finished eating. We keep stopping in hoping for a different outcome. Not sure why we try... read more

When BWW first came to EC, it was easily 5 stars. The food quality hasn't changed much, as the quality of flavor in the wings are the best in town (wish they were bigger though). Maybe I'm just getting old, but I used to really enjoy coming here and watching Football games and especially the NFL DRAFT and listening to the broadcasters over the PA... but the last few years it's pretty much turned into TEXAS ROADHOUSE. Full of little kids crying, yelling and the workers in a constant state of panic and rushing. Appetizer sampler and some wings for pickup is now the way to go and I can watch stuff at home. read more

I get it's busy and there are increased precautions but everything was so unorganized and the staff are so rude. I will not be coming again. I was told I had to wait outside due to too many people in the building which I completely understand and appreciate you abiding by regulations to keep us safe, but the manager was so rude and continued to let people arriving after us to come in the building. I'm normally the most patient person too but the rudeness was just too much. read more

It's gone way down hill. Last time I was in there, there was a bad smell. No one seems to be working. Those who are seem distressed. Used to be a great place. I hope they can get it figured out. I went in twice and was surprised the third time it was still in this state of decay. I had never got cold Boneless Wings served to me there. My wife was very disappointed with her cold wings as well. Please get this place back up and running properly. It's a staple to EC when managed properly. read more

My absolute favorite place to eat out! Love the Asian zing cauliflower wings! Love this place!

Honestl the food wasn't all it's cracked up to be. They also had a good wait to get in but wouldn't even answer when I called them to check so that was cool I mean how hard is it for a host to answer the phone I mean come on read more

I was there today with my daughter to have lunch. It took almost 40 minutes to get our food. Only after the waitress finally checked on us. The food was cold as usual. THIS IS THE FIFTH TIME I HAVE BEEN THERE AND NEVER ONCE HAVE HAD GOOD SERVICE OR FOOD!!! I have tried different things and never have had a good hot meal!!!!!THE Waitress was always checking on someone else avoiding us. My daughter did not leave a tip and wrote on the receipt!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! read more

First time at this location. If I could give a zero I would. Get to the hostess she advises there will be 15 20 min wait to order but I can sit at bar ok no problem. 30 mins pass a gentleman sits down next to me 10 mins later than me and orders before me. Then the server Nicole belittled me and talks under her breath telling other customers if I wanted fast food I should go to a fast food joint. I ask for the Manager , Nicole still rolling her eyes goes and gets Taylor he then proceeds to make excuses for the server Nicole and asks me to leave. Totally floored from out of town maybe it was because I didn't look like everyone else IDK. But Taylor and Nicole are horrible and should never work in customer service. My original server Ashley was very nice and professional Taylor and Nicole are the worst spend your money somewhere else!!!! read more

Attempted to pickup $80+ worth of wings earlier today. Pre-ordered and paid online for quick pickup. Upon entering Asst Mgr Ryan asked if I had a mask and I told him, "No". He didn't "welcome" me or ask "how can I help you". He stated, "I'll get you one". Girl at the counter took my info for the pickup, walked to the kitchen, and grabbed the order. Before she walked back out with my food Asst Mgr Ryan stuck a mask in my face and I stated "No thank you." He insisted "everyone must wear a mask inside." and I replied "I have an exemption that applies to my situation." Instead of finding a resolution such as offering to bring my prepaid order to my vehicle (so I no longer needed to be inside their building) he offered to call the police. By this time the girl who had run to grab my order was standing beside him with no food staring at the situation. Maybe she was as worried as I was about Ryan's heavy breathing. I wasn't sure if he was physically angry about the situation or having a hard time breathing through his mask so I asked "why do you seem noticeably upset right now?" He stated he was not upset...although it was blatantly obvious he was. At this point he was refusing to hand me food that was on the other side of the wall in the kitchen so I could leave. I asked that if he was going to treat me like this he can just refund my food and I'll get dinner elsewhere. He offered to do so but also stated he couldn't give me a receipt for my refund? Only thing he handed me was a receipt for my payment. Of course, I insisted on having a receipt for my refund as I otherwise have no proof of the refund which to me seemed like an ordinary request. The Asst Mgr Ryan proceeded to argue with me that he "couldn't give me a receipt for refund but could provide it later via email"? Very unprofessional and sketchy--especially after how I was just treated. Asst Mgr Ryan could have handled this situation considerably differently. Merely offering to walk my pickup order to the door could have resolved the entire situation. Instead he was confrontational, noticeable angry and argumentative at every opportunity. Because of his actions and the "I'm just doing my job" mentality (which he stated numerous times) this visit will be my last visit ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings. In my opinion your establishment exists to serve and sell food and beverage. What I received and experienced today was nothing close to it. What an unnecessarily frustrating situation. Update: a few hours later I received a call from Asst. Mgr Ryan who apologized for the entire fiasco. Admitted he was wrong and the fact company policy had "changed" and he was unaware. Even offered a $50 gift card in an attempt to appease me. I declined as the entire situation still should have never happened and they will lose my future business for life--there are far too many other options available for quality food and beverage establishments. read more

Just had the best experience. We were driving through, and were hungry for lunch, so decided to stop. Lee, who was managing the front cash register, was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. He offered us soft drinks while we waited for our food and was super on top of it. Really appreciated the service he provided, and would definitely come back! read more

I waited 40 minutes for my food and when I got it everything was cold. When I sat down in my chair there was sticky stuff on it and it got all over my pants and my purse it was gross. The waitress didn't ask me how the food was and she said that the other table was more important. I spoke to the manager and he gave me a refund the only reason why they are getting a 1 stat review is because Patrick the manager made me feel like that they were in the wrong and fixed it right up for me. read more

Walked in and left. I like BWW, but understaffed. Waited to find out to seat myself. Nearly every high top was not cleared. Obviously they are understaffed. I'm all about wings, and B-Dubs is the perfect place to go for that. The wings are always cooked to perfection, they're decently priced, and the atmosphere of the restaurant itself is always fun. There's always something to look at: or pay attention to. They offer trivia now on some of there televisions, which makes for a good time-killer while you're waiting (somewhat patiently) for your wings. The only thing that I'm not super keen on is the noise level. Just like Texas Roadhouse, I have to yell for my date to hear me most of the time. But honestly: the wings make it worth it. read more

They gave me lots of water and they were nice but... they didn't supply a pen for the tip... my friend was furious...

Food is GREAT. Service.... terrible. They need either more servers or to shrink the size of the establishment. Every visit, the poor girls run their tails off and I have to flag them down for a refill on diet coke after waiting 10 minutes. read more

BWW has the best wings in Eau Claire, but unfortunately the pickup service ALWAYS takes way longer than you are told. This time we ordered one hour ahead to make sure they had plenty of time, only to get here and be told it will be another 20 minutes. Disappointed in the speed of service over and over again. Kudos to the sauces and the kitchen though for making delicious wings. read more
