Usually it's a good go-to place to eat. I've had the Wisco nachos with the pulled pork, several times and that's a pretty good meal. I figured I'd try something different so I went with the spicy chicken wrap and ordered the onions rings as an appetizer. The onion rings were pretty bad. Very heavy batter on them and the onion was cut into giant chunks with a few pieces actually being rings. The wrap was ungodly spicy. I like spicy food but this sucker was HOT. The flavor was good until my face caught on fire. Not worth the $14. But that's ok, because the temp in the restaurant was cold enough to put the fire out. My burger had no flavor and had only one piece of lettuce and was very brown. asked for pink and was well done. (my wife's burger was too along with other issues) she didn't eat hers. So I asked the hostess politely if she had let a waiter know that we had been seated because we hadn't even been asked for a drink order. I FINALLY found a place that serves a decent salad! Not that I am a salad fanatic, but when I feel like I need some dense nutrients in me, a salad is an effective and tasty way to accomplish that. And Wisco's serves an entre-sized salad, so big that I've had two there, now and couldn't finish either time, lol! The salads I had consisted of fresh, dark, leafy greens in a huge bowl that is very deep. They have a list of salads and some unique dressings to pick from, too, which I enjoyed. Jalapeño ranch dressing and I think it was a cilantro lime dressing, as well. The only thing I wanted there that the menu did not offer was salmon on my salad as my protein, instead of chicken. But the chicken is good! No complaints. It's also fun to watch people through axes, as there are two small lanes that are caged for such. Wisco's is now my go-to place for salad! Bone in wings were over cooked and sauces (ranch, buffalo, Asian zing) were way too watery not sure what they do to them. My only complaint is that the cocktails are over priced for what you get. The nachos are awesome. The bread sticks are to die for, I really need to try the pizza...
