When pick up i ask the lady at register if she could help as I had a code for free guacamole and app would acknowledge it. She said there wasn't anything she could do as I already paid on line with gift card. Then got home went to eat my burrito and it had crunchy bites , thought maybe it was just the rice not done, but then I came across this bone. Going to awhile before I go back! I am deeply saddened to say that going here was NOT a pleasurable experience. My brother and I went to order our meals and as I ordered I got VERY small portions of everything. I wasn't very mad, until they started to make my brother's bowl and he got normal and bigger portions than me. Just because he's a man doesn't mean he needs to eat more. On Friday May 2 we placed three-to-go orders at CHIPOTLE 941 W Clairemont Ave, Eau Claire. I paid by credit card, and we left the restaurant and when we got home, I looked at the receipt and noticed I was charged for Queso Blanco something I did not order. I ordered ahead on the website and picked up our food. We got a keto bowl and a lifestyle bowl with extra protein. When first eating it was not bad with flavor, but I started noticing that every bite I took, my rice was underdone, my xtra protein was still not enough protein and the portions are just not what they used to be. I'm tired of spending $17 for an EXTRA PROTEIN BOWL AND NOT GETTING EXTRA PROTEIN... the Keto bowl had not a lot of chicken either and the portions were just not enough for my friend to actually get full off of their food... As far as food quality goes, pretty solid. But when it comes to portioning, I'm fairly convinced every employee is a personal shareholder of CMG stock, cause they skimp on everything. When you ask for double meat, you're lucky to get 1.2x meat which seems like false advertising to me, but definitely would make for solid dividend payouts for the shareholder-employees. I'm all for getting that profit, but not at my portions expense. Go here, but just be ready to ask for more of everything you get except the rice, which they will absolutely pile on. read more

On June 19. My family visited this establishment.. The music was so loud that it was almost impossible to communicate with worker when ordering. All of the tables had previous customers waste on them. There were 3 employees just standing there. I asked if a table could be cleaned of. Amazing experience at this Chipotle on Monday night. Clean, fast, great quality food, service was wonderful and friendly. 10/10 for sure. I was traveling for work so I typically go to other locations and as I was walking in I saw a line of about 10~ people or so- I sighed as I opened the door thinking this is where I will spend the next 20 minutes.. not true. As I walked in, someone was cleaning the surfaces by the cash register, all tables were garbage free and sparkling, excellent communication on the line within coworkers, and I was in and out with my two burritos in about 7-8 minutes. I want to say that I have eaten at Eau Claire's Chipotle Mexican Restaurant many times while in northwest Wisconsin. One employee stands out to me. I do not have his name but he treated us well after our carry out fell flat on its face. The burrito bowls were cold even though we picked them up 2 minutes after our scheduled arrival pick up time. My fiancé vege burrito bowl was missing it's guacamole. We were going to chalk this up to a bad experience with carry out but decided to call Eau Claire's Chipotle and talk with someone about our experience. A pleasant young man answered the call and listened intently to my story. At the end, he said he was sorry about our meals. He also removed my payment. I was pleased. We will return to Eau Claire Chipotle Mexican Grill because of one young man who answered my call. read more

My daughter and I love the chicken quesadillas! The chicken has a little but of heat to it, but it tastes amazing and is always juicy and fresh! The chips are good, but I like to drench them in lime juice. Sometimes they are a bit lacking in quantity (i.e. the bags aren't always a consistent weight or amount of chips), but they still taste good. Yes, it is a very small space and I prefer to take it to go because of the crowds. Staff is very friendly and explain the different ingredients well. Stopped in tonight for a late dinner with my daughter. Ordered the usual carnitas bowl and she got the steak tacos. Struck up a conversation with the checkout man as he noticed my Air Force hat. We swapped quick stories about the military and life while they made her tacos. In the end, he thanked me for service and took care of our meal. I love chipotle, but almost every time I would come to this one, I would get skimped out on rice and meat and when I would ask for extra rice they would give me attitude and barely add anymore to make it still a little less than what it should've been in the first place. The parking can be a pain too but not terrible. Last time I came here though, they served me normal portions and I didn't see any of the people that previously would skimp out and had terrible attitudes so hopefully they are gone for any future chipotle lovers that come through. read more

I really don't understand the bad rap this place is receiving. I've been coming here once a week for months now and the service has been consistently great, both on customer service and food quality. The employees are always very friendly and helpful when needed (they were out of chicken momentarily so an employee interrupted the person cutting new chicken to use in my burrito.) The restaurant itself was consistently clean and tidy in my experience. Yes, five stars is a lot for a fast food chain which would be four stars tops, but the customer satisfaction deserves an extra star. I am very sad to leave this review. I love chipotle and go there often. But this chipotle in Eau Claire WI has been poor on more than one occasion. Tonight was really poor. The guac was rancid tasting. And I found a few LARGE brown chunks in my veggie bowl. I thought it was chicken but it was hard brown rotting avocado. I ate most of the meal but it was disgusting. The homemade drinks were very watered down as well. We went to talk to the person at the register just to give some feedback. We told him everything. My sister who ate with me works at another chipotle so she knows you don't put rotten avocados in the guac. You throw them away. He didn't seem to care too much, he said that they had been busy. And I get it but you can't serve rotten avocados to ppl.! Please correct your mistakes, Chipotle, so we can continue going to your restaurant. Obviously you guys need to have some changes made. Went for the first time today because of all the hype. My boyfriend and I agreed that we were very impressed! He had a steak burrito and I had a chicken burrito. This is my favorite Chipotle hands down. They have some of the most bubbly personalities there. Makes me want to come back over and over.
