Was having a great time here at chick fil A .my kids were having fun in the playground. No one was drinking or eating , I had out left over food in a bag out to the side , no one was bothered by it nor was it in anyone's place to spill . A lady came in to REMIND ME no food or drinks were allowed. First time here I didn't know of that rule , what am I supposed to leave it outside in the public eye , I do not trust anyone to be leaving my drinks or kids juices or food in the public eye . She was rude and very arrogant. I got her name it is Cynthia, I remind you everything was away from being spilled in any sort of way . It was unnecessary I understand if my kids were drinking or eating in the play area but none of that was taking place . A lady was feeding her baby a bottle and she gave her a look . This lady must change her attitude and work at another place she totally killed the great vibe I had for this place and it was my first visit never again ! read more

Usually I don't write too many reviews but today I was so happy with my experience that I had to. I ordered some grilled chicken nuggets with a chicken noodle soup. I was waiting for my food for not about 3 minutes and then the cashier informed me that the soup would be a 10 minute wait because they didn't have any ready. She asked if I wanted a different item or to wait and I told her I didn't mind waiting. She gave me a coupon that says my next meal is on them. This was so nice, and I really was not even upset about the wait at all. Then she told me to sit and asked if I wanted the grilled nuggets while I waited. I said yes and she also brought me over a chicken biscuit. The soup then came out like 5 minutes later so it was not an issue at all and everything tasted great as always :) read more

Honestly I think the food is decent, service it's amazing, but the fact these Mormons are anti gay, screw them. I refuse to give business to a group of haters. They preach love and god but hate to the gay community. Business is business. Mixing religion into a free society and condemning a group of people really sucks. So no more business from me, I tried them 2 times and when I realized what they are, later days people. I was going to give a 3 star rating, but as I'm finishing writing this, I just put one star. Bunch of haters. Fyi, I'm not gay but I know a bad thing even I see it. (Middle finger) read more

I remember when Chick-fil-A used to give you a decent-sized juicy chicken breast in their sandwich... Not anymore!!! Perhaps it is California's minimum wage increase that cause them to reduce their product for more profitability but the chicken breast I received in my sandwich today was about a quarter inch thick, including the breading! So they went from giving you a decent chicken breast to now a piece of hammered flat chicken that's mostly breading for $7. I won't be patronizing another Chick-fil-A restaurant going forward. read more

No one from the store contacted me first. The order was supposed to include pickles and cucumbers. At first I was told they didn't have them, but when I called the store myself, I was then told they did have cucumbers and pickles, but they needed to be sliced and it would be a wait. That was frustrating because my order had already been placed 15 minutes earlier, and the store still had about two hours until closing. Why weren't basic sandwich toppings already prepared during business hours? This also delayed me being able to take my medication by over an hour, which made the situation even more frustrating. I ordered food expecting it to arrive in a reasonable time so I could eat and take my medication, not have to chase down information about missing or unprepared ingredients. On top of that, when I finally received the sandwich, it was very dry and had barely any mustard. They also added salt and oregano even though I removed those from the order. After all the delay and confusion, the food still wasn't made correctly. I understand things happen, but the communication was poor and the situation didn't make sense. If items are unavailable, they should be marked unavailable online before customers pay. And if the items are available but just not prepped, the customer should be told clearly and directly instead of me finding out from the delivery driver. Overall, this was a frustrating experience because I paid for my order expecting it to be made correctly and on time. Instead, I had to call the store myself, my medication schedule was delayed, and the sandwich arrived dry, with minimal mustard, and with ingredients I specifically removed due to allergies.
