I placed my order and got service that I needed without any problem or any anger from the employee who had already been in the situation before time. This gets a kudos from me because a lot of people might have had an issue with how the other customer was talking to them and they held their composure very well. I truly appreciate this type of customer service. Because if they had done anything negative I may have never come back to this KFC again and might have been discouraged from going to another KFC and not eating this delicious chicken .
