Love Chick-fil-a! Parking at this one can be tricky but there are spots around back that are dedicated for Chick-fil-a. Their chicken sandwich and waffle fries are both awesome. All of their locations are usually nice and pretty clean, but this is probably the newest, nicest one that I have been to. I think it is neat that they are closed on Sundays but I also seem to crave chick-fil-a on Sundays. Maybe if I drank fewer beers on Saturday night, I would crave fried checiken less on Sunday. Oh well.

Chick-FIL-a is a relatively new fast food for us. Whenever wify is in a moo-d for chick-FIL-a, it always turns out to be Sunday & it's closed. So I was excited that she remembered to try out Chick-FIL-A on a non-Sunday! We came to this location for the first time & really liked the interior decor & ambience. It has a cool vibe & some fun cow-vertisement on the wall! We eagerly ordered our sandwiches & nuggets. After settling in we enjoyed their waffle fries which were good. Wify tried her spicy chicken sandwich & although she liked it, it was soggy & not at all crispy. Which is sad because she really likes their chicken & actually craves them time to time. My Spicy chicken deluxe was also a bit soggy and could hv been little moo-re crispy but I didn't notice it until she said so (!)...it was good but a bit disappointing for something that is advertised for being crispy. Overall not the best experience this time however they are clearly 'cow-lified' to make the best chicken sandwiches based on our past experiences sooo...'we will be baaaack' #comebackmaybe #Airwolf

Horrible customer service. Cold food. Ordered breakfast 1020 and refused to make it because they stop serving breakfast at 1030

Slow, inattentive and food was terrible. Cooked sandwich and gave day old tasting fries. Took forever and 7 employees just stare at you.

It does have an old vibe to it with the people go to you to order the food. There are many cars outside and was worried that it would take awhile. The servers come to you and you order through their tablet. I had to take a minute, but you have to make sure you have your blinkers on and they will come to you. I ordered the following #5 Special with bacon #1 The best burger and then the cheese fries I got the order within 10 minutes and did not take too long. Once they deliver the food to you, I paid through credit card and then you can tip them so I gave them an 18% tip as they were nice and serve the food to me. The food is very messy and oily so make sure you bring some hand sanitizer. They packed in a lot of napkins as well. The burger itself was just alright, was a little cold for me though so not so sure how long it was waiting. The lettuce and tomato was a little on the soggy side. The meat itself was just alright. When I ate it, I did not experience the wow factor. I can not complain about the price however. Overall, I rather go to Inn-n-out, but I am glad I got one of the places to try in Dallas out of the way.

Typically, I rate based on several visits to get an overall picture of the place, but I will bypass the rule if the experience was exceptional (#1). Mike's was downright excellent. I ate the food warm and I ate it cold, and I'm still thinking about it. I tried to save some time by ordering online and also bypass any potential lines. Thankfully, there were none when I arrived, but a very full house of happy eaters despite being well past primetime lunch hours. The staff was friendly in the front but fielding many orders at the same time. I missed the literal pick up window outside, but was happy to get a gander of what it looks like inside. There's plenty of seating for groups and the place seemed a lot cleaner than the divey narratives folks emphasized. Prices were not astronomical, as I paid $14 and $13 for an order of 4 tenders + 2 sides, as well as 2 wings and 2 sides. The tenders were nothing like a Raising Cane's with skimpy portions and high price tags, instead it was plump, crispy, and perfectly fried. The accompanying sauces (Mike's sauce + buffalo sauce) were excellent additions and complimented the crispy fries. I was extremely impressed with the mac & cheese and very flavorful, mashed potatoes and gravy. The wings were no different: soft exterior with a nice crunch, meaty chunks off the bone, and wasn't too greasy. While the green beans weren't the most memorable side, the creamy corn was strangely addicting. Next time, I'm ordering the sides separately and in a large. I can only hope the other locations are just as good and will make good effort to visit them all. It's a rare occasion to be this infatuated with a place, but I'm confident it will be the first on my return list when I'm back in Dallas again. ___________ (#1) Or exceptionally bad.

Bro, plumbing is confusing). Naturally, I had to ask AI where to get the absolute best fried chicken in Dallas, and it sent me here. Ordering online was super easy, though I wished the menu had pictures because I like to see what I'm getting. Exactly 20 minutes later, I got the text that it was ready. The parking lot is tiny. If you drive a big truck, be prepared to maneuver like a pro if it's packed. Inside was busy, but there was zero heavy grease smell lingering in the air. You could easily grab lunch here and go about your day without smelling like a literal fryer. Plus, the crowd was surprisingly chill. Nobody gave off that chaotic, sketch energy you get at a KFC or Wingstop where you feel like you have to lock your truck doors three times just to walk inside safely. It's a really calm environment, which is awesome if you hate loud crowds. Pickup took less than 5 minutes. After a 15-minute drive home, the chicken was still loud-crunchy and insanely crispy. Puts fast-food chains to absolute shame. Fair warning: my first drumstick was a massive sodium bomb that almost made me rage quit and leave a two star review. But I was so hungry, so a quick drink later, piece number two and on were absolute perfection: juicy, meaty, and flawlessly seasoned. So that first piece of chicken just was coated in not-fully-mixed-well seasoning batter or something like that. I am officially obsessed. Come September when bulking season hits, I'm literally going to live here.

Mixed Plate Classic ($12.99) + Seasoned Vegetables ($1.00): We chose the Honolulu Chicken, Kilauea Chicken, white rice, and seasoned vegetables. The veggies tasted like frozen veggies and the white rice came underneath the chicken, which we didn't realize until after. Had we known, we would have chosen the macaroni salad as our second side instead. The Honolulu Chicken is supposed to be garlicky but the flavors were just alright. The Kilauea Chicken was way better and had a nice little spicy kick. The white rice was also okay but a bit on the harder side. A Very Disappointing Experience…read more I have visited Jollibee before, but this was my first time at the Greenville location, and unfortunately, the expereince left a lot to be desired. Like my food... I placed a mobile order online for a chicken sandwich meal, chicken tenders, and a drink. The ordering process was straightforward, and I tracked my order through the app. When the status showed it was complete, I pulled up to the drive-thru window. A very friendly employee informed me that the chicken tenders had been fried fresh and asked me to pull around and park out front while they brought my order out. No problem -- fresh tenders sounded great. After about ten minutes, an equally friendly young man appeared at my car. He looked visibly stressed. He asked if I had ordered a burger, to which I replied that I had not, and I described what I had actually ordered. He apologized, mentioned that they were remaking several orders, and quickly headed back inside. So I waited. And waited some more. From my parking spot, I watched the same young man and several other employees making repeated trips to cars in the lot -- only to walk back inside still carrying the bags of food. It was clear that something had gone significantly sideways in the kitchen or with the order management system. After approximately 30 minutes of waiting, he returned to my car carrying a drink holder with four drinks and a bag of food, and said, with what I can only imagine was exhausted uncertainty, something to the effect of, "I don't think this is your order." He was right. It was not. At that point, I had already lost too much time from my workday and asked him to cancel my order. He was apologetic and courteous throughout, and I want to be clear that the staff themselves were friendly and seemed to be doing their best under chaotic circumstances. The icing on the cake? Fifteen minutes after driving away empty-handed, I received a cheerful text message from Jollibee asking how my order was. It got a well-deserved thumbs down. This location has been open long enough that operational issues of this magnitude should not still be occurring. Better order management and communication between the kitchen and curbside staff would go a long way. I may give this location another chance in the future, but it will not be anytime soon. On the bright side... I probably didn't need all that food anyway.
