My company orders from here almost once a week. We will unfortunately not be ordering from this location anymore because there is almost always something missing. I called 2 weeks ago to let a manager know and she blamed it on the doordash driver, even though the bags are sealed. Today we were missing multiple items again and will no longer be going back. I came in after the smu vs tcu game. Phone was dying and was not around family or friends. Offered to buy whatever to charge my phone. I was told "NO" to charging my phone because I looked "homeless" and apparently nobody had a iPhone charger out of the 20 people working there. I had a nice shirt, pants, watch, nice shoes and a belt on. I was an average looking joe. The circumstances were incredibly unnecessary and honestly unfortunate. I walked over to the sushi place and they opened all arms to me. I love Chick-fil-A and eat there religiously . What I am not going to do is Just not buy all this "we are saved" and "biblical" bs. I'm a follower myself but you don't just disregard someone because you assume a certain way. What if I was homeless and really needed the help. Honestly just gave me a new perspective on yall. As I walked in the restaurant a fishy smell caught my attention. It was there cashier Lauren. She demands me towards her to order and doesn't give me a second to look over the menu. As I'm giving her my order she starts picking her nose and wiping it on my drink cup. I ordered at chicken sandwich and a drink and fries. I walk over to the drink counter and start getting my coke and here come Lauren. She tells me that I didn't pay her even though she has already given me my reseat. I then go back with her and show her my car payments to Chick-fil-A. She still believes I didn't pay and charges me with another drink. This is just a great place for your kids! NOT! Love Chick-fil-a! Parking at this one can be tricky but there are spots around back that are dedicated for Chick-fil-a. Their chicken sandwich and waffle fries are both awesome. All of their locations are usually nice and pretty clean, but this is probably the newest, nicest one that I have been to. I think it is neat that they are closed on Sundays but I also seem to crave chick-fil-a on Sundays. Maybe if I drank fewer beers on Saturday night, I would crave fried checiken less on Sunday. Today will be my last time coming here for personal food . I liked coming to this location because it's convenient when I'm picking up doordash orders but lately they food quality has been bad!!! Burnt English muffin but food was still cold last time like it had just been sitting out. And this time my spicy chicken sandwich was also cold as if it has just been sitting out . The crazy part is they took forever to get me my order and people where steady getting there food before me . Literally the dumbest people I have ever met. Took them 20 minutes to understand that I didn't order 3 nugget boxes when I ordered 2. They didn't know what to do and didn't know if they could give me a refund. And on top of that, they charge for more than 2 sauces?? Any other chick fil a in the whole country gives you as many as you want. If you're going to go to a chick fil a, pick a different one. This is the worst one I have ever been too. Once I opened my nuggets, they were poorly cooked and super chewy, unlike any other restaurant I've been too. My girlfriend thought they were disgusting and literally had to throw the box away. Chick-FIL-a is a relatively new fast food for us. Whenever wify is in a moo-d for chick-FIL-a, it always turns out to be Sunday & it's closed. So I was excited that she remembered to try out Chick-FIL-A on a non-Sunday! We came to this location for the first time & really liked the interior decor & ambience. It has a cool vibe & some fun cow-vertisement on the wall! We eagerly ordered our sandwiches & nuggets. After settling in we enjoyed their waffle fries which were good. Wify tried her spicy chicken sandwich & although she liked it, it was soggy & not at all crispy. Which is sad because she really likes their chicken & actually craves them time to time. My Spicy chicken deluxe was also a bit soggy and could hv been little moo-re crispy but I didn't notice it until she said so (!)...it was good but a bit disappointing for something that is advertised for being crispy. Overall not the best experience this time however they are clearly 'cow-lified' to make the best chicken sandwiches based on our past experiences sooo...'we will be baaaack' #comebackmaybe #Airwolf read more

Everything at this Chickfila is great. The staff is friendly, and if you come in often, they try to remember the little things you always as for, such as extra crispy fries. The food is not too bad for you. If you order a meal, ask for fruit as your side and it saves 310 calories. Chickfila is one probably my favorite fast food chains. However, this location doesn't happen to be my favorite. The food is still great, employees are still polite and friendly, but they are also forgetful. I have been here to pick up a catering order and another just to get lunch for myself, and for both times, each employee forget about something I had asked for. (I just so happened to realize that all the sauces I had requested were not included in my pick up right before I drove off, and in the second instance, I had to remind them about my coffee after waiting for about 10 minutes.) Also, it bothers me a little that they advertise "free wi-fi," but what's the point if I spend my entire time there trying to connect to the Internet without any success. Parking is also difficult to find at this location. On the bright side, the place inside is quite spacious, and they bring the food right to your table. No disrespect to the food because I love it, but this location just isn't my favorite. read more

Typical, great Chic-Fil-A!!! Service is fast and friendly. And the food is really good! Parking can be a little bit of a hassle, but there is more in the back of the building. It's right by the SMU campus, so there is lots to do when over in the area. read more
