Fuel City is definitely worth a stop if you're in Dallas and looking for some seriously good tacos!…read more They're doing construction around the area right now, so getting in and navigating around it can be a little inconvenient, but don't let that stop you. The tacos are absolutely worth it. You can order tacos individually for around $3 and some change, which makes it perfect for trying several different ones. We tried the al pastor, chicken, and barbacoa, and every single one was amazing. The meat was seasoned to perfection, incredibly flavorful, and the salsa was really good too. There isn't indoor seating, but they have picnic tables outside and plenty of parking if you'd rather eat in your vehicle. Some of the parking spaces even face the Longhorns, so you can sit in your vehicle, enjoy your tacos, and have a great view. Excellent tacos, tons of flavor, and definitely worth navigating the construction to get there. We'll absolutely be back!

I figured what could…read morebe so special about a convenience store/gas station until the youtube video mentioned tacos being served here. Say no more, I did my first stop here in mid April and make sure to stop here every time I'm in Dallas for the tacos. They have breakfast tacos from 5-11AM while the street tacos are served 24/7. Are they the best? No they are not. But they are alright if you need tacos in a pinch and have cash on you. Burritos and quesadillas can also be ordered here too. As for the store itself, it's your standard gas station/convenience shopping venue suited for truckers or people passing by. You'll also see some Dallas Cowboys signage here so take that for what it's worth. While the tacos aren't the best, I do enjoy the experience of stopping here to order and eat them here when I'm exiting Dallas via I-45.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had at a Shake Shack…read more The gentleman who took our order was absolutely awesome--friendly, welcoming, patient, and genuinely happy to help. Phylisia, who brought our food to the table, was just as kind and personable. What impressed me most was watching the entire team interact with customers. Every employee was smiling, engaging with guests, and making people feel welcome. You could tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience, not just serving food. The food was great, but the people made this visit memorable. Customer service like this is rare, and this team absolutely deserves recognition. We'll definitely be back!

Overall: 2.6/5 [dine in]…read more We ordered for a late night meal on a Saturday through the app and the wait was longer than expected. They estimated 11 minutes but it took about 20 and there were a lot of people waiting inside. The location is nice but the service was not great and unfortunately the food was not either. West Coast Burger ($11.99) + Crispy Onions ($1.29): This was a sad looking burger that was average in size and did not look nearly as enticing as the picture online. It tasted like a standard fast food burger and was lacking flavor so I ended up adding honey mustard since I did not like their Shack sauce. I would much rather have an In-N-Out burger than this. Chicken Bites ($5.49): Came with 6 pieces of crispy chicken bites that were better than the burger, though that is not saying much.

I lived in Dallas previously and came here to see friends. Before heading back down to South Texas…read moreI stopped by to get Big Guy's to go. I have never had a bad experience with them. The food is always good! They are always busy working! Although they are busy , that doesn't keep the staff from being welcoming, respectful and helpful. As you know the parking for this location is kind of tough, but it is to be expected when in a downtown city. There is parking (a parking lot) behind the building. Just take the little alley road on the left before the shop on the left. Or even across the street there is a small lot. The ambiance is small, a few tables. Sometimes there are people sitting and eating but it is mostly a lot of to go orders. You will see a lot of to go people parking their car really quick to hop out and get their food. I highly recommend Big Guy's to everyone.

Overall: 2.7/5 [delivery]…read more Ordered on UberEats and delivery was quick. The bowls are on the smaller side and the description said they come with tomatoes but there were none in either bowl. We got the white and red sauces on the side. The white sauce wasn't good and while I love mint, this was way too minty and didn't pair well with the bowl. The red sauce was a bit spicy and better but I've had better sauces for this type of dish elsewhere. Big Guy's Mixed Rice Platter ($14.50): Got it with sauce on the side and 50 salad and 50 rice. Comes with 3 proteins including chicken, beef, and lamb. Chicken was tender but flavors were a bit muted. The beef and lamb were a bit on the drier side. Beef and Lamb Rice Platter ($14.50) + Big Guy's Special ($4.50): Also sauce on the side and 50 salad and 50 rice. The special comes with 1 pita and 1 aloo. The aloo wasn't bad. The pita was fine but didn't taste freshly made the way you'd get at a restaurant. Disappointed overall. I've had halal bowls in NYC and this does not compare.
