Damn hire more damn workers bc clearly they were taking their anger on me and my brother. We didn't wanna waste gas so we didn't go through the drive way. So we went inside. I get there was a line outside, i know it was busy. That's fine by me. I get how it is. But that doesn't mean to make us feel bad and saying we should have went through the drive through. We went inside for a reason. They were taking long but it was fine, i didn't care about that. A whole one hour and 30 minutes. But I didn't complain. It was 8:48 when we ordered. Mind it they were taking forever to take our order too. I wasn't gonna complain about time but the girl was being such a bitch. We finally got our food at 9:44 not even ten minutes went in. The girl was taking out the trash and went back to the kitchen. The girl yelled out something like once these people leave we are closing those doors. I was literally on the other side of the kitchen. I could just hear her complain about us. Basically kicking us out. I got so annoyed and just told my brother to just grab his food and we would eat in the car. The girl was literally right behind my back and shut the door. Not even letting it close by itself. There was a woman inside who was getting i with the cleaning, stacking, & stocking. When I asked, she said her name was "Claudia." Claudia, girl, if you keep this up, this place will never get old. I love Zaby's in Bartow Florida and ate there for years and was excited about them coming to Greenville Texas. This 2 visit. First time was a disaster. From cardboard sign on the counter for items they didn't have to disappoint service and wait times. So second trip about 6 weeks later. Thought we would try again. Employees look like they are just hanging out. The fried pickles were way over salted. We heard 2 tables near us complaining about it. They then started talking to each other talking about pickles being horrible. I got their salad which has always been my favorite. Barely and tomatoes or cucumber. Is there a shortage? It was like a cherry tomato sliced into 6 pieces. 4slices of cucumber. Should have went to the Rib Crib next door. Definitely will next time. read more

The staff was great and fun to joke around with. The food was hot and ready fast. And the store was very clean.

First time here after opening facility. It is clean and it was busy for a Sunday. Cannot order on line for inside dining as of yet. The self serve drink machine was down but they had over and Can drinks to make up the difference. The food came out as ordered. Fries were hot. Food has great flavor and was not greasy. The inside was organized and clean. Restrooms were super clean. They will have a learning curve training new people and our is expected. We will be back. Give it a try. Coworker and I stopped by here on our way through town. Service was quick and courteous. She got the chicken tacos which were full of flavor and delicious! I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and Fried Pickles. Huge order of fries seasoned and cooked perfectly!! Fried pickles came with Ranch. This will be our go to stop from now on!! The tables were dirty. We ordered the fried pickles and they were burnt, all of them. The chicken was more on the hard side, not at all moist. The fries were okayish but very plain, no seasoning. Oh and also they were out of sweet tea so we had to wait about 10 minutes for it to be made. All in all, I'm very disappointed and will not go there again. This was my first (couldn't wait to try it) and my LAST. Pass this by, trust me. Go to Chick-fil-A, way better prices and much better food. read more

If you travel to Hawaii McDonalds serves rice and spam on their menus due to the local's preferences. You guys are in Texas we prefer gravy with our chicken. I asked for gravy and the server said 'we get asked that all the time". Why not cater to the local customers? read more

We were so excited to try this new restaurant but our entire order was cold, and then we realized that they messed up my order; we asked for traditional chicken bone in and I ended up with boneless and meatless chicken... Ever was disgusting... I don't recommend it. read more
