I have never ever in my whole life of eating at Chick-Fil-A been as upset and as let down as I was yesterday. So I waited a day to write this review so I wouldn't be even more harsh. I am a very busy global entrepreneur to say the least. I am almost never home with my family in this season we are in. I say that just so you understand how special my time with my family and loved ones is to me. My babies are my world! So yesterday I place a family order on the mobile app to be picked up by my sister on the way home to see us. I did this to maximize our time together and see the joy on the kids faces! I'm starved for that family closeness right now as I said before. So my sister gets there and they gave us everything but my food, a plain southwest salad as I don't eat meat but my family does! I called and had to go all the way back up there. I had to pay the sitter an extra $40 as she charges by the hour flat to stay with my babies. I ran back up there and my sitter ate with the kids instead of me. Everyone but me got to enjoy that moment I so strongly desired to have. I get back up there and sure Chris Childs was amazing and kind, but I was so upset and heartbroken about what I knew I was missing with my family. Another moment I won't have for another month as I travel out. I was told well here's a free ice cream, here's a free sandwich, here's a free snack or treat! Like that was gonna make an upset mother and aunt happy about missing the one moment she craved before she left for the month and the kids go back to school WITHOUT her home! I get it though, to this place it's just a $30 order. Who cares about quality? Who cares about if it's correct or not? Who cares because it's a mobile order right? Who cares what's going on in the customers life? I SWORE THAT WAS WHAT CHICK-FIL-A STANDS FOR, I guess just not this location at all. Unfortunately, this is the first time I've been disappointed by Chick-fil-A. My boyfriend ordered a veggie wrap for me to eat for when I got home from work. Unfortunately, it was lacking so many ingredients that I'm used to it having. Obviously we all know that Chick-fil-A is delicious, but this location has the best service I've ever experienced at a "fast food" restaurant - It literally breaks the stereotype of fast food service. I had my first Chick-fil-A experience two years ago at this location. I informed the girl at the register that it was my first time ever eating Chick-fil-A, and she got SO excited! She made recommendations, and had me try all of the sauces. As I was eating, several of the staff members kept coming over to check on me, and to see which sauce was my favorite (it was the Chick-fil-A sauce, obviously!) My most recent experience was just as stellar. The girl at the register complimented my dress, and was so enthusiastic and friendly while I placed my order. As I was eating, the manager came over to see if I needed anything to drink since I had not ordered a beverage. A few minutes later, the young man who brought over my food came over and said "Miss Christy, is there anything else we can get you? How is your meal? Which sauce is your favorite?" (I have a sauce obsession... And my new favorite is the sriracha sauce!) I appreciated that they remembered my name from when i places my order, and were adamant about checking up on me - It was better service than most sit down restaurants! From the moment we entered this Location, the staff was very sweet and helpful. Our food was done super quick and was served all the way to our table. I went to chick-fil-a this morning and was drinking my sweet tea. I later found something in my mouth and it turned out to be a long dead black insect and it's body was cut in half. Today (11 July) is "Cow appreciation Day", after waiting for 20min outside in the heat, a lady came outside passing out a red sticker for the people in line in order to receive an entree. I clearly thought just like other "Chick Fil A" as long as I am wearing "Black and White" this would be a non issue. The lady made a point to look at both my shirt and shorts and proceeded by telling me that I would not get the entree. For what it's worth, this is a matter of principle that the lady left a bad taste in my mouth because as a Town Lake resident this is the place I normally take my kids. Came to this location for lunch and it's by far the best service I have received at Chick Fil A. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is that my grilled chicken nuggets were very small compared to the location by my house. The GM is very sweet and walks Around to make sure everything is ok, refills your drinks and removes your trash. The majority of my Chick-fil-A visits are for breakfast Togo. Comparing this Cypress Towne Lake location to other locations, the food comes out faster than other locations, and the staff seems friendly. The CFA phone app. could be better. The app allows you to place an order to a nearby location. The degree of difficulty is raised if you are trying a select a location that is not your 3rd or 4th closest. I think they need to take note as to how other eateries handles their orders from phone apps. Every time I've tried to place an order, I've gotten frustrated, & ended up ordering once I arrived. read more

I drove to this Chick-fil-A today and I am usually the first to sing the praises of Chick-fil-A from the rooftops. I went through the drive-through and ordered lunch along with a large lemonade. When I got all the way home I realized that my cup was 3/4 of the way full of ice and there was barely any lemonade which I finished quickly because there was hardly any in the cup. It was too far for me to drive back just to get a refill. I wish They would be considerate of the drive-through customers when they are filling their drinks because we cannot get refills like customers who dine in. Very nice establishment as most ChikFilAs! Love food and hot. Although what disturbs me is the false marketing advertisement on my food box. All livestock animals are antibiotic free before they go to the market for harvesting. It's overseen by USDA. That's why all medications state a withdraw period so that the medications are out of the animals system before harvesting. Need to rethink statements on your products. read more

Customer service is always good for me. I like how they peek in my back seat in drive thru to see how old my baby is so that they can match the age-appropriate toy for his kids meal. And I love how they substitute the kids' sides for either fries, fruit, or Mac n cheese. And you get a choice of a box of organic/natural juice from the honest company! No extra charge for side or juice.
