Glad. Decided to eat in the parking lot after collecting my order via drive thru. I ordered NO ice with my kid size lemonade. And got EXTRA ice. Even though the receipt states "Light ice". When I tell you I only had 4 or less sips to wash down my meal, with the weight and expectations of a little more than half a cup left. And got nothing. Pouring the drink in my kid size cup and seeing how little of the amount I receive was silly. It was less than a quarter amount of medium size drink, from the EXTRA ICE. I visit inside with invoice in hand that shows "light ice" and view a cup full. Young lady member was very friendly. And happy to accommodate, she replaced with a medium lemonade no ice as requested, and apologize for the mishaps. I greatly appreciate it. Now if I would have drove off as planned, but I had to park for them to walk out my meals, and collected my drink from the window. I was formally a huge fan of Chick-fil-A however, my last two visits, I have experienced a change in the food! It's no longer to my liking and I miss the once consistent spicy chicken sandwich with my favorite additions! Having been in the restaurant industry, this can be the quickest downfall of any establishment!! I would prefer a @Chipotle, exactly like the one in San Angelo, Texas! Even when there are long lines for pick up, it moves amazingly fast, compared to others in our area! The ambience is just a typical fast food sit down option but usually clean. I ordered a market salad with chicken tenders. The inside was clean and fully staffed. The salad was good, fresh strawberries, blueberries, and freshly cooke chicken tenders. I am rating this visit as a 3 because there was no blue cheese on my salad. I asked one of the team leads if they were out of blue cheese since there was not any on my salad. The response from the person in the blue striple shirt was "Did you order it on your Market Salad?" I thought is was standard on the menu and did not need to be specified. This is a Review specifically for the Store Operator -David Oakes. I recently dined in with my girlfriend on May 20th 2025 at around 9:15pm. I must say the foh member in training "Manouri" was a lot of help! I can tell he's gonna do really good in the future. However, the people running the food towards the french fry section and food area shocked me. I had ordered a large Chick-fil-A combo with a large fry. i then added a large mac & cheese and was told that they no longer had mac & cheese So I politely asked could I please get another large fry? I was told yes . And then when I received my food, I only received one large fry and no replacement for the mac & cheese. It took me having to get up and stop eating and walk to the front and explain to one of the front of house members my situation . They said they didn't understand ,, I then explained it to a second front of house member. Who told me i should have two large fries. Finally, they understood. I then overheard one of the people running the food section say "they told me no"?! So in my head, I'm thinking were they just gonna charge me for a large mac & cheese and leave me in the dark as if I'm oblivious and stupid to the fact that I specifically asked for a second large fry and Replacement for a large mac & cheese ? Let me start off by saying I always always always use the app and curbside pick up, and very rarely go inside or use the drive thru lol. I have a good experience every time. It's quick, the food is fresh and tasty, and if there has ever been any issues the staff addresses it appropriately. I will say I am knocking off a star because I used to always get the spicy southwest salad, but lately every time I've gotten it, it has gotten into a UFC match with my stomach. It never used to do that, and I've even picked some up for my family and they said the same. Love the honey pimiento seasonal sandwich, and my go to is always the spicy deluxe sandwich only and a 4 pc tenders with Buffalo, bbq, and ranch! This time last year I was newly pregnant with my now 4 going on 5 month old and was caught in the deracho. I had to pull over to chick fil a (not wanting to because I was starving) and they had the doors locked and were hesitant to let me in but they did anyway. Next they couldn't serve me food because the register was down due to no power. Fast forward a year later I went to get dinner with my infant son and got caught in a rain storm. They messed up my order and I had to take my infant back out in the rain and talked to the male associates, Mostly who where just standing around laughing, about missing items. They blamed me because they didn't ring up the missing items. After spending an additional $35 (now a total of $55 for the night), they were helpful and checked the order when they brought it out like I asked. This has got to be the worst location I have ever been to. They are consistently slow in getting us our food. It doesn't matter what time of day, or if they are not packed, for some reason we always wait 15-20 mins for our food. I've gone in the drive thru as well and they always make me park to wait for my food, while others are just driving thru. And this isn't during lunch hour or dinner. I don't order anything complicated, it's the regular popular items (chicken sandwich, chicken minis for breakfast), so I don't understand. It's a fast food restaurant, that's the point is getting your meal quickly. Why does it take so long? Today I did curbside because it's usually the quickest, or it was. I waited longer, and when the girl was bringing out my meal she was just taking her sweet time walking. The cleanliness is not great either, we always see tables dirty. Restrooms dirty. When all else fails, Chick-fil-A always comes through for the win. On this last visit, I went with my regular 12 piece nugget meal, but hunger pangs drove me to order an extra eight nuggets for a total of 20. They came with the famous waffle fries and I opted for their tea, a combo of both unsweet and sweet. No complaints with the chicken as it's always cooked to perfection. it's accompanied by one of the best sauces the Chick-fil-A sauce, and ask for their Polynesian sauce. I don't know but I feel like every time the french fries are never stacked and I always find myself ordering an extra order of fries in order to compensate for my severe hunger. As I had ordered an extra thing of nuggets, I did not have a need to order an extra thing of french fries. So what happened was - we went in to place an order and after placing the order, we stepped aside to the waiting area. We saw a bag and kinda felt that it might have been our order but the server sat it down with the curbside orders. And there it sat . . . . . Times have certainly changed since my last review. With in-app ordering and curbside, the line is no longer an issue for me. I also want to thank this CFA for accommodating a small birthday gathering for my 4 year son in November 2021. Of course they don't do reservations or birthday parties, but the manager worked with us to get the space we wanted for the kids to eat and the staff was very accommodating to all of the little diners. I also placed a large order for delivery in October 2021 for my older son's birthday and the driver was on time and the food was hot and fresh. Have been coming to this location because it's a little closer to home. The drive thru is madness day or night. When you're in the drive thru, they'll give you your food even though you're not in front of the line. You then have to wait a awhile until the vehicle in front finally gets their food. The portion size of their sandwiches are smaller than most other locations. It's very weird. Tonight 9/25/21, was the worst of them all and the last straw for me. After waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru, I get home to find my spicy sandwich is a single chicken strip sandwich. I will drive the extra few miles to go to the 290/Spring Cypress location.
