As of 10/18/23 their Health Code Score is 100 = A. I often order lunch from this location for company events and this location has never disappointed me. They are always give welcoming customer service and fulfill my orders quickly. The sandwich, wraps, and salad opens are very delicious and fulfilling. They also have vegan selections as well. The ambiance is moderate like any other fast food restaurant and it's always very busy. Including the drive-thru. I would definitely recommend this location for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Drive through needs better training, so does kitchen how do I have soggy greasy hashbrowns, send my drink back to the kitchen twice in the drive through after ordering a "half&half" which is a lemonade and tea. I was so glad that this Chick-fil-A location's last building was completely knocked down and a new building built to replace it. I was hoping that the expectation for a high level of service would be set after opening again. Well, I can keep hoping ... R and I came here at about 6:30 pm on a Thursday recently. There are ample parking spaces available for this standalone Chick-fil-A, with a small parking lot right next to the building, and additional spaces in a much bigger parking lot. All parking is free. The drive thru has two lanes that go through a covered area with large menu displays at the speakers. Then customers merge into one lane that feeds through another covered area where the pick up window is housed. We went to eat inside after ordering via the mobile app, and entered the table number so that the employees knew where to bring our food. I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich, kale salad and a Sunjoy half lemonade and half unsweetened iced team. R ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, kale salad and a root beer. We also requested some sauces. We waited at our table for about 10 minutes when an employee comes to us with a bag and just says, "Here ya go!" and rushes off. R looks in the bag, and in it are both of the sandwiches and the kale salads. We just looked at each other and shook our heads. Service continues to be awful! R went to the counter to tell them that they didn't bring our drinks or sauces, and had to tell them what we had ordered. A few minutes later, an employee brought our drinks, but no sauces. R went up to the counter again, and this time he came back with the sauces. Apparently, we weren't the only ones who had issues with not correctly receiving our orders. R said that there were other customers who complained about the same things at the order counter. It's really odd that employees can't get things to customers correctly, because the receipt labels that are placed onto bags specifically show exactly all of the items that were part of the order. All they have to do is read to confirm that everything is with the order. We didn't have any complaints about the taste or temperatures of the food or drinks. They were very good. I really love the kale salad at Chick-fil-A, and this is saying a whole lot since I usually go out of my way to avoid kale. The new place looked nice; however there was trash on the floor and many tables were dirty. The indifferent/uncaring service here needs to be improved in order for the recent low review ratings to be reversed. read more

I arrived at the Chamblee Plaza, Peachtree Blvd location and was very disappointed. I arrived at 5:45pm on Friday, 1/3/25. My favorite thing about CFA is their quick drivethru system. Well, I was very disappointing at this location. It took me 15min to get through the drivethru after placing my order. You had team members bringing food out to cars in the cold 5 cars deep before you got to the food window. It was awful and I had never sat in a CFA drivethru for 15 to 20min and could not go anywhere. I could have eaten my food in the drivethru line before I got through the line. I don't think I will be visiting this location any time soon. read more

I like this chick fil-a but it needs improvements with the flow of the line. The new remodel looks nicer but the service isnt any quicker. The line and the way food is delivered to your car is out of order and isnt efficient. So if i'm in line and I get my food before the car in front of me then I still cant leave the line until the other cars in front of me have received their orders. We were excited when this chick fil a reopened. We always use the mobile order pick up feature and love the ease of it however our orders are incorrect 99% of the time (especially Breakfast!!). I don't know how much clearer I can make it (per the photos) of any special requests we have. I asked for 2 salsas and received 0. The burrito should come with 1, at least. They also gave me a spicy chicken biscuit... I love chick fil a but it's hard to get passed the frustration of getting incorrect orders or items time after time. I recently visited this location to purchase box lunches for my job the total was about $212.00. This included 1 gal of tea & lemonade. I asked for some ice & I was told I could PURCHASE the ICE. I then began a conversation with mngr who was bringing the food to my car. I didn't understand WHY I HAD TO PAY FOR ICE when I paid for the drinks. I visited this location today and service was absolutely HORRIBLE. While in the drive-thru, the associate continued to have issues with the iPad - to no fault of his own and I had to repeat my order several times. After ordering a 12-ct grilled nugget, I was provided with a 4-ct chicken strip meal and I immediately brought it to the attention of the associate before I left the drive-through. The associate confirmed that she would gladly provide me with my grilled nuggets. With it taking time to make, I was asked to pull around the restaurant. After sitting there for almost 10 minutes the associate came and advised that I would have to pay another $1.45 in order to receive grilled nuggets - nevermind that was what I'd originally requested. She left to speak to her Manager and returned advising that she would not be able to provide me with grilled nuggets. I asked to see the Manager. She left again and returned and advised that the Manager would not be able to see me. I then asked for a refund. She left and returned and then requested that I provide her with my debit card as well as the Coke that came with my meal (that I was drinking!). At this point, we are almost 20 minutes in. I then exited my vehicle to go and speak to the Manager and the Manager provided me with 3 ultimatums - either pay $1.45, take 12 fried nuggets or get a refund. Although the staff were extremely apologetic, the Manager provided no apology and no courteous service. It's not often that you meet an asinine Manager at Chick-Fil-A but Theresa is the epitome of what is not needed in the restaurant industry. Order wrong. They forgot to pack the bag with the most important part of the meal...my sandwich! (It's on the receipt on the bag, but missing) At least they got the other meal right and said have a nice day after rushing me out of the drive thru line. Their focus on volume is causing their quality to drop. They need to balance focusing on the customer and quality again, then volume. I'd much rather wait a couple more minutes for the order to be correct vs get home and find out. I will now unpack the bag in the drive-thru before pulling off to make sure it's right. Since the bags are packed tightly it's hard to confirm at a glance, likely they also had this issue when glancing and handing over. I may hold up the drive-thru doing this check, but it's just not worth the time it takes to drive back out there and wait in the line again, just to get your missing item. They revamp this whole location and I'm in love. This location is right around the corner of our house and we visited the place at least 3x a week. We were sad when they tear down the whole place and we had to go to the one on pleasant hill and the traffic was horrendous. The newly built place is nice, super big and the staff here is top notch. If it were me, I would go to another location. This owner-operator doesn't care about people and it trickles down to the staff. The food may be decent, but the owner is not. She would rather make a nickel than do the right thing. I'll let you guys judge for yourself. I ordered over $70 using the app. Delivery was through DoorDash. Food never arrived. After over an hour, the store calls me to tell me they have my food. They are unwilling to refund (that's through DoorDash, I get it), they didn't want to re-make my food, just wanted to tell me about it as if I hadn't noticed only my drinks were delivered. I'm still fighting with DoorDash, but the owner-operator Teresa hung up on me when I tried to talk to her on the phone, and she told my wife in person that if she did any more it would be money out of her pocket so she couldn't do anything. I understand the frustration about the way the drive-thru was built but I'm sad to see that this specific location is rated so low. I've always had great experiences in the chamblee location. The service is great and they never get my order wrong. However, the general manager is one of the most abrasive and condescending people I've ever met. The owner is a nice person, but ultimately undermines the integrity of the staff. How can Chick-fil-A ever disappoint? It can't. I was freezing. Therefore, I went to get coffee and breakfast after a grueling morning getting my car battery changed. The drive-thru line was pretty long (wrapped around the building) at 10 AM so I decided to brave the cold, park my car and run inside. There were a few people inside, most of which were workers. I stepped into line to order. Since it was the month of February, their new line of coffee was free! So I ordered chicken mini's (which you can get in orders of 3 or 4) and a cup of coffee. Creamer is only available behind the counter but they asked me how much cream I wanted. I decided to sit eat my breakfast quickly before heading to the office. I people-watched while I ate, and noticed a younger worked sleeping at a table. A manager walked up to him, scolded him for not getting enough sleep at night, and they got into a peaceful discussion about going to college and getting a degree.
