Fast friendly service. I've only been here maybe three times since I lived on this part of town (4)years. But every time I come my visit is always pleasant. I typically don't eat in fast food restaurants when I do indulgbecause of the smell. This place was clean in appearance but is definitely due for a renovation. 02/20/2020 update! The interior of the restaurant has remained the same. However, the fast food is delicious and today my service with Britney was outstanding! This beautiful young lady knows everyone's name who comes in. She's gracious and sweet. I most enjoyed watching her go to the back to help out when things got a little backed up. Fantastic service. I just went through the drive through but the lady who took our order was really nice and polite, I didn't feel rushed like I do at other restaurants. The speaker was clear, so it didn't sound like I was communicating with a 1930's broken radio. They got my order right, and food tasted great, they even asked if I needed any sauce, which is sad that I have to say that most other places don't ask. Hmmm...Nothing is perfect in life, and if you expect any fast food to be perfect, well don't get fast food. This Arby's location. Hmm, you have good solid staff. They communicate and inquire about the food you want. They don't take long to get you your food. Parking is a slight inconvenience, but its free and available. Prices range from $1-$10. What can you say about this food that you can't say about every other Arby's in Georgia? They do have the Meat Mountain which is roast beef, friend chicken, bacon, turkey, and more meat. its like $10.00 If some people want me to post a picture and tell you how it is, sure why not? I would come back for the Cherry Turnover especially when it comes straight out from their oven. read more

The staff here really takes their customer service surveys seriously. Every time I visit they're great about reminding me (and other customers) to call in using the code from their receipt. Now all I have to do is remind myself to bring it back so I can redeem my free shake. At each of the doors they have one of those "ring the bell if you received excellent service" bells. It doesn't get as much use as it should and I'm not sure if mentioning the survey makes their positive attitudes seem disingenuous to some people (it's possible I'm one of those people). I come here for lunch pretty regularly. I feel like the curly fries are laced with something to make them even more addictive because I sometimes go back for seconds. Service is extremely prompt and I've never waited longer than 1-3 minutes inside or in the drive-thru. read more

I had a terrible experience at the Arby's #00212 in Chamblee GA on June 30, 2021. The manager refused to honor the Arby's coupon I received in the mail even though they were in date. I wanted to buy two of the "2 can dine for $8.99" Arby's Special. The manager Nick (would not give me a last name) said I can only Buy one unless I have two coupons. I showed him the coupon where it says "Buy up to 3 deals in one visit with this coupon. He actually got nasty with me and refused to honor the coupon. I bought one because we were hungry and split it with the family. I felt humiliated by this person and feel he should not be in this position representing Arby's, because if he did this to me, he has done it to others. read more

So, it's 2013 and this is my first review. (Don't judge, people!) I've been to this location several times. Maybe multiple if you want to count the times we visited through my childhood as well. This Arby's has been located here for quite some time. Let me get straight to it. I'm confused ... I'm not quite sure how to rate this place. The customer service has been okay. Nothing amazing, but definitely friendly enough - smiles and all! My husband and I were lured in by their 2 for $5 Fish Sandwich deals. I mean, I know it's Arby's "Roast Beef" sandwiches, but they don't joke around with their fish. It actually looks like a real decent piece of fish with fish flakes (meat) and everything. However, it took awhile to cook the fish most recently. People were walking in and leaving before me (in the drive thru). Other times, this place has been pretty good about speed and actually being "fast food". All in all, okay. Maybe some renovations are due sometime in the near future. =) read more

I have also visited this Arby's for many years. I will preface this by revealing that my youngest son has worked part time for this establishment for over two years. Prior to today, I have never posted anything about any Arby's. It is fast food. To me, the quality of food is a step above most other fast food establishments. When I dropped him off today, I went through the drive-thru get a roast beef. (I don't eat there often, maybe about once a month) I saw the fish sandwich and decided to give it a try. It was great! I did not expect it to be as good as it was. I had a reuben a few weeks ago, and it was also very good. My son has lured me to try the turkey sandwiches that have been added to the menu, and I have discovered they were very good also. I actually asked my son a while ago why sometimes people had to pull ahead at the drive-thru. He told me that his store has very short and strict time limits for how long fried food can sit under the hot lamp after taken out of the friers. He said this prevents them from "cooking too far ahead" of the orders. This can translate to good, if one appreciates freshly cooked food, and bad if one is in a hurry. read more

First of all, I want to start by saying that I wish I could give this place negative stars. I pulled up to the drive-thru, was asked for my order, which I placed and then sat there for eight minutes. Finally I asked, "Hello?" and I hear an Asian person say "One second." I wait another six minutes, all the while getting into a verbal altercation with the car behind me, and proceed to zoom around to the window. I arrive to see a very confused Asian man looking at me like I have three heads. I had to repeat my order two more times (a total of four since arriving) and he just walks off. Ten minutes later I get my food, which ended up being wrong, no surprise there. Don't get me wrong, the food, albeit wrong, was of acceptable quality, but I have NEVER had such a horrible experience at a fast food establishment and that's saying something. I've never even written a review on Yelp until now. Upon arriving home I attempted to call to speak to the manager and no one ever picked up the phone. I ordered from a robot-woman with "general manager" typed on her name tag. She never smiled, despite my friendly attitude. I'd requested a large ice water because it would have been easier for me to carry, versus the 2 small cups she offered. She denied my request for the large ice water, but offered a carrying tray-"that will make it easier for you to carry". I responded that it would be easier for me to carry one large cup of ice water in one hand, and the bag of food in the other (I was purchasing $11 worth of food). She then offered to sell me a bottle of water. (That's not as many oz. as a large cup - right?) I told her the 2 small cups would be fine, geez - I obviously wasn't getting anywhere. After being given my delicious food and 2 small cups, I sheepishly asked for a carrying tray. The General Manager said absolutely nothing as she reached for one, sat it on the counter next to my purchase, and asked to serve the next guest in line - without a smile of course.
