This is just a regular Subway. Nothing much to say about it. Pretty clean, lots of tables and chairs. Huge parking lot but no drive thru. You can order take out or delivery but it'll take a while. I got attended really quick. Didn't get pressured into buying extras, which I really appreciate. read more

I came to this store at 9:10am and their hours say they open at 9. I called to see if they are open today because I'm headed to work and was going to stop in before I go. The associate answered and says they are open. I told him the door was locked. His response is that he was running late, he will open in a little. The store is quite big with lots of seating. There are two doors and it's a bit confusing which one is the entrance. One of them if you try to open it, it seems locked. If it is, know that there is another door and go to it. We encountered this and I saw two other customers encountered the same thing. It also didn't help that the one person working there was in the back so for a moment I thought they were closed. The store itself seems somewhat on the newer side. The parking lot is shared by other businesses and always seems pretty full. Some of the tables and chairs seemed a bit dirty with left over crumbs and water/drink stains on the tables. So I ordered my food via the app. They charged my money and notified on the app that my order is complete. When I came to pick up, they said my order is still not complete and show me the list of online order that are waiting. For real? If you haven't done my order yet, then done mark it completed on the app. And although I waited in the line too, they only confirmed my online order but don't do it rightaway when I asked and keep serving the other direct customers. I had to wait 1 hours for my order to complete! If you can't make the online order by the time your customer arrives, just do it when they wait in line like the other customers. This Subway is fairly new and I tried them out for the first time a couple of days ago. I decided to order online so I could just walk & pick up my sandwich on my lunch break. Get a little cardio in before and after lunch *wink*. My sandwich was made to order and made fresh. It was still warm and since I paid for it online, I didn't need to wait in the normal lunch rush assembly line. I simply told the attendant my name and he handed me my sandwich. Now, what if someone knew I ordered and went and picked up my food, right? They didn't - so I guess that's neither here nor there. LOL My sandwich was made EXACTLY how I like it. I was a little skeptical since I wouldn't be there to watch the sandwich maker and ask for a little more honey mustard or not too much mayonnaise, although I'd asked for light mayo anyways. The manager let me know that I didn't need to order to far in advamnce as they take online ordes and squeeze them in while they have customers so when the patron comes to pick up their meal, they don't have to wait. I thought this was good information because I normally order 15-30 minutes ahead just to ensure my sandwich is still warm and ready when I pick it up. He advised I only needed to give them 5-10 minutes and my sandwich would always be ready. I hope it stays like this because I've had them 2 days in a row and they have been ON POINT. the absolute worst subway i've ever ordered from. my sister and i always place an online order and watch over the cook as they make our sandwiches (we're aware we aren't able to make modifications in the restaurant) so we make sure to leave special instructions as well as "less, regular and more" she put less than what we asked for and more of what we asked for less of and was very rude to my sister. i wouldn't recommend this subway read more

Welcome to my review! I like this Subway location. I placed order online through Subway app and did pickup. They had it ready for pick up and was made right. All I had to do was show them my order on my phone. They are very good. This Subway tasted more fresh than others. There is a lot of parking space, since it's due to it being in a plaza. Other food restaurants and Publix I believe are in this plaza. There is outside seating and indoor seating. This location has big seating area compared to other Subways. There is only only employee. The Subway looked pretty clean to me. It's not usually busy, but I do go on off times so maybe that's why. Just watch out for traffic in this area. I highly recommend this Subway compared to the other Subway's out there. I know there are some within few miles from here. Thank you for reading my review. read more

I like this location a bunch! Although its surrounded by the crazy that I call Hammond, it's a nice quiet refuge. The store has been clean every time I have gone in and today was no different. They have a huge selection of chips, which is the key to my heart if you don't carry pizza or margaritas in your inventory. The employees are always friendly and have smiles on their faces. Working in this area at lunch time I can imagine its hard to do! read more

I have been going to this Subway just about every Thursday for lunch for the past year. The service is fantastic, and the employees there are very friendly. The place is average nothing exceptional. Restaurant has ample seating and parking. Seating area looks clean and well maintained. I have mostly seen only one employee in the restaurant. For seating and ambience I wld give it a 4, however for food it is 2. Quality of food has gone down, not what u wld expect from this chain. I ordered a Veggie pattie sub, bread was left out in the open on the counter. She wld have used the same piece had I not told her to use a different piece. Veggie pattie was dry and old, lettuce was turning black. Employee made the sub as per the specifications given with proper packaging.
