Newk's has been my absolute favorite spot over the past few months--especially this location! The staff are always friendly and helpful when checking out my order, which makes the experience even better. Right now, they're offering a great 3 for $12 special on select items, but even without it, the menu is both affordable and delicious. I can always count on this location to get my meal right. Even when I order through delivery, everything is packaged with care and arrives just as expected. If you're looking for a great sandwich, soup, or salad, I'd definitely recommend giving Newk's a try. They also make pizzas, and I'm excited to try one on my next visit! read more

Great experience at Newk's in Dunwoody! I ordered online from the location near Perimeter Mall, and my food was ready and piping hot when I arrived--super convenient. I got the pairing combo with pizza and salad, and everything was fresh and delicious. The portion size was perfect, and the cost was reasonable at $18. This location has some of the friendliest staff members I've experienced since moving to Atlanta 6 months ago. I often go and try to recruit their team members to work for me. I think everyone is great with warm welcomes, recommendations, and just really nice people. I work at the chase not too far, and it's my fave lunch spot read more

We have eaten here several times and all have been positive experiences. My meal on Sunday at noon was the best I have had it pays to explore the menu. This was a lunch that I had never chose before. I chose the Club Wrap which was enjoyable enough to order again. As a side, I chose the Pasta Salad which was even better than anticipated. My wife and adult daughter chose well also. Our daughter had ordered Chicken Tortilla Soup several places and feels that this is more to her enjoyment than the other places she has tried. Our food arrived promptly and service then and during our meal was more efficient and pleasant than most places. This is why we keep coming back! read more

The service was awful. The people who work there are rude. You should identity the people there act like as a customer you are interrupting their day. Our order was wrong and then when that was brought to their attention, they were extremely rude. Don't waste your money. Jason's Deli is just up the street. Those people have been nothing but nice and the food has always been good. read more

I work across the parking lot from this Newk's location; so, my patronage a lot of times is really more about convenience. I'm not going to lie and pretend that every experience I've had dealing with this location has been A1, But nothing bad enough to make me want to stop doing business with this location. This review is totally based on Newk's new pricing policy. As if the prices weren't already higher than most similar eateries, my experience today was shocking. My husband and I had our usual lunch order. My 'pick two' choice of a half turkey and avocado sandwich with a cup of soup and my husband's whole roast beef sandwich along with two regular sized drinks, the cost, including a 15% tip, was just under $43.00! I realize prices are going up but this is crazy. As much as I will miss eating here, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This was my 1st time trying this particular location and I was impressed for the most part. I ordered the Turkey & Swiss, chips and a fruit cup through Uber Eats. The sandwich was really good and fruit was fresh. The other guest had the club sandwich and enjoyed it as well. I can't comment on the chips because I was given a bag with a big hole in it... Came here for dinner in early October. There was a short line of customers ahead of us, so we had time to look at the big menu posted just inside the entrance. We got to the order counter and ordered our food. Tonight was R's treat, but I still kept track of what the employee was ringing up, including the prices. I noticed that the food items she entered into the register were each displaying about $2 more than the prices on the posted menu that we had just looked at, and I called her out on it. The employee said, "Well, we just raised our prices starting today." I told her, "Why didn't you guys put up a notice, or write down the updated prices on the big menu there?" She said, "Well, I'm sorry, but we didn't." I told her that it was wrong not to let customers know up front that prices had gone up, and that it was deceptive hoping that customers wouldn't notice the higher prices. We certainly understand that, with everything going on, raising prices may be necessary, but businesses should be transparent and clearly communicate to customers when prices are being increased. Not communicating to customers about high prices and hoping that they don't notice is an awful way to do business, and we walked out without completing the order process. read more

It's a national scale chain, so the food is ok if a little overpriced for what you're getting. On the other hand, it's very competent, they've never given me issues with my orders, the packaging for ubereats is good, and through ubereats you can occasionally find a solid deal. I might not order from them unless it's on a bit of a discount, but I've never been disappointed with my order here. read more

I've eaten many different items from this location and all of it has been delicious. Many times I'll get a salad from there and split it up when I get home so that I have a salad for lunch for 2 days because their full salad is big! Their pizzas are good, their chicken salad sandwich is delicious. Lots of good food to choose from. read more

The worst po boy I will ever try. The shrimp were boiled shrimp heated with a slap of hit, tasteless and cold it cost me 14,57 and the only taste I got were the bag of potatoes chips. It's obvious a po boy Is not having any shrimp in the middle of a baguette bread that's a boiled shrimp sandwich. read more

Our Store location that we ordered food from to have delivered by Third Party was Newk's Dunwoody, GA (Near Perimeter Mall). When the 3rd party delivery company dropped the ball and our food went AWOL. Chris Kelley, GM, came to the rescue and personally delivered our order to our office. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help our growling bellies. The food was delicious and didn't disappoint. We will definitely be ordering again. read more

We ordered a DoorDash delivery from this Newk's location on Sunday 5/7/23 and my Mom got food poisoning from her Cobb Salad w/ Chicken. It made her very ill with a scary fever, chills, and all the fun gastro related symptoms that come with food poisoning. It's been several days and she's still not back to herself 100%. Steer clear of this place - there are clearly some health violations going on at this location. We are appalled. read more

I mean, the chicken was fried to perfection, and the toppings, which included a fried egg, avocado, bacon, cheese, and a special sauce was divine! The only thing I didn't like were the fries. They had an interesting texture and flavor that I wasn't a fan of. Otherwise, I really enjoyed everything!
