After verifying that the AI drive thru actually heard my order correctly, I drove off back to work with my order. Although I should have triple checked, I went on anyway. I get all the way to work to realize that my loaded baked potato was plain. I drove ALL THE WAY back to Wendy's and simply wanted it corrected. We had been going to the one on savoy drive which is good. But sometimes makes mistakes. This one next to the regal 10 on Perimeter center west was EXCELLENT Today. Very Complicated order 100% correct. Hamburgers were somehow much better than other locations. Sides ALL good. Especially the meat filled chili. The drive thru staff at this location are usually friendly and the food is reliable. The biggest issue with their drive thru is the tedious AI system they use to take your order. You are talking to a robot, and there is no verification of your order... such as displaying it on the drive thru screen or the AI robot repeating it back to you, to confirm accuracy. read more

We visited Wendy's after watching a movie at the Regal Theater. The food, while not great, is the highlight of this place. They served the food hot, and it tasted fresh. The service is not great. The cashier was texting on her cell phone while she took our order. It took over 10 minutes for them to serve our food. The restaurant was dirty. There was trash left on top of multiple tables. There was soda spilled on the condiment counter. They have a free style Coke machine, but most of the flavors are out of order. For example, they have the basics, such as Coke and Diet Coke, but they don't have any variety of Coke Zero. This is a convenient location for a bite to eat after seeing a movie, but the service is slow, and the restaurant is constantly dirty. read more

I really enjoy Wendy's 4for4 menu. I frequent this Wendy's location since it is near the areas I frequent. This location is right in front of the Regal in Perimeter. There is plenty of parking if you'd like to dine-in. Food-wise, the taste is usually very consistent. My nuggets always taste like the delicious Wendy's nuggets that I love and the fries are great too. Sometimes they can be a bit saltier than other times, but salt is fine with me (as long as my mouth doesn't dry). The workers here are great at taking your order as well and always allow the app coupons. Unfortunately, they do have a habit of forgetting my sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets. read more

It's clean and get the order right most of the time. They're no match for the Wendy's social media team because those people are too much - pretty much why we all go to Wendy's. And their burgers actually taste good. I did love the mozzarella burger. I meant to try the salad but I forgot. Their fries are a little saltier than I need but tolerable. The staff is normal, not overly friendly or unfriendly. I normally go through the drive through and this location in particular is correct & timely 95% of the time. Suggestions for Wendy's, I wish they'd server more diverse options. There are only so many combinations of burger patty + bacon + cheese. Can't we do something more like the pesto, mozzarella combos? I believe Wendy's is extremely underrated. I recently visited Wendy's for breakfast and I was so shocked at how good the honey butter chicken biscuit was. This may get criticism, but I think it's better than Chick-fil-A. Wendy's definitely is stepping their game up with the food, but the problem was service. The lady who always works there in the mornings is always SLOW. And more importantly, she's RUDE. I understand that there are labor challenges, and I am usually more than accommodating to slow service, but if you are rude, that is unacceptable. She isn't rude to the point where she ruins my day, but she does cut me off sometimes when I am speaking. This was my second visit to this location and I was waited on by the same person each visit. The first time, I thought Taura may have been having a bad day (I mean we are all human). So I decided to come by again. Guess what!? Taura was still rude, unapproachable and more task oriented. The customers were an inconvenience to her while she was trying to fill the lemonade container. Each visit, my food was sloppy. Fries half full, my chicken wraps not even wrapped all the way. If I could give this Wendy's location zero stars I would. The unprofessional workers and the lack of customer service makes this location piss poor. You're better off going up the street to McDonalds, and that says a lot in itself. Inside is locked and closed, everyone has to go through drive through with the line wrapped around the building almost twice waiting for almost an hour for FAST food, come on. That's crazy they don't answer the phone, nor address the long line issue. If you're picking up a Uber eats or door dash order from here, don't bother because they do not accommodate, customers food will be cold by the time you reach the line to get it. Staff is not overly friendly, I was cut off verbally while ordering at the drive thru before I was done speaking - she gave me the total and I hadn't finished ordering - and then my nuggets were not fresh, but kinda hard, that was just today. They can be slow and strange at the window and another time they gave me the wrong nuggets.
