He checked on my online order and ensured that everything was correct before handing me my order. I seen him cleaning the dining room area and dumping the trash. In addition to that, he was walking around the dining area asking customers if they need anything. Shawn is an all around employee who delivers Outstanding Customer Service and deserves a raise. I just ordered fries and they were old, and luke warm, and hard. I watch the manager be extra stingy. Instead of just putting fries in the container it looked like she was counting the fries to ensure that I received a set amount (mind you these are frozen that have gone up on price and down in size throughout the years.). Worst Arby's. We waited for fries to cook and when we went all the way back to hotel, there no fries. Went all the way back, no apology, no concession, just annoyed. The cook was halfway preparing food and throwing it out to counter. The sandwich was not prepared fully and the turnovers were very cold. Awful service and attitude. read more

We stopped in here to pick up lunch. We waited a very long time for my sons meal, my meal was ice cold. Most important thing we wanted was our sauces. We were super disappointed to not get any sauces in our bags at all. We came in during a super slow time, so they weren't busy. The decor looks very updated inside. I personally love arby's sandwiches and would love to give this place a higher rating. But after being there more than once, here are the points that I've felt they should improve upon: 1. They should include coffee in their menu. 2. At the drive through window, very often they ask you to park at the front, and later walk up to your car with the order. Typically I would go to the Arby's on Druid Hills and receive excellent service and food. While I was in the Perimeter area, I stopped by the Hammond Drive location. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Swiss meal and was thoroughly disappointed. The bottom of the chicken breast breading was completely removed and edge was burnt. The crinkle fries were not completely cooked. Giving two stars is being completely generous because the whole meal was bad which truly deserve one star!! read more

I visited the Arby's on Hammond Dr on 1/31 due to the fact that it is like a mile mile and a half away from my school. This visit was actually my first time in a while visiting an Arby's restaurant in a couple of years. I had a number four combo smokehouse brisket meal with a root bear and curly fries. The food in the restaurant environment were up to standard. Although we were standing at the counter for a few minutes I can understand why due to currently working in a fast food restaurant myself. I sincerely appreciate the female whose name is Donna working hard at the front counter making sure everybody had their orders correctly. She was very polite to me and my mother throughout our experience. I will be paying a visit here next time I can. Thanks a lot! I love this Arby's! I love it mostly because the CUSTOMER SERVICE is top notch! Every time I walk into this particular location, I feel so welcomed by their staff and they make great recommendations as well! I ordered something new and different from what I normally order. I purchased the Turkey, Bacon, Swiss sandwich as a wrap. The wonderful guy behind the counter told me it's usually served cold but it's better hot so I went with his recommendation. He was right! It was better hot and I really enjoyed it. I've also come here on other occasions and received the same great service! I've tried the beef sandwich, beef and cheese sandwich, turkey and cheese sandwich, turkey club, the mozzarella sticks, curly fries, and side salad. All sandwiches are somewhat different depending on the sauces used. Some are also drier than others. It's in a great location right off Exit 4C on 400 or Exit 28 on 285 next to a large Publix so you can't miss it. This store is always busy and today was no different. Drive thru and lobby. Only one person working the front counter and he was helping with the window, but he was getting it done. They gave me jalapeño poppers instead of a medium order of fries. Jalapeño poppers are okay, but not getting curly fries is one of the most depressing things to see when you get home. I ran through the drive thru around 7am this morning and ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese wrap (cost: $2.68). When I got to the window, I realized that I had left my wallet at home. I believe the Manager was working the window. Not the most convenient location, but the best one closed. This one is tucked into a strip mall and the traffic get super congested at lunch time. The drive-thru line blocks the parking spaces and an accident is just waiting to happen. My biggest complaint is that the drive-thru folks just rush you through - they don't ask you if you want a small medium or large combo - they just assume. This would be fine if they were consistent. Sometimes I am given a small, sometimes a medium, sometimes a large - did I mention they never ask? Now the food is not just slopped together, which is a plus. The food is always tasty, and I am a fan of the beef n cheddar and the jamoca shakes. I'm not a fast food eater that often, but when I do, I tend to treat myself with Arby's. read more

Very disappointed as the reviews looked like it would be ok. Waited in line about 10-15 min in drive thru after ordering. Didn't mind waiting if food would have been hot and fresh. Staying at the hotel across the street. I paid for extra cheese on my French dip. Barely had what it should have came with. French dip was cold as well as the fries. An jus was Luke warm. If my car was not in valet, I would have went back. I'm here until at least the 7th. I would not recommend as I will not be going back. read more

Never been to an Arby's until I was taken here after a long flight from California and nothing else was open around Perimeter Center. This Arby's lunch shift manager knows what he's doing. My experience here was nothing but positive. While waiting in line I saw him talk respectfully to his employees on multiple occasions. Just like everyone said, the customer service is notable! They do a great job at being kind and very friendly. The only thing that I found disappointing was inconsistency with orders. Ordered Chicken, Bacon Swiss. They went the extra mile to get it perfect but left off the Swiss Cheese on both of my friend's sandwiches.
