Located @ 1090 Hammond Dr NE Atlanta, GA 30329 This Arby's is the restaurant you need to visit if you're in this area. Health Score 100 = A on 9/15/2025 I was as immediately greeted and welcomed by Shawn as soon as I entered the door. He checked on my online order and ensured that everything was correct before handing me my order. I seen him cleaning the dining room area and dumping the trash. In addition to that, he was walking around the dining area asking customers if they need anything. Shawn is an all around employee who delivers Outstanding Customer Service and deserves a raise. Shawn is the type of employee that every restaurant needs. I ordered the 4pc mozzarella cheese sticks, the cheddar cheese roast beef sandwich and a gyro. My food was delicious and served hot. I'd definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family members. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. read more

I got a regular but the shake was sooo good it should have been in a bucket. I'm mad that the jamoca shake wasn't in a bucket. read more

Arby's - This was the Jamoca shakes it was nasty. It was so gross my friend drank it in 5 seconds. But yeah so gross;) - Fast Food Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

I just ordered fries and they were old, and luke warm, and hard. I watch the manager be extra stingy. Instead of just putting fries in the container it looked like she was counting the fries to ensure that I received a set amount (mind you these are frozen that have gone up on price and down in size throughout the years.). I won't be back. read more

Shawn is one of the best front men I have ever met in a fast food restaurant. He knows every customers name and personally delivers your food and is full of energy and happiness. He cares about your customers I come to this location because of him. read more

Shawn at this location was amazing! Give this man a raise immediately! I've never experienced this kind of hospitality at any fast food restaurant. read more

Worst Arby's. We waited for fries to cook and when we went all the way back to hotel, there no fries. Went all the way back, no apology, no concession, just annoyed. The cook was halfway preparing food and throwing it out to counter. The sandwich was not prepared fully and the turnovers were very cold. Awful service and attitude. read more

I stopped in today to try the Philly cheese steak it was ok not much of what I expected but it worth a try read more

We stopped in here to pick up lunch. We waited a very long time for my sons meal, my meal was ice cold. Most important thing we wanted was our sauces. We were super disappointed to not get any sauces in our bags at all. We came in during a super slow time, so they weren't busy. The decor looks very updated inside. They have an automated drink machine that's neat. Just ok. read more

I personally love arby's sandwiches and would love to give this place a higher rating. But after being there more than once, here are the points that I've felt they should improve upon: 1. They should include coffee in their menu. 2. At the drive through window, very often they ask you to park at the front, and later walk up to your car with the order. That defeats the purpose of drive thru ordering and annoys you if you're in a rush. read more

Mauricio took my order and Q was the manager on duty. The place was immaculately clean. The food was fresh and hot! They even gave me a little coupon booklet that made my holidays as I have been struggling to make ends meet. A big thank you to everyone making this experience the best part of a hard day. Ps: try the Mac n cheese bites 10/10! read more

Typically I would go to the Arby's on Druid Hills and receive excellent service and food. While I was in the Perimeter area, I stopped by the Hammond Drive location. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Swiss meal and was thoroughly disappointed. The bottom of the chicken breast breading was completely removed and edge was burnt. The crinkle fries were not completely cooked. Giving two stars is being completely generous because the whole meal was bad which truly deserve one star!! read more

Just had the VERY BEST Greek Gyro from this location. Loaded with meat! Service with a smile. Could NOT have been any better!

After a bad experience here I tried giving this location another chance. To my disappointment they were closed when I arrived at 9:30pm. They are supposed to be open till midnight. No signage was posted explaining the closure. This place really needs new management or something because this is a bit ridiculous. read more

Super clean. Shake machine always working. Couldn't ask for more. They've gotten my order right every time so far.

I visited the Arby's on Hammond Dr on 1/31 due to the fact that it is like a mile mile and a half away from my school. This visit was actually my first time in a while visiting an Arby's restaurant in a couple of years. I had a number four combo smokehouse brisket meal with a root bear and curly fries. The food in the restaurant environment were up to standard. Although we were standing at the counter for a few minutes I can understand why due to currently working in a fast food restaurant myself. I sincerely appreciate the female whose name is Donna working hard at the front counter making sure everybody had their orders correctly. She was very polite to me and my mother throughout our experience. I will be paying a visit here next time I can. Thanks a lot! BTW management, needs to give her a raise for all her hard work I believe! I encourage them to make that happen ;) read more

It's been a long time since I visited an Arby's with a clean dining room, courteous customer service and well prepared food.

Terrible service. Had me waiting 20min. For a medium fry . Focus on completing the orders. Not just taking the customers money

Poor attitude, slow service forget this Arby's so many other options available. The GM had an attitude read more

The customer service is differentiates THIS Arby's from other fast food restaurant. Always smiling, friendly and accurate. Food is good, but the staff is exceptional. read more

I love this Arby's! I love it mostly because the CUSTOMER SERVICE is top notch! Every time I walk into this particular location, I feel so welcomed by their staff and they make great recommendations as well! I ordered something new and different from what I normally order. I purchased the Turkey, Bacon, Swiss sandwich as a wrap. The wonderful guy behind the counter told me it's usually served cold but it's better hot so I went with his recommendation. He was right! It was better hot and I really enjoyed it. I've also come here on other occasions and received the same great service! I've tried the beef sandwich, beef and cheese sandwich, turkey and cheese sandwich, turkey club, the mozzarella sticks, curly fries, and side salad. All sandwiches are somewhat different depending on the sauces used. Some are also drier than others. It's in a great location right off Exit 4C on 400 or Exit 28 on 285 next to a large Publix so you can't miss it. This particular location is a pleasure for lunch or dinner so definitely check it out! read more

This store is always busy and today was no different. Drive thru and lobby. Only one person working the front counter and he was helping with the window, but he was getting it done. Anthony greeted me with a smile I could see in spite of his mask and asked about my day. He was fast and efficient. It was a very good experience. Shout out to the kitchen too. All of my food looked just like the menu pictures. read more

Went here for a snack yesterday and not only was the food delicious, but the staff was so friendly and made the dining experience that much better. read more

They gave me jalapeño poppers instead of a medium order of fries. Jalapeño poppers are okay, but not getting curly fries is one of the most depressing things to see when you get home. I used to work in fast food. It's so easy to get everything right if you give any effort. Very disappointed. I give 2 stars because they gave me a bunch of ketchup for my fries. They just didn't include the fries. read more

Had an Arby's club today. Was excellent. My girl friend had the cordon bleu. In the past I have had the gyro and it rivaled anything I had a Greek restaurant. Arby's has a great menu and they are more than a roast beef sandwich. More like a deli. Went back today for lunch. Ordered a gyro with no sauce and when I got home they put sauce on the sandwich. Not the most convenient location, but the best one closed. This one is tucked into a strip mall and the traffic get super congested at lunch time. The drive-thru line blocks the parking spaces and an accident is just waiting to happen. My biggest complaint is that the drive-thru folks just rush you through - they don't ask you if you want a small medium or large combo - they just assume. This would be fine if they were consistent. Sometimes I am given a small, sometimes a medium, sometimes a large - did I mention they never ask? Now the food is not just slopped together, which is a plus. The food is always tasty, and I am a fan of the beef n cheddar and the jamoca shakes. I'm not a fast food eater that often, but when I do, I tend to treat myself with Arby's. read more

Never been to an Arby's until I was taken here after a long flight from California and nothing else was open around Perimeter Center. The food was actually pretty decent albeit a bit expensive for fast food. I had the Philly steak which is a million times better than the ones I had at the airport. read more

I ran through the drive thru around 7am this morning and ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese wrap (cost: $2.68). When I got to the window, I realized that I had left my wallet at home. I believe the Manager was working the window. I explained my situation and was prepared to drive away empty handed and hungry when the Manager said with a big smile "we got it, just pay next time when you're in." I was stunned, to say by the courtesy I was shown. I wish now that I had caught the gentleman's name. read more

Very disappointed as the reviews looked like it would be ok. Waited in line about 10-15 min in drive thru after ordering. Didn't mind waiting if food would have been hot and fresh. Staying at the hotel across the street. I paid for extra cheese on my French dip. Barely had what it should have came with. French dip was cold as well as the fries. An jus was Luke warm. If my car was not in valet, I would have went back. I'm here until at least the 7th. I would not recommend as I will not be going back. read more

This Arby's lunch shift manager knows what he's doing. My experience here was nothing but positive. While waiting in line I saw him talk respectfully to his employees on multiple occasions. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and went out of their way to smile while serving me. Food was good and came out fast. Will definitely come here again. read more

This is the third time I ordered trough Ubereats and the first time was really good, second time the food was not even warm so it had been just sitting there for a long long time and the third time I ordered, the chicken sandwich was not even cooked all the way! Just like everyone said, the customer service is notable! They do a great job at being kind and very friendly. The only thing that I found disappointing was inconsistency with orders. Ordered Chicken, Bacon Swiss. They went the extra mile to get it perfect but left off the Swiss Cheese on both of my friend's sandwiches. Thankfully I had some cheese at home and put it on the sandwich for him. We only eat fast food as a last resort and have always gone to this one. Again, very kind people. Hope the next time we get the swiss. read more

I pray that Arby's next to me on roswell rd (chastain) will serve breakfast in near future. Anyway, I kid you not- Arby's has the best breakfast croissant sandwich ever. Ham, egg, and cheese croissant is something I am addicted to and my friends make fun of me for that. Why? Because I drive there from Chastain park area just to get it. Why there are only a few Arby's locations in Atlanta that serve breakfast?!! Not fair. read more

Had business on this side and was craving a gyro. I remembered that Arby's carried them although I have never tried it from there. My go to Arby's is the beef and cheddar sandwich.
